It took over three weeks to just get a ring sized. I later found sites and news pieces on how kay dismounts their own diamonds. In their own repair facilities. Then replaced them with CZ's and moisonitte. When I went to pick up my ring, I waited and waited till finally someone helped me. I didn't even get a ring box. I guess you have to spend a certain amount to be taken seriously.

Katherine and the staff are super inviting. She's super knowledgeable. Im beyond happy with my experience and I'm super grateful to be served with such respect. I had so many questions and she was amazing in answering them all and didn't make me feel stupid. Great job Kay jeweler's!!!!

Bought a bracelet and added on lifetime warranty. They had originally noted that if I wanted it resized, stones would be made into earrings with no charge. They did not keep there word on this. Do not recommend shopping here.

After having multiple poor experiences with my engagement ring from Zales, I was ecstatic for us to find our bands with the highest level of customer service today at KAY. Highly recommend. They cancelled my order because of an "inventory issue" yet still has a pending charge to my account! If the product is not shipped don't charge someone's account! Because now I don't have enough of an available balance to make another purchase! Kay or any associated company will never have my business again!

All I can say is I’ve never had this type of experience before. Tiffany and Cindy are absolutely amazing! Not only are they both total sweethearts and so friendly but my fiancé and I learned so much about the jewelry. We were only here on vacation but knew we wanted to buy a band or wrap for my engagement ring. Tiffany and Cindy were able to find the certification number on my diamond, they wrote it down for me too! Then they went above and beyond to honor the coupon we had forgotten at home for our anniversary of getting a Kay’s card.
