I used to work for this place and the environment is so toxic it’s impossible to able to work for them. The supervisor for Lowell and Westford is dramatic and likes to talk a lot. She documents even if you breathe wrong in front of patient she dedicates her job to destroy you mentally and act like a victim to the director of the clinic i felt harassed by her and when i went to file a complaint with the director i was notallowed to because the director does not like to here no one’s side but the supervisor they fired be for 64 documentation in just 7 months they fire you for every little mistake you do. The supervisor harassed for the entire 7 months and when you try to speak to someone above they don’t care they don’t treat there employees with respect, they don’t care about there employees!!!

These are some of the worst people you can deal with. They constantly are rude to you about your state of health. They think they’re all knowing and they take real offense to a second opinion which is ludicrous in the medical profession. These “doctors” need to have their licenses revoked for mistreatment of many patients and these nurses and people who answer the phone need to have a children’s elementary course of how to treat other human beings like they’re people. Disgusting treatment would absolutely recommend going anywhere but here. Also the fact that there is literal fake reviews on getting a good diagnosis and right course of treatment should scare others away. Just read the other reviews and see what I mean. This place is a 100% avoid at all cost.

I do not recommend this practice at all. Dr. Arya Farahmand, MD he is extremely rude not professional at all. If I could give it less than one star I would. Unfortunately he do NOT have any bedside Manner and they do not respect their patients at all. My elderly mother have gone there repeatedly for the same problem and this mean Dr. do not offer any type of explanation or even the offer to go someplace else. He was extremely rude to my mother and very inprofessional. Of course my mother left this practice so I'm so glad she did. Please if you are looking for a specialist go elsewhere and always check the reviews. It is very important.

I saw Dr. Jonathan Moray for Optic Neuritis. He was great up until I got the results for my MRI, and then everything went downhill. We tried oral steroids that didn't work, due to a "shortage" I wasn't treated for almost 3 months because I was told there was a medicine shortage..well I saw a new neurologist yesterday and already have the steroid therapy scheduled for next week. I was supposed to have lab work ordered back in March, and his secretary told me she would mail them home, then when I called inquiring about it I was told no lab work was ordered, then when I had a telemed follow up the doctor asked why I didn't get my blood work done.. so I explained and his secretary AGAIN said she would mail my lab orders home...and they never came. I called four different times and left voicemails inquiring about the medicine I need, and the lab work I never received. NOT ONE CALL BACK. Will definitely be hearing from me if this delay in treatment caused permanent damage/vision loss. I am a medical assistant/almost nurse and that is extremely BAD practice. Not sure if the doctor or the secretary is to blame to be honest. I always felt like a bother when talking to the secretary. I recommend Derry Neurological Associates!!!!!

I saw the Dr. in October after dealing with issues following a sports injury 2 years ago and was ordered a test. After multiple unanswered phone calls, I finally found out 2 months later that insurance refused to cover the test . I then had to call multiple times to schedule another appointment because once again no one returned my calls. I finally got an MRI in March and when I was quickly told the results, I wasn't told how bad my herniation was and my doctor didn't try to help me find a solution. I asked for an order for physical therapy after being told, "I'm not sure what to do for you." I would only give 1 star because of poor communication and follow up, but gave two because my doctor listened to me during my appointment and ordered tests. If you aren't good at advocating for yourself, don't waste your time or money here.

Our experience was a total waste of time. I can't even click on a star because 1 is too much. Of our two appointments, first consult and follow up, we spent approximately 7 minutes with the doctor. We had an 8:30 appointment on the follow up date and we arrived at 8:10 just to make sure we were on time, we were called in to doctor's office, and we were on the road home from this appointment by 8:35. We were speechless. Later that week we ran in to the doctor waiting for the elevator at the hospital after visiting with a friend, he waited with us at the elevator, stepped into the elevator and rode to the floor to exit hospital and he NEVER recognized that we had been in his office just days before. How can you possibly explain that lack of care or interest for a patient. I see I have to click on at least 1 star or my post won't go through.....

I have been a patient of NENA for 9-10 years now. I have seen various doctors and continually make appointments with the specific Doctor, based on medical issue, the Doctors, PA and all staff are amazing. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for the medical issues I have, I completely entrust the Dr. I see will listen to my concerns, answer questions with professionalism, making sure any & all issues are addressed. When checking in with reception for appointments the ladies are absolutely wonderful in both Lowell or Lawrence office. Anytime I call to speak with Dr. Cook assistant Cris is AMAZING, she is prompt with help to resolve everything I’ve needed assistance with, best of all, when Cris completes request, she follows up with a call to keep me informed. I absolutely without hesitation highly recommend NENA!!! Of course, if your medical needs require 1 of the many, many different medical areas they help with! Personally Thanks to All Doctors and Staff at NENA, you’ve helped me to live a better life!!

Less than 1 star...i honestly feel like I never get answers during my appointments with dr Morray for my Neurological issues I've been having since 2019...and worsening. He's very friendly and SEEMS like he cares but he doesn't and i saw it at My last appointment....... I went in he poked me w a Pin a few times. I told him my issues are still happening and he said follow me and brought me to receptionist where I figured out then and there my appointment was over... complete waste of time. Then I use patient portal to ask questions that were not answered during my appointment and he hasn't responded. He use to..now doesn't bother. What he doesn't get... I'm desperate for answers and solutions as I cannot even barely function.

My first time seeing a neurologist for a nerve conduction velocity test, so there was a bit of anxiety not knowing exactly what was involved. As it turned out it was a breeze. Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist on were very courteous and professional. Dr Zhou conducted the test and explained everything she was doing. All went well. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Very happy with New England Neurological. Went to see Dr. Henry Ty on a recommendation from a customer of mine. I had a herniated disc in my C4 C5. Had originally seen another doctor from Worcester who had given me the run around and wanted to do a fusion. Went to see Dr. Ty and was pleasantly surprised with the care and concern I received from him. He put me in for surgery a week and a half after seeing him for the first time, and he did a Artificial Disc Replacement instead of fusion. I was home the same day from surgery with minimal pain and full mobility. Two weeks after surgery I had my follow up and he answered all of mine and my wife’s questions without hesitation. He and his office worked with me diligently to get any and all paperwork I needed, filled out in a timely manner. The wait to be seen originally was a little while, but it’s a busy office with a lot of patients. If you want to be pain free and in good hands, I highly recommend Dr. Henry Ty and this office. Thank you sir!

I was very pleased with the service and the place in general. Max Manganow was very professional and answered my questions thoroughly and completely. Definitely felt good about my visit there.

Was not going to bother until I read all the other poor reviews. I just called to make an appointment. I'm in excruciating pain and the person booking appts. Say earliest August. I tell her it's kind of an emergency since I can't get any relief. She spouts off and say no dear an emergency is when you're having a seizure. I obviously know how lucky I am to just have a pinched ner e and didn't mean in that manner. She had a big bad attitude from the first word. They must use her when they don't want any new business. NASTY

I booked an appointment with Dr. Miller at this clinic. I traveled farther on a snowy day to Lowell instead of Lawrence just to be seen sooner. On the day of the appointment, i was led to a physician assistant. At first I thought he was another nurse before the doctor. He is professional by the way (2 stars instead of 1 because of him). But if I had been told that Dr Miller was too busy, I would have booked another doctor (Dr Ty) or wait for another date. This kind of practice really makes me think this clinic is not trustworthy, and question if their treatment plan is for the benefit of the patients or their financial gain.

Do not trust Dr Anna Terry. She is a very unknowledgeable, horrible doctor and the way this office is run is terrible. You’re better off going to see a monkey.

I do not recommend this practice at all. Dr. Chau , she is extremely rude not professional at all. If I could give it less than one star I would. Unfortunately she does NOT have any bedside Manner and she does not respect their patients at all. My elderly mother have gone there for her tingling testing , and she denied having testing done for my mom because we used to switch her as my mom Doctor .She was extremely rude to my mother and very unprofessional!!! Of course my mother left this practice with painful tingling on her right leg. Please if you are looking for a specialist go somewhere else !!!
