So I’m a Philly girl that resides in Chester, and it’s very hard to find a good shop for braids. So I checked out the reviews on this shop and was like okay, let me see about it, and I don’t just let people play in my hair. Hands down, the best braids I’ve ever seen done was in this shop!! When I say all the sistas in this shop can braid, that’s a understatement. Aisha and her sistas are the bomb!! I’m looking at all the hairdos like daaaaammnn and they were back to back doing heads. There was a young sista that came in to do cornrows for a lady, it looked amazing when she was done. It’s kinda unusual to find a braid shop where literally EVERYONE can braid, but that’s not the case here. I was really like blown away! So if you’re looking to get braids and in doubt, I’m letting it be known, get down to Aisha’s, you will NOT be dissatisfied, period!!

I previously give 5 stars but I had to change it. I'm very disappointed with my hair. I called and received one price and the braided gave me a different price. She said it was because I was tall. I feel like if Aisha was at the shop it would have been better. My hair would have been better. I asked for medium/ large box braids and ended up with small/medium. I will only go again if Aisha is doing my hair.

I asked for small box braids. What I got was small braids with big parts. Hopefully they will fix my hair cause this is unacceptable. Highly disappointed

I'm only giving them 1 star because the stylist cut my hair after doing it. I got knotless braids and at the end when they finish, they like to trim the fly away hairs. When she did this, she cut some of my braids by accident. When I took my braids out, it was my actual hair that was cut. There were multiple braids that were cut, she must have been cutting too fast. Just ask them NOT to cut your fly away hairs because they might slip and cut your hair like they did mine. Also my middle part was uneven :(. However, the staff here was very nice and there were about 5 braiders working.

I came here half an hour early for my appointment, and the hairstylist started on my hair right away. They work fast and the cornrows I got weren't too tight. They also have very good prices. I would greatly recommended them and I will be going again!

Excellent work . Great customer service 4th time coming to this shop and I’m never disappointed . Got small extra long Knotless braids the owner of the shop did my hair … prices are very reasonable won’t find anywhere else that’s more professional and persistent

I've been going to this shop for 10 years. The stylists have always done a great job. I usually get my hair done and then take my daughter to get her hair done. I'm always satisfied with their work. Thank you Aisha and all of your staff. God Bless you ALL.

I was supposed to get my hair braided at 10:00am I made an appointment for that time I didn’t get my hair braided because the girl who was supposed to do my hair wasn’t here the lady said I’ll call you when you can come back she didn’t now I have to wait to get my hair braided because of their lousy service even though I have an appointment and the hair. Don’t book appointments with this place if you want to wait all day to get your hair done even though you made an appointment. I would give this place 0 stars if the braiding wasn’t good.
