They have tree houses with good facilities. They provide cycles for riding,has many entertainment options. Altogether it is a nice place to stay with family and friends. Place is with excellent climate. Staff with good service is available.

Our stay at The Shikra Jungle Resort was an excellent break from winter. We stayed in a regular room on the 1st floor and the view was splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the resort, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the resort. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. All day you will hear the music that is the best part. A wonderful mini-vacation!

We had been twice to shikra jungle resort,,its an awesome place to spend time with family and friends. It's natural place with nature. Staff members were friendly and food is good. Rooms and tents are well maintained and hygiene.

Wonderful experience staying here.. We have been with 70 students. Still managed without any discomforts. Staffs provided the best service whatever we requested and very understanding.. Great ambiance since it's really inside the forest.. can get to see wild animals within the resort. Like deer, peacock, giant squirrel etc.

It is one of the resorts mentioned in thrillophilia. Located in a remote location which takes you away from the traffic jhig jhig and towards the voices of nature. 30 minutes away from the nearest water activity place. Service is not great but good. You will have to ask for about 2 to 3 times to get something like for example extra bed or milk. Mohammad chacha is there who helps out with the arrangements. He is a good person. Do tip him at the end. Food is buffet system so eat how much ever you want. Tastes good and satisfactory. You will find trampoline, archery, bad minton, cycling, darts, carrom etc activities are available. Bathrooms are plenty but hot water is available in one or 2 rooms as others were burnt out. So that's one thing to plan. Mohammad chacha will set up the bonfire for you and will add few more logs to run the fire a bit longer on request. Overall, it was a great experience and Shikra Jungle resort is a great place to stay if you are coming to Dandeli.

Very poor hospitality.. No current.. No proper food on timing.. Dinner was served at 10pm.. Rooms and walking paths are not cleaned properly. Pics are not like in Google photos everything is spoiled and broken. Cat and dogs are always licking the food and eating plates.

Very far from Dandeli. Poor service. Not useful for family. Not recommend for family.

I visited dandeli and it was great experience. The wild life along with the various water activities(river rafting, Kayaking, Jacuzzi bath ,etc) were very much enjoyed to the fullest extent by my family along with great food.

Vast space with good amount of amenities with back water access. around a reserve forest. A great get away from routine life. Under renovation for now but still a great place for stay.

An amazing place to de stress.. Right place to be in the woods and escape from the city life. Excellent customer service... great management.. fantastic food.. real value for money..

The day we arrived there was no power . The rooms where smelling of mold and covered with spider webs and insects .the activities promised inside the resort were horrible . The only good thing about the place was the food .it is definitely not worth the money . The service was bad too we had to wait till 10:30 for dinner.

Superb resort, ultimate playing options, archery, foot ball, volleyball, badminton, cricket, tree houses, stream next to the resort so soothing forest chirps, camp fire, food, ultimate staff, good rooms, tents, dormitories, play area is good. Parking is good . Best resort to get out of the city life.

The resort is in a bad shape with no activities, no maintenance. No words to describe the jungle vibes we felt there as there was literally no electricity too while monkeys try to have a glass of drink alongside you. Food was served very late.
