My stay at the 5-star hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I entered, I was enveloped in luxury and impeccable service. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly attentive, catering to my every need with a warm smile. The dining experience was exquisite, offering a delightful array of gourmet delicacies. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch, ensuring relaxation and rejuvenation. I had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, Right in the city out skirts . The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a breathtaking view of the city outskirts. The hotel amenities, from the fitness center were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning on my next trip to New Delhi

Had been to resort in a destination wedding and the way they treated all guests was horrible. Check-in was a mess, they didn’t have a proper room allocation for booking of more than 160 rooms. Some guests got room at 430 PM whereas stipulated check in was 3 PM. when asked, they simply said "we have given some rooms earlier than the check in time".... what a smart reply. Buggy(golf cart) was never available to commute from room to any destination of wedding events. Food arrangement was so bad, people had to take lunch in open air and weather was 35+ deg c!!!! Room allotted was smelling of fresh paint odor…. The marriage ceremony was at Beach of resort. Naturally dinner will be arranged at beach only. But they didn’t have any perfect SOP for keeping the counters ready during dinner. There was no supervisor for looking at the comfort for the guests. The whole wedding was planned by event management agency but they were helpless to the attitude and ignorance of Hotel staff. The Height of ignorance was, the Bride and groom including their family got cold food which is called "First dinner together". Check out was even more horrible. The host had paid for drop to Railway station and airport but they didn’t have sufficient vehicle to drop all. No proper documents for guest boarding on bus…. the list is on and on..... In one sentence, the resort doesn’t deserve five star rating at all.

What a Lovely Hospitality. Beautiful, well maintained Huge Property too. Each and every staff render their Best possible Hospitality. Each one deserves Pat on their Back. Excellent Management. Keep it up.

It’s St Regis. They get a lot of things right. The rooms are fantastic, the resort is huge with plenty to do. The beach it has access to is amazing. The staff was always amazing and helpful. The checking was great. They offer a good selection of wines to get your stay going while checking in. The breakfast spread is amazing. That said, there were several small things they combined to make this not truly a five star experience. But before I go there, I must still say that this is a property I won’t mind staying again at. None of the bars offer great cocktails. I enjoy the old-fashioned and they all couldn’t make a good one. The Goan Mary was delicious though. The coffee was quite subpar. We ordered espressos from the lobby bar and while they have the right equipment, they have it dialled in wrong. Our shots were way too acidic and we couldn’t even finish our coffee. The buggy wait times were too long. We often just decided to walk instead. The service was really slow. Consistently. At one point while sitting in the lobby bar, we could see our drinks just waiting to be given to us and they just sat there until we reminded them about the drinks. The same slow service was the case at the restaurants. We wanted to do some archery, but they didn’t have the archery person available. Small things. All in all though, there isn’t enough going wrong to take a star away from the rating so still giving them a 5.

Wonderful property. Beautiful location. Well maintained. Very courteous staff, which made our visit personalized and warm. Have stayed in various Goa properties, but nothing is comparable to this. We are your customers for lifetime now. Keep Up the good work St Regis / Marriott. Dont miss the morning/evening bike rides!

We honestly had one the most loveliest stays. The staff were exceptional. Special mention to Amit at Riverside Restaurant. He honestly went above and beyond. Also to Sam at Riverside Restaurant for taking such responsibility for making sure my family was exceptionally well fed. Stayed at the Manor Suite with plunge pool. The room was really spacious and suited our family well. Just note that the private pool is shaded and not temperature controlled so our kids did prefer the main pool. Also that if you book all inclusive then you are restricted to 1 Restaurant only. We are very much looking forward to coming back

Long weekend stay. Did not leave the resort. Exceptional location, beautiful landscaping, incredibly clean, exquisite food and dining options. Brilliant facilities and the service was above and beyond. Stayed in two different rooms, dined in each restaurant + in-room dining + poolside. It is understood and acknowledged that some in-room services take longer to accommodate but if you consider the size of the property and possible capacity of guests in a fairly new resort, you can give the St Regis team the benefit of the doubt. The overall experience was truly amazing. 100% intend to revisit and thoroughly recommend this South Goa slice of paradise to tourists.
