We had lunch yesterday here. Extremely disappointed with the food and service they provided. They charged us 1280 for only one chicken handi, one salad , water, 5 🫓 and 3 raita. We waited long for this simple dish. They already had fried chickens with them just had to make karahi. There were no cleanliness not they tried to clean before customers sits on table. There were no proper arrangements for family inside big Haal and if there is an arrangement why do they family sit mixed with gents? If this is the way they treat people then I wouldn't recommend this place to my viewers to come and visit this place. Thanks

Despite this, the rest of the meal was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the boti was not cooked to perfection. We had an okay-ish platter, tasteless soup, and a good chicken handy. Every time we needed something, we had to wait for a few minutes before we could even see and call the staff. Pathetic service! There was no vinegar in the jars for soup and the bottle that was supposed to have salt and pepper had chilly sauce instead. Imagine the struggle we had with it! 😉

My experience was OK but not what i expected. I asked the waiter what he would recommend i order but he was clueless. I ordered the platter, when it arrived it was not hot (almost warm). On top of the pile of rice was a piece of meat which looked like it was from a dinosaur (not very pleasant to look at or appetising). The seehk kebab was ok as was the fish. the quail however was way over cooked and dry.

I had a very bad experience yesterday. Ordered Dum Pukh mutton Rosh for PKR 2460, & got only bones (picture attached) with no taste at all. The service was also very poor. I will never ever try it again & also don't recommend it to anyone else as it's only a waste of money.

I love Mardan for it`s food. You can close your eyes and randomly enter any traditional restaurant, you won`t be disappointed. I had heard their platter was worth trying, as it was very reasonably priced for what they were actually serving. Like I said, traditional restaurant in Mardan won`t disappoint you, and this one exceeded my expectation. Do visit if you have an appetite for red meat.

Huge compromise on quality, zero professionalism and worst table arrangements especially no respect for providing privacy for families. I shared my feedback with the manager setting on counter, rather acknowledging the feedback he responded in a rough manner and shown to me a typical DHABA STYLE ATTITUDE.

I went yesterday here, the presentation of food was enough to satisfy but quality zero. On ordering my 1kg mutton karahai, it had more than half kg fat of mutton that is totally dishonesty. They are just chopping cash from customers to get profit rather than to satisfy customers. I put complain to their manager but he satisfied us sir next time it won't be happen. That is totally lame excuse, how can u come when your first experience is so worse. Ordered Mutton Karahi. Presentation was good but gravy was not fully cooked. Meat quality was not up to the marks. Some meat pieces were fully cooked and soft but some were not. If your are travelling from Punjab and Karachi then this not a place for you to order mutton karahi specifically.
