Recently got my mom operated at Manipal Goa... I was very happy wit the Doctors there very professional at their work very helpful the nurses the office staff were so happy to help. It was a great to see so polite and helpful people around. They were very strict with the covid safety protocol which also was a very good thing and impressed even with their security guards for doing their job so good. It was a great experience a big thanks to the Doctors and all the other staff.

Doctors are good, ambiance is good to attract patients. But it’s very sad that after taking special room, no one is bothered to take care of patients, they just come in hurry, they will finish their work and they will go whether patient can stand or not they will ask her or him just to stand up without any support. If it’s happening in special room then I don’t know what about general wards? Manipal hospital is loosing their Reputation. I would love to connect with Superintendent to share my bed experience . I was admitted on the 2 nd floor , room 206 for the surgery done by ENT Dr Murty and Maxillary- Dr Afsar . All went really well. Took me to OT on time, crosschecked for allergies , OT sterile . Great in room service too, the room was clean , food on time , though nurses would take time to come after pressing a hot button and not always wear gloves when did the injections … In general my experience was good and it was not the first one with Manipal . Thanks Vijaya Laxmi - floor coordinator. And of course , Doctors are definitely the best here in Manipal .

One of the best hospitals I visited in goa. Recently I went to donate blood here. The staff were very polite and i had a great experience here. They provided fruit juice and biscuits and allowed me to rest.

Very nice hospital. Co-operative staff. Billing counter persons are very sincere and co-operative. All facilities are available here. All types of specialist Doctors team are also here. Best hospital in Goa. A little bit costly but good services. It's about 30 km from the airport , Vasco. The best tasty food is also available in the hospital canteen at a reasonable price. Food is hygienic and fresh.

I visited a hospital that was presented as being of normal quality, but in reality, it was of Indian quality standards. I made an appointment for a doctor's consultation and an ultrasound examination because it was obviously the first thing that I needed. Initially, everything was clear and the staff was friendly. I visited the doctor, and after speaking with him, he sent me for an ultrasound. There were two cabinets, but one was not working, so I had to wait in line for more than an hour, which gave me a headache because I was hungry due to the fasting required for the examination. When I finally got the report, I returned to the doctor only to find out that he had already left and would not be back for 3 hours. The staff who gave me this information was unfriendly. Since I had traveled a long distance to this hospital, I couldn't afford to wait for the doctor for another 3 hours and had to leave. I paid 1600 INR for the consultation, and for this amount, I received only a prescription for the ultrasound report. As a result, I had to find another doctor in a different hospital to get a proper consultation.

My daughter was admitted for typhoid fever at Manipal Hospital, and our experience was exceptional. Dr. Preeti Pereira, her primary consultant, was not only kind but also highly competent in her treatment approach. Special thanks to Sister Paskin for her exceptional care and attentiveness towards my daughter throughout her stay. Highly recommend Manipal Hospital for their outstanding medical care and compassionate staff.

Neat and clean place. Doctors are very professional and good. If you are looking for a good facility with all medical options under one roof, then this is the place. Lab team is really good and professional. Billing section can be improved, specially in the morning as there is generally a wait, specially in the morning. Pharmacy also needs improvement in respect of more staff and availability of medicines.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

Got a Comprehensive Health check-up done last week. Must say very impressed with the way the entire handholding was done throughout the process. This check-up consists of multiple tasks running between different departments. For an individual this might get stressful. But the Manipal staff from the Health Check lounge especially Mary were with me throughout the tests and guiding me around the hospital. Thank you for the assistance and great service.

Location is very far from Main tourist places if Goa like Calangute, etc. Facilities are good. Well maintained. Poorly staffed or may be staff is busy in other works specially on billing & Other counters. All sort of Govt schemes are available. Canteen is very good for having food. Also reasonable charges.

Dr Afzal Siddiqui is proficient in his art of treating the patient. He gave good moral support to my mother along with medicine and required procedure. Will highly recommend him for gynaec conditions. Dr Yogesh Gaude is an expert in his field. Very soft spoken and understands and answers all patients questions calmly. Service at Manipal was fabulous. Hassle free admission procedure, clean premises, direction and signages placed everywhere, drinking water available at multiple spots on each floor. Good service by all RMOs/asst doctors. Nursing staff were good specially one nurse who was there for morning shift on 21/5/23 (forgot to ask her name; kindly convey.). She took good care of the patient. Aseptic techniques followed while caring for the patient by all staff. All other support staff were also empathetic. Suggestion: When shift starts I suggest the attending nurse should introduce herself to their respective patients. So it becomes easy to look out for the nurse responsible when we have to inform something related to the patient. Overall great experience during our treatment and stay during some of our stressful days.

I did a comprehensive check up coming from the Netherlands. I’m super impressed with the care and process. Quality, efficient and quick diagnosis. If you have a lot of MONEY and feel like just throwing it away… I would recommend to come to this hospital! UNAPOLOGETIC, UNETHICAL, JUST AFTER THE MONEY, PLAYING WITH EMOTIONS are a few words to describe this place! We are new to Goa and like many saw amazing reviews of this hospital and fell for the trap. Took one of my known here and to my surprise ended up spending so much that later came to know that it was not even an issue to be treated for! EVERYONE right from the Doctor to the Lab technicians are just given targets to make money… someone rightly said that this hospital is run by MBAs where targets are shared but no empathy!!! VERY VERY SAD

Very good service by Insurance officer Mr Samad Shaikh. Very responsive, respectful and patient in listening to your concerns. My overall experience with the hospital staff and doctors have always been good for past many years and they are dedicated to their services. However, I would like to point out that before approaching Mr. Samad I had contacted a lady help from the department who herself had approached us with her phone number to contact incase of any difficulties for claims arising after hospitalisation. When approached, her response was laggy and unprofessional, which I found to be rude and shocking as I was experiencing this for the first time from hospital personnel! Just giving heads up so the name of hospital doesn’t get tarnished because of such staff. Eventually, I contacted the main desk and they connected me to Mr. Samad, and as always otherwise, the experience was great. Thank you Mr. Samad and Manipal Hospitals for your service!

My brother was admitted in emergency ward during mid night. The doctor who attended my brother was good & polite. But i had a worst experience there due to one of a nurse ( I don't know her name) she was very rude & was showing very bad behaviour towards patient. She asked me to do admission process & was charging 60,000 ( sixty thousand) for just 1 night only. When i refused to pay & i told her to do discharge formalities for him then she very rudely said to me to take him out within 5 min. I requested her to give atleast 10 min so that I can find a nearby hotel. But she started arguing with me & was shouting at me. As a medical staff she has Very bad behaviour. She seems to not have humanity. I am giving 2 stars because of doctor who attended the patient otherwise i would have given zero star because of that nurse.

I traveled from England to have a comprehensive health check done. Vinaya was a great help to coordinate additional tests I required and to schedule the appointments. This was all done 3 weeks prior to my arrival. Mary helped us through the 3 days of consultations, tests and results. She was excellent. There was not much waiting around and the doctors seemed to be experienced and were caring. Reasonably priced, efficient and great quality. I would definitely recommend this health check in Goa!

Really disappointed by the treatment done. I was undergone unnecessary tests that were certainly not required for the problem I had faced. I was not even informed of the tests that were being done on me and were later told to me that these are our general protocol. I really don’t understand how is a CT scan worth 14,000 INR, a general protocol. There were other such expensive tests done and no actual reason for it was explained. The reports were also not given to me on time and the doctor were also not sure of the problem I had in me. The doctor was using words like you MAY have UTI. We will have to see and admitted me. Very strange and not at all professional. Just wanted to take money out of me. There was a dietician who visited and offered me to drink more water and I was charged for dietary consultation fee. Post discharge, I had to call 10 times to get my pending reports from the hospital.

Overall very good. Geeta from insurance was very helpful. The doctors were good as well. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Only negative was we had to keep pushing the nurses to get updates from the doctor, but this could be because of the covid situation and lack of doctors on other floors.

I recently visited the Dental Department to get my fillings done. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing treatment done by Dr. Shefali. I am very happy with the work. Will recommend the dental team at the manipal hospital. Do visit there and be sure your dental queries and treatments will be taken care of.

Underwent Total Hip replacement surgery last week , hygiene and sanitation facilities maintained during this Covid-19 pandemic times has to be applauded. Friendly staff and easily access to all required amenities are standout points , Daily inquiry by Dietitian and adjustment of diet as per requirement is additional plus point. Was operated on by Dr. Rohan Desai (Orthopaedic Surgeon with Knee and Hip replacement specialization ) has done a superb operative procedure - I didn't think that I would get early pain relief and increased mobility in such a short time span. Dr. Monteiro (Consultant Physician), Dr. Milind Naik and Dr. Mihir (Anaesthetist) also require special mention.

Covid test for every patient and attandent is compulsory only but all Hospital staff are covid free no need to test . Bathroom and wards are not clean properly like private hospital All other things are best

I was advised by my Dr. Friend Mr. Noel for getting treatment for present pandemic situation under care of Dr. Vikram and Dr.Gaurang for covid 19 in charge. I found team leader extremely good in consultation , they were polite in behaviour, courteous and understanding patient's problems. No issue about them and nursing in house staff, I found all them them courteous, attentive. Only a little draw back I noticed in food and beverage. Concerned Dietician Ms Sharvari did extreme job for improving and catering individual need giving prompt attention. Thanks for her efforts. I recently had my mum undergo surgery here. The staff and doctors are extremely kind. No doctor was ready to do the surgery cause of the multiple complications involved. We had also tried GMC four years back but since she was a heart patient they had advised against surgery. Since her condition got worse, we had no alternate option. Dr. Deepak Murty, ENT Surgeon is a gem of a person. He ensures that the patient and the patient's family is accurately informed about every aspect of the treatment. We had opted for the shared room of two patients. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The only negative is the bathroom, although visually clean, it was constantly stinking. For the relatives residing with the patient, the bed is not very comfortable and the canteen has limited options available. That being said, it can be managed with and is not a grave concern.

My husband is having a problem in walking but in Manipal Hospital we got best service of covid Vaccination. Dr Jones Samuel (PRO) & Dr Shekhar Salkar personally came to us near the car to give the jab ( both the doses) without spending a minute after we reach there. Dr Samuel did everything regd etc ready before we reach there. Inspite of their busy schedule Dr Salkar & Dr Samuel came to us gave the jab & also waited there for half an hour to take care of my husband. Thanks a lot for their valuable services.

This was my first experience and it was fantastic. The registration process was smooth. The staff at the entrance was very courteous and offered me a wheelchair as soon as they saw me walk in with a walking stick. Dr. Deep Bhandari whom I saw was fantastic. He is so confident, straightforward and just gave me a great feeling of comfort. His suggestions were fantastic and I am so happy that I came and saw him. I am a Manipal Hospital, Goa loyalist since 2004. My faith & trust with them is undeterred. On 22nd Sept, I took up a package comprising of a comprehensive health check for women. I was pleasantly surprised at the systematic way the entire checks and day was coordinated. They are digitized & I got a briefing from them a day prior. I reported to the every efficient & swift Hussain who registered me. Not only was I made to feel comfortable on the day of reporting, but each check up (pathology, urology, genecology, mammography, Heart related, ENT, dental, opthalmology, etc... one by one was coordinated wonderfully by the most spirited Mary. She literally hand held me and walked me to each floor and ensured that I cam back after each check and reported to her. Jones Samuel came by twice/thrice over to ensure that I was being looked after. For me, Jones is the face of Manipal Hospitals, Goa. There is no one like him. All the doctors ; Dr Murty, Dr Sophia, Dr Devki and others.. each of them are the best. I truly feel that MH, Goa is a blessing to us citizens. Me and my husband visited Manipal hospital yesterday night for covid Rtpcr test. We needed it very urgently for travel purpose. Great services and treatments. The doctors are well mannered, warm and professional. This hospital is neat, hygienic and well managed but one has to be patient as there’s enough the waiting time and rush.

The department and support staff are good and prompt at their work. Daycare team members are well behaved and very attentive. Special thanks to insurance department for providing all the help catering to one's treatment related queries.

Just not value for the money you pay as far as support staff is concerned. They seem to be understaffed and there is no coordination between departments. Housekeeping does not know what nursing does and you have to keep on following up for simple service related things. No doubt the hospital is clean and modern and has facilities. Sadly, the excellent medical service is not backed up by excellence in the other departments. From a hospital that costs you a minimum of Rs. 20,000/- a day, you expect much, much more.

My mother was operated at Manipal Hospital twice. Total Knee replacement was done by Dr. Rohan Desai. He is professional, friendly and very helpful. The hospital followed strict rules due to COVID. And recently my mother got a Bypass surgery done by Dr. Rakesh Deshmane, who is professional, kind and helpful. The Doctor's and nurses are very polite. The staff was very good with good customer service. Liked the strict entry of visitors to the patients in the wards, the securities do a good job too. I hope the management keeps doing good job. The only thing that bothered me was the canteen food. Oh well, maybe its just me.

I was admitted for a back surgery and was successfully operated by the highly adept doctors and nurses. It was a miraculous feeling to see that the pain which was bothering me for weeks had vanished within a few hours and I'm back to normal. I'm immensely thankful to Dr. Audumbar Netalkar who was my chief surgeon and consultant doctor. Thanks to all the other doctors and nurses who would monitor my health and assist me throughout. I'm also grateful to all the other staff at the hospital for their help, polite and friendly nature. Overall, I'd say the hospital has very good and amiable doctors and nurses who are highly qualified and skilled.

Schedule all Activities out of your day as once you enter the hospital as the time flies by so fast that you end up spending your entire day at the hospital. (Again depending on what exactly your going to the hospital for) I liked the fact that the staff are helpful and humble even in their busy schedules. The Doctors are to the Point and Knowledgable with Genuine Advice. (As per my Experiences) The hospital has drinking water facility in walking distance at many places which is very important rather than spending more money on purchasing bottles at the canteen. Canteen has limited food options. Would recommend to improve standards. The Tea Served is delicious. Parking at the hospital is convenient and Systematic. Security is top nosh. My only recommendation is the doctors should be on time as per their appointment slot. I have noticed that they come in late and many patients have to wait. I am not going to name the doctors... that's the management job to check into this as time is money! Rest Assured you will be looked after! Do read the last part. Appointments can be directly booked from their online site but I would recommend to call and book the appointments to avoid last time cancelation of Appointments due the emergency. Booking Appointments and registration was everything smooth . If you are doing first time registration then you will need to pay 100 rs for that and a file and other bills will be provided so be sure to reach there before 20 mins atleast of your appointment to avoid the delay. Well ONLY rating it 2 star because of the trouble we faced with few other patients due to misscommunication between hospital and Doctor. Doctor had no idea about the full Appointments neither Doctor had informed the hospital that he is not available on that day. So when reached there after registration we were told Doctor is not coming. So we had to return with few other without getting any consultation after traveling from so far . *So please call the reception even if you have confirmed appointment before going to hospital to check availability of the Doctor and avoid the trouble we faced.* Covid norms are followed.

Very disorganized, do not keep you informed of what is going on and why a delay, angiography to be done at 8.30 had a 2 hour delay and then in the recovery room till 2.00pm without food and water...when they brought the food at 2.30pm there was no spoon. Dedication and commitment will deliver the good report from customers that is so vital to secure business and flourish. Each and every employee in thus hospital is responsible for the success

Really impressed by the quality of service at this hospital. Huge shout out to International Patient Care Coordinator, Vinaya Bikrodi who showed incredible amount of care, professionalism and made the whole process very smooth. Very grateful for the support. I do not take this level of care for granted as more often than not, my experiences at hospitals have been quite stressful and the process very convoluted.

Hi, like to share experience My wife suffered a major back pains and spine problem 2 months before. As we are new to to Manipal Hospital and Doctor Serving there. After consulting to Dr. SUNNY KAMAT, with good note and confidence he assured me that my wife will be cured and can be normal in few months. With keeping faith on Dr.Sunny Kamat's experiance and we decided to go ahead for operation under him. It was nice experiance with Dr Sunny Kamat, my wife was able towalk normally in 15 days after operation and her recovering with every passing day. Overall the doctors, nurses, and all staff even at the reception are very cooperative and helpful. The doctors are thorough in their diagnosis and explain everyt hing in detail to the patient. Post operative care snd followup is excellent and the concerned surgeon/doctors constantly keep in touch with the patient to monitor the status. Fr. Netalkar in particular is very highly professional and cares about his patient's welfare.

Visited Health checkup department of Manipal hospital, Dona Paula, was highly pleased to be attended by two highly professional in their works, Mary and Shweta who with dedication and courteous approach helped me to carry out my health checkup without any hassle. My father brought in manipal for emergency angioplasty. It was great experience I want to thanks Dr sabyasachi Mukhopadhya for emergency care. He is God for us. My mother was admitted in the manipal hospital for the first time on 2nd floor. The overall experience with the nursing staff along with the housekeeping staff was very good. They provided us with a very good service. And most importantly I would like to thank Dr Omkar Churi under whom my mother was admitted for the surgery which was a successful one.

My family visit Manipal Hospital regularly. Overall it’s a mixed bag of chocolates but somehow still stands to be the best hospital in Goa with a lot of services under one roof. We frequently consult doc Nathan for our infant daughter and he is a very good and honest doctor and easy to talk to. Amongst other services the OPD billing desk staff are polite and quite helpful, Yogesh in particular helped us a lot and especially during my wife’s admission at the hospital. He guided me a lot through different processes which was new to me. I thank him for his support and wish the hospital only gets better in time. All the best.

The hospital's canteen cleanliness was subpar, and the food quality was disappointing. The unhygienic conditions are a concern, especially in a healthcare setting. 4. My cycling tour of India came to a stop when I fell in Goa and dislocated my shoulder. Dr Bhandare and his team did a great job. Vianaya coordinated with my insurer in NZ and ensured payment went smoothly. Grateful thanks too for the care of nurses cleaners and food service staff.

This was an emergency admission. The assistance rendered by Dr Parul Dubey and her team was prompt & excellent. Payment of bills usually causes a lot of anxiety. My mom underwent CABG surgery here performed by Dr. Rakesh Deshmane- very humble person and approachable Excellent Care provided by CTICU team.Thanks to all the first floor and second floor nurses, physiotherapists and nutritionists. A special thanks to Dr. Divya Mahaldar and her team for managing anaesthesia and recovery skillfully.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

An Excellent Consultation with Dr Rohan Dessai on 6th Dec. My doubts cleared with empathy, detail & clarity. This inspired confidence in his treatment plan. His examination for assessment was very thorough. Will keep in touch with him for guidance until the Day of Surgery. I would also like to mention the very helpful Jyoti at Reception. She goes out of her way constantly to reach out to Patients & solve their problems, thus being a good Ambassador for this Hospital. She promptly visited the Ladies' Opd Toilet when informed of the problem there.

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

I would like to thank the doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping staff and the canteen staff for their excellent service during my stay. First of all I am so amazed and grateful to have a hospital like Manipal - nothing like this exists in Delhi Jaipur Kolkata…why is Manipal different? In this vast hospital no one is ever lost as there are always helping smiling uniformed staff who willingly help by personally guiding one according to the requirements of your report - the smiling helpful gentle Jyoti Wodeyar , the Efficient Aashi , the blood lab with the injection that scares me but there is Vinora so deft and gentle & patient I would go to her anytime. When will the blood report come - Kaniz assures me she will email me I don’t have to worry or hassle Aashi says she will pick up my X-ray to be given when I come as I come from far. Manipal in its clean environment with convenient toilet facilities that need no queues it’s so reassuring to be in Manipal when one is down and sick. Your doctors Dr Nagnath is someone I will always consult and certainly recommend to my family & friends Dr sunny Kamath was so thorough he was able to put his finger on the problem I now write this without pain or discomfort And Dr Dalvi is a GP everyone would with confidence lean on My complaint lies with your badly stocked pharmacy that makes a patient wait so long often to be told one of the medicines prescribed is unavailable. And the canteen staff are busy calculating each item one buys so to present the waiting customer a consolidated bill which takes so long most leave in disgust while they there have no choice but to wait tediously as someone known to them for s a patient in the hospital But for me Manipal is such a wonderful boon for those living in Goa Thankyou Aruna Jhala

My wife Maya Rajan was admitted in floor 203 from 16 to 203 feb During her stay she was well attended to by all the staff and the doctors on duty .
