The valet is taking forever. We need to go. Worst valet in the world especially because all they need to do is get a freaking car and bring it to us. This is embarrassing. Do better Tropicana valet.

This is not the parking lot for the Tropicana hotel. This is just a public parking lot. The Tropicana has its own parking garage that you should use if you're staying at the hotel. And the parking garage is cheaper and safer.

Been in exit line of the parking garage for over 45 min the line is not moving at all and it so bad that I been in the 5th floor stand still.

Omg horrible horrible horrible. after the air show you can expect some delays but 2 hours + is more than anyone can stand. Ridiculous people yelling and screaming banging horns not moving an inch for half hour. I will never ever park there again and I suggest that no one does. 25$ for parking what about paying me for my wasted time I can't get back

I was staying at the hotel, but because of limited availability, I could not valet park my car, because I was not a diamond club member!

Very long lines to get out at checkout time

On a Sunday when everyone is trying to get out, we had a pretty rough experience. We paid for Valet parking, but waited about 15min to pay and then about 30min in a dingy underpass with dozens of hungover people, who all need showers (myself included). No where to sit or put your bags down. The valets are breaking a sweat, but they just need some better leadership or system or something. Our friends who parked in the deck got their car about an hour before us. $40 for the weekend, but not worth it.

This google maps label is in the wrong spot, but the actual Tropicana parking garage is extremely poorly designed. We parked in the Quarter Garage where the signage made no sense and it was hard to tell which floor on the elevators correlated with which floor in the parking garage. The ramps were arranged in i assume a scissor stair style, making us feel like we were going insane trying to find our car. The elevator to the parking garage had a giant line for Thursday morning check out so I took the stairs which took me to a back service area of the hotel where business meetings were. The correct stair case smelled terrible and was dimly lit and dirty. It also exited straight outside to an unmarked door in the street. Since we exited this way the first day we parked, it was unclear which of the Tropicana parking garages we actually parked in as there was no signage saying quarter garage so it was also a headache to figure out which of the garages we parked in.

The exit line is backed up to the 5th level. Been waiting TO EXIT for an hour. This is unheard of and Tropicana needs to do something as this seems to be a common occurrence from other reviews.

A large parking garage, conveniently accessible from inside the hotel/casino. But the garage is extremely confusing, with misleading signage and a layout that doesn't make much sense. There was also only one person at the booth when exiting, which was creating a line of traffic.
