The cheese steak is good but the fries are ok. The worst thing about this place is the service and the atmosphere. Every time I've been there I've seen the staff arguing with the customers police being called. They seem to be very disrespectful or rude with African-American customers that seems to be most of their customers that I see there often. I have been there a handful of times but this is the first time I'm done a review on this place but each time I came here I wasn't thrilled about the food or the atmosphere to be honest. I only always get the cheese steak and fries. More than likely I won't be back after this last time. This is just my opinion on this place of course. 🤷🏾

Poor customer service! The women who took my order over the phone put down someone else name on my order who works in the same building as me, but in different department. So when my food was delivered it was given to a coworker in another department. I called the restaurant and told the manager about the mishap and he starts screaming at me about how it’s not the Restaurant fault you should have picked up your phone when the delivery driver called! First of all, I am in a building where the service isn’t the best and I a nurse. I am very busy. Then I had to tell the manager he was being nasty and I didn’t blame the restaurant, I was just explaining what happened. Then he said he was trying to yell, but his business is losing food. Well now they will lose business, because I will never order there again! I asked for a refund, and declined to have a new order placed. I would never eat from a restaurant where the manger think it’s ok to yell at customers over their mistakes. First and last time ordering with them.

I ordered a garden salad with grill chicken. The chicken didn't taste good so I ask for a refund with my receipt and the manager/owner was very unprofessional and said he's not refunding me and told me to get out. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS HORRIBLE.

I never write reviews! I literally just came from a pizza party.. One of the pizza's had a dead roach on it. You can tell it was baked on. Absolutely horrible! I can't speak for the other pizzas but luckily that particular one wasn't eaten.

I have been ordering from Gino’s for years but 7/20/22 was ridiculous. I ordered veggie quesadilla; in which I have ordered this so many times in the past, but today it had napkins, utensils, packets of sour cream, etc. all inside the box x on top of my food. I called them and at first the lady said well where else where supposed to put that stuff. I replied in a brown paper bag like you used to do. She said oh we put those in the box all of time. Again, I have ordered the veggie quesadilla for years and those item have never been in the box laying on my food. She spoke with the manager and I had to take it back in that hot heat. When I came in the lady was nice and so was I. She gave me the $17 back plus my tip in which I had requested when we were on the phone. The lady apologized. This was sooooo unsanitary especially during this Covid season.

The brick oven was amazing and delivered fresh from the oven. We had the meat lovers and cheese, both were very good. If you’re ever in AC and need a local pizza place this is definitely the spot.

First off I’ll say disregard their online downloadable menu, it’s a bait and switch, they advertise $10 for 10 wings, when your order it’s $17, same deal with thier subs, everything almost priced doubled from their online menu. I called back wondering why my order was priced so high, the lady says we haven’t updated our menu since July, lol obviously on purpose , place is dirty and saw bugs everywhere, other reviews can relate . Stay away place has gone way down severely..

Loved the pizza and pepperoni cheesesteak. The wings became soggy rather quick but they tasted good. Definitely a stop to go to for good pizza

This is the place to go between 2:30 and 4:00. Fast service no line. Fresh cooked food and good too. Don't wait until 5:00 it's dinner time and traffic is high. Clean places to eat. Deliver available. Call and pickup too. Good pizza. Parking is limited.

I've been a customer for several years now as an employee in AC of which we're the majority of their patrons especially during the weekdays ...and lately I noticed the customer service SUCKS!!... I will no longer spend my hard earned CASH nor waste my energy there again @ that establishment effective today!!! I'm not sure if the thin dusty guy that's always in the front is the owner or manager however his customer service is horrible. I can give several chances..let things fly but for me customer service goes a very long way. I will no longer patronize Gino's again and guess what I will spread the word🗣!!!

I was happy to find Gino's Pizza off the boardwalk. I was looking for a GOOD Philly cheese steak and turkey sub to take back to NY! Where I grew up in PA. We had pizza sauce on our steaks. So they have pizza steak!! and when they ask lettice and tomatoes!!! I took 5 and a Stromboli!! Yea!!! I'm in heaven!! Great QUALITY food!

I'm a regular customer. Everytime I visit or order food from home,the hospitality, food is on time and very good. All the grill people/pizza makers are great cooks. The order taker/counter person is polite. The restaurant is clean with every visit,even when it's crowded in the Summer Season. As soon as I walk in the door,I'm greeted with a smile,next," Hello,how many I help you?

The person receiving the order took the order wrong and the manager refused to give us back my money. Horrible treatment of customers. Also was very Rude asked for my money back and refused to give me back my money and hung up the phone on me. Aso I was very respectful to them even though I was angry. I do not suggest ordering from this place . They were rude and obviously money hungry.

My total meal was $15 incuding tax. Generous portion of lasagna, side salad with a dressing pack, bread and butter included also. Sadly, the lasagna was less than stellar. Barely any ricotto, noodles were "tough" and meat was unseasoned. Best part of meal was the salad and bread. I may return, but I certainly will NOT purchase any speacialty dishes like this again.

Wow, great Pizza! They even called after my online order to make sure everything was correct. Huge slices and very fast delivery. Only complaint was one slice had all cheese stuck to top of box but the taste made up for that. My wife’s gluten free pizza was also great she loved it

I really do enjoy the food but i also spend way to much bread to be miss treated. Im just tired of the poor customer service. Only employee that seems to care is the sweet old mami jawn but everyone else have no proper restaurant etiquette.

I've ordered pizza here a few times over 3 years or so. It used to be pretty good but our most recent order was awful and we won't be ordering again. The pizzas tasted processed and junky and everyone who ate them got tummy troubles. Further, we ordered a gluten free pizza with eggplant that turned out to be breaded in gluten. This was not described as fried on the menu and no one cared enough to say something. There are other and better pizza shops nearby.

I called to place an order and asked for extra side of marinara sauce on the side and offered to pay extra for the sauce and the rude lady Saud NO... we don't do that. I explained I would pay whatever necessary and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT...we don't do that. I hung up and ordered elsewhere. They literally lost a large order over extra sauce on the side, that I was willing to pay extra for... Wow, talk about bad business decisions!!! The sad part is I work at Wyndham down the block from them and order all the time. They just cost themselves alot of future business.

Ordered a meatball sub to go. It was mostly sauce. Terrible!! Messy! I had to go outside n wait because of banging music they have. Omg! Not going back. To be more specific, 2 small meatballs on my sub. Saturated in spaghetti Saussure with parmigiana cheese! Just horrible. Nauseous now n won’t be going back!

The delivery guy was having a tough night. Ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 cheese fries. Received the pizza, but no fries. Called back and the driver came, just to give us someone else's order. The driver called us to give us the actual fries but by then the fries were soggy, the only passable stuff was the pizza but it wasn't even good enough to write about. Next time I'm in AC I won't be ordering from there again.

Terrible! They totally messed my order up added mayonnaise which i cannot consume I told them i threw out the sub and requested a refund. She then said i need the sub back for proof that they made it wrong because her cook said he made it right. She basically wanted me to go digging into the trash and return her the sub in order for her to refund me. What type of place is that??? Unbelievable! They also left out a bunch of other stuff my family ordered.its not about the 11$ its about customer service, learn it.

I ordered their shrimp basket with cocktail sauce and coleslaw. The shrimp was extremely greasy and the coleslaw was discolored. Even the cocktail sauce was expired. When I called the store, they asked for me to bring the food back. I didn't want to due to it raining outside but I did. When I showed the "man in charge," the food I was given he refused to remake my order nor refund my money. Basically telling me to bad. I left the store with nothing to show for, just disappointment.

Ordered over the phone for pickup & they gave me cold pizza . I called back for refund the told me they were closed & hung up .

She was short staffed. So there was a wait. But it was only 2 couples in front of us. pizza wasn't the best but it was in walking distance from the boardwalk next time I'll just stay with the resort casino Pizza

I have ordered pizza from here for 3 times. First time was over cooked . Second time was over cooked even though I reminded them I prefer it in white not brown color. Third time I told her please don’t over cooked . She yelled out loud at her cook that not to burn the pizza. I picked up the pizza from the store to home . The margarita pizza was hard like rock because overcook pizza turned rock when it is cold

The staff members were really nice. We got the family special with the 2 pizzas, wings and soda. THE WINGS WERE DELICIOUS! The pizza was good too but I'll surely be back for the hot wings my next visit to A.C.

They came through in a clutch being that everything closed early on a Saturday.. The wait wasnt to bad and prices were fair for the amount of food. The chicken on the quesadilla couldve had more flavor but wasnt bad and it came with green salsa instead of the traditional red but that definitely added flavor. The panini sandwich looked really good.. I would try that next time.
