I had a great experience at Sage Jeweler’s. I was very nervous repairing my past present and future diamond engagement ring after one of my stones fell out but Bob did a beautiful job going beyond and securing my other diamond that was loose. He also cleaned it making it look like brand new. Thank you Sage Jeweler’s great job.

Bob is awesome! My vintage diamond was reset by another chain jeweler allowing me to damage the stone. I took it to Bob expecting the worst. He explained the damage in detail so I was educated on what happened and how he can hide and protect the diamond by resetting the ring in a stronger head with better prongs. I just got the diamond back today and I feel like it was my engagement day all over. It is just stunning. With the diamond in the new head, it sparkles even more!! Bob did a fantastic job!!!

Only praise for Sage Jewelers from this satisfied customer. I took my wedding rings in to be re-sized after I lost a large amount of weight. The service provided of having the diamonds checked, the rings sized down, then made into one ring instead of three and rhodium plated, my 14-year-old rings look brand new. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have them doing the same to two other rings after seeing my wedding rings finished. Thank you, Sage Jewelers.

Our experience was great! We bought a wedding ring for my fiance and Sage jewlers was incredible to work with. When we picked out a ring we liked, they ordered many different sizes for him to try on at no extra cost to us. We ended having some issues with finding the correct ring size and Sage jewelers was always ready and able to help. They were extremely personal, always know who we were when we came in and were always pleasant to work with. I am glad we trusted them for such an important thing!

I love this store and the folks that own it! They have a friendly business ethic, not snooty like some other local jewelry stores. I don't spend a lot of money there, but I am still afforded the same courtesy as those that do. New to the area, I took a chance with going to Sage Jewelers, bringing in my gold name plate necklace for chain repair. My experience was awesome! The men behind the counter are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. After showing me a few things and explaining why my chain wasn’t a good fit for my name plate, we decided it made more sense to replace the chain. (My chain wasn’t a good quality to support a name plate hence why i brought it in broken in two places with a rinky-dink clasp) Most important - I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. They showed me different lengths, what would compliment the other existing chain i wear that has a few charms on it, different chain styles and quality. The new chain is absolutely beautiful, the cost was extremely reasonable (50% off!) , as a new customer they gave me a deal on the labor and expected turn around to add the name plate is way faster than i was anticipating. Wish i took pictures of the chain before but i will update this with a picture once I pick up my new chain! This experience has me thinking about replacing my other chain also for something better quality. Sage has secured a loyal customer in me! ty!

Sage recreated an 1800’s wedding ring for my wife. The ring was from my great grandmother and they did it justice. Honest and quality work. I will be doing all of my jewelry business with them as I have been doing for the past 30+ years. They made the engagement ring that fits perfectly with the wedding ring and that was over 30 years ago. They are the best.

I am beyond happy with my experience with Sage. I lost a stone in my wedding band and needed to have my engagement ring cleaned. I had a terrible experience in the past using a retail jeweler to do a small repair that resulted in my engagement ring needed to be completely reset. I told Nick that I was very nervous leaving my rings and he could not have been nicer. He told me it could take about a week to have all of my rings done but they were done that day. I just dropped them off yesterday and already have them back. They look beautiful. Thank you so much for your kindness and quick turnaround. I highly recommend Sage!!!!

Great, friendly staff! Went into busy store and was greeted immediately. I wanted to get a new watch sized. Bob took a look and told me he would get to as soon as he could. Being the store was busy i figured a day or two. He calls me within the hour to tell me he has it ready. Fit perfect and he even adjusted the time and settings for me. Would definitely recommend this place as i got treated like i was spending $1,000. when it was a $15 job!

Oh my gosh….I can not say enough positive words for Sage jewelers! My husband bought me a diamond ring from Sage and it is absolutely beautiful! The cut, color and clarity are spectacular! I needed an adjustment for the size and when I brought it in, they do the workmanship there in a prompt amount of time. No sending out! Customer service was great and I was encouraged to come back to have my ring checked and cleaned any time I felt the need! I would highly recommend Sage jewelers!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have a vintage watch that's a family heirloom with a lot of sentimental value. Unfortunately, it sustained some damage. Sage Jewelers took excellent care of my watch and repaired it for an extremely reasonable price. The repair is unnoticeable. Sage really knocked it out of the park for me!! They custom made a beautiful name necklace and used an heirloom diamond I had for the “i”. They turned this around for me in less than 2 weeks! It was gorgeous and my niece was in love when she saw!! Thank you SAGE!! Will definitely be back!

Over the years I have taken many pieces of jewelry to Sage for repair. I really like the gentlemen who work there. I know the repairs don’t make a lot of money for them but they always treat me like a highly valued customer. The gentleman today (I’m sorry I don’t know his name) tightened the clasp on a watch for me. No money involved but he was super nice. I appreciate that.
