This office has been nothing but trouble since day 1. They do not answer the phones . Staff is completely unprofessional and rude. Office manager seems nice but she did get me the invalid name for corporate Do not use this office !!!!

This office was great before but in the past year, it has been nothing but unorganized and unprofessional. I was called over 3 times about my appointment just for them to call me the day before my appt to say I had 2 appointments scheduled for that day and tomorrow and my annual check up wasn’t even due for another month but I made that appointment back in January. When I finally do go for my appointment, I’m waiting for over an hour and then when I finally get to the back, I’m sitting in the room listening to my scheduled doctor chat for another 15-20 minutes. Don’t come here if you have something to do after your appt, you have to block off 2-3 hours. It’s a shame, I miss the old staff. They don’t care at all now.

Everyone at this office is amazing. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. Medical assistants are always thorough and have great attitudes. Dr Smith and PA Jackson have left me feeling so taken care of and I feel so confident with their medical advice. Both of them have been so patient and take their time to explain everything to me. I travel far to come to this office but it is worth the ride!

Horrible, they never answer phone calls or return calls. I’m so glad I finally switch to another OBGYN at 32 weeks. Don’t go there.

2 stars because of the reception Dr office changed over so my 1st apt I sat in a room for 2 hrs waiting for them to find my chart no issue cause o like the Dr's. Receptionist calls me an hour before my apt to tell me I was supposed to have lab work done which I wasn't informed of and wants to act like it my fault I said the Dr. Didn't do shyt when I was there she I sat in a room she wants to raise her voice and start telling me the process of apt I asked for grissel and got hung up on I called back asked for a supervisor and was told she wasn't talking to me this is my second pregnancy I wanted to stay with ms.jackson but I won't because of their staff unbelievable to call someone the day of to say you can't come to your apt when they waisted my time 2 weeks ago and haven't had nothing done in my pregancy beside given vitamins and nausea now I have to try to find another Dr and see someone asap after almost a month of waiting to be seen

I just started coming here earlier this year when I found out I was pregnant and the staff is amazing! From the secretary down to the nurses (I have miss Dorian as my nurse/who I see most appointments and I absolutely love her!!) down to the doctors themselves everyone is so warm and caring here, I’m glad I switched to this practice over atlanticare

The nurse was great she really helped me ,but the room that I was put in wasn’t really private because the blinds where broken and people from outside could see me,also I took my daughter there two weeks ago and now they just called in her prescription,I want to go some where else where they respect my rights.

Love it ! I have been going there for a few years now when I was trying to conceive & now I am 16 weeks pregnant & they always make sure all my questions are answered & my needs are taken care of I could have not picked out a better obgyn & Nurse Dorian is by far my favorite!!
