New clinic in Katapang which is close to home, at first I was hesitant because I was afraid that the service wouldn't be as friendly as the previous clinics (sorry for venting), but it turned out not to be the case at all, when I entered I was immediately greeted by the registration department in a friendly manner (the staff immediately stood up and said hello) good really 👍. For examinations, it's on the 2nd floor, the place is spacious, the waiting room is comfortable, clean and smells good, there's a mini playground for those who bring children, the doctors and nurses are super friendly, the doctors are willing to explain well what the patient is complaining about, you can joke around with them so you don't get tense, hhe. Basically, this clinic is highly recommended, so I'm excited to move to the clinic and invite my family. Hopefully it's not because the clinic is still new, hopefully in the future when there are a lot of patients, the staff and doctors will still be friendly and willing to listen to patient complaints. Sometimes sick people are reluctant to seek treatment because the clinic and doctor services are unfriendly and not good.
