Nice clean apartments with very friendly hosts and a large number of kitchen things from ikea like at home. No traffic noise due to the distance from the road. There are two beaches nearby, to reach the first one you need to turn left on the road, the journey time on foot is 7 minutes. To get to the main beach of beauvallon turn right on the road and walk 15 minutes.

You will love this place and it will be probably the best accommodation you would have on Mahe if you are looking for self-catering / apartment type of it. Silvia, the owner of the property, is an absolutely amazing host and will make you feel like home. Beach is in a walking distance (10-15 mins) but if you get car it’s even better as there are a lot of things to discover around.

Great hots, nice pool, clean and well equipped apartment, fee parking, close to beach and restaurants.

We were staying here for two weeks in the ,Koko’ family apartment. The hosts Silvia and Jastin helped us feel like home. Silvia arranged car rental and airport transfer for us. Great kitchen facilities, including coffee maker and filtered water, comfortable beds. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Just few minutes walk to a small and very beautiful beach and just some minutes from Beau Vallon. The pool was our childrens’ special place. Seychelles is a beautiful place and staying at Lodoicea made our experience even better! Perfect location also for side trips and right next to a mini mart. We had very nice stay at Lodoicea😊🏝

A top place to stay. Very roomy apartments with beautiful open designs. The different apartments are all named after local fruit (ours was Limon). They are all fully equipped. Air conditioning is there but we preferred the natural flow of air through the rooms. At these temperatures it's not a problem. One of the (dreamlike) beaches is very close and can be reached on foot in not even five minutes. The large Beau Vallon beach is maybe ten minutes on foot. Also, the place is a perfect starting point to explore the entire north of Mahé. The host family is super nice, and has valuable tips for things to do and see. Our 3 weeks there were like a dream come true. Thanks for the perfect time in paradise. 😘🤗 6 out of five stars ✨✨
