    I was attended by a lady who did not want to take my order because I do not speak English well. In addition to being upset and yelling at me, she told me that she didn't understand or speak my language. Act of racism in this store for Latinos.

    This location is too busy chilling with locals and talking...one person was waiting 25 minutes inside for one taco when I got inside. No one working front told to use a digital order screen. In the 25 minutes I sat inside only one car went thru the drive thru for an order so no idea why they are so slow. Always like this and always forget parts of orders

    DO NOT use the drive through, they cheated me today. I ordered a few items and a drink. They actually included the burritos and drink I ordered, but my soft shell taco was only a tortilla wrapper. No filling, just a tortilla wrapper rolled up. Oh and NO Receipt. Does anyone at Taco Bell corporate care about who is working the stores.

    On July 6, 2023 I ordered 3 party boxes for $66,00 I ordered on the mobile app around 6:30pm after 20 minutes waiting they starting making the order but had to keep stopping to take care of the drive thru those customers are more important because they are on a timer. Finally at 7:23 I'm walking out. They would not give me a refund because it was ordered thru mobile app. Got home and every taco we had were broke missing items. I've ordered this a few times. I won't be going back. Horrible service

    34 bucks for soggy tacos, mexican pizza was on the bottom of the bag so of course the food on top smashed it and it all stuck to the lid!! C'mon take pride in your job. If you hate it, quit!! Paid for Supreme burrito and got a bean burrito!! WTH!!!😡

    This was one of the worst tacos bells I've been to. Of course all this bells are mediocre so this one was just a bit worse. My food tasted fine but the food wasn't well made. Overall I may consider coming again but as much as I love taco bell I don't think I will come to this location if I can help it.

    This is literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Been there three times, and each experience has somehow topped the list as the worst encounter. First time I went, I placed an online order through the app, only to be told they didn’t have the necessary ingredients to make my order. Alright, fine; asked for a refund only to be told they couldn’t do it and it had to be submitted via the app. Fine. Next time, my sister goes to the drive-thru and it took them 45 MINUTES TO DO THE ORDER. She finally gets home and of course, the order is incorrect. Went back again today to give them one more chance and I pull through the drive-thru, only to be told ‘they couldn’t take orders, because the system was down’. I have never seen a place run so inefficiently. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

    4 employees in the dining room chatting, no one acknowledges any customers in the building, they just continue chatting. Another customer walks in, looks like Uber eats…they ignore him too…finaly they get up to make our order…and then when we’ve been standing here no joke 5 minutes someone finally asks if we’ve ordered (we did, on the kiosk) … No one wants to work anymore

    First time here it was the WORST experience. They replaced people with a kiosk machine, no HUMAN experience and I'm sure a way to cut cost by hiring staff! Food was ok, ordered hard tacos, shells were stuck to the paper and most broken I don't get it! Is this the new way of doing business, uh I'm good! I won't be back!

    Terrible service! If you request something else you get yelled at. The lady working yesterday around 5pm who seems to be the manager is terrible! Stay away from this place ! They will give you the orders wrong or missing things and if you dare to ask for the correct things, this lady will chopped your head off. If I could I will give minus 10 starts because of this! Terrible!!!!!

    Order through Uber Eats. No napkins in the bag and I requested sauce and received none at all. Please pay attention to a customers exact order. For the amount I just spent I would have like to receive EVERYTHING I asked for.

    What is going on with these fast food restaurants 99% of these things are horrible, and i am talking every single restaurants including customer service, no team effort, lazy, chatty, and ridiculous rude. We go and then told we are closed when times are not matching the Google time. It was 12:10am and we are told that store is closed when it's hours are till 1am so what does that tell you, they don't want to work or service and it's a shamed and then because they were closing they only give u what they have or whatever they can make and get out right away!!! Ordered 3 chicken quesdillas and only got 2 of them REALLY THIS IS THE WORST I AM TOTALLY ANNOYED AND WILL NEVER LET ANYONE I KNOW GO THERE!! AND AS FAR ARE ETHNICITY THEY ARE VERY UNFAIR BECAUSE THEY SERVE WHO THEY WANT TO OTHERWISE REFUSE YOUR ORDER!! THIS IS RACISIM WHICH SHOULD NOT BE TOLABERAL TO ANYONE!!!     This location the drive through pretty busy inside you have to order from the kiosk. Which is not good because I wanted some things on the side and it ended up being that I ordered it on the steak fajitas. So that part of my meal was ruined and it was the main course. Everything came out okay it seemed to be doing a decent job it's just Not that great of food. What do you expect that's taco bell right.

    So the food was very good at this location. Fresh and warm. Clean interior. Only thing that I disliked was that there was no self serve station. So basically no sauces, napkins, utensils. You have to go up front and ask for anything like that. The service is slightly above average. Could be more upbeat and welcoming to customers. It is very well lit. Gotta live though these tacos. So delicious.

    Service was not so good. The place was not busy and our presence was ignored. There was some type of manager sitting in the dinning area and has was not providing any support either. The beverage dispenser was not functioning and the soda's provided to us had no carbonation. We will not be returning to this location.

    This location is horrible. You can only order through the kiosk when you go in. They literally point at it and tell you to order there or ignore customers standing at the counter completely. Floors, counters and parking lot filthy. They literally lost an$80ish order that night from me and I will not go back anytime soon.

    Doors locked can’t go in to pick up order or exchange wrong items. Employees won’t acknowledge. No signs saying why doors locked. The chips were horrible!! They smell horrendous!! Like candle wax or something! 🤮

    I ordered at the drive thru 357 w Atlantic. I ordered the Nacho fries deluxe box. I stated 3 times that i did not want any sour cream or lettuce on any of the tacos or burrito. He stated that it does not come with sour cream or lettuce. I then continued my order stating my drink and wanting a soft shell taco instead of a hard shell. I then started just in case any of them came with sour cream or lettuce I don’t want it and then went on to pay. I then drove home and went to eat my meal and was greeted with sour cream and lettuce. I was unable to eat my meal. I had to go to my car and drive back in the rain to get my order corrected. When I went back The manager Joseph did not even apologize for the mistake. Then to top it all off my fries were cold🤦🏾‍♀️. I’m still going to give them 4 stars because the service is usually great, food is hot and speedy. I really hope that when I go back the service is as it usually is. I can’t keep driving back from mistakes that could have been avoided.

    i love when you their bathroom paper towel as napkins in your food order. But, NO paper towel in the bathrooms. Also went to the same location over the weekend 45mins before closing no one in the building but parking lot full from the club across the street, one can only assume that they charged to park and closed the restaurant. thanks for my later night craving.

    By far, The worst fast-food experience I've ever had. 100% Kiosk ordering, Literally 10 people in line, Literally every single order wrong. (Not ordered wrong mind you) just processed that way. I was third in line, the kind of time that I had to wait to get my stuff (Wrong) Was phenomenal. And if anybody went to the counter to ask for this or that (that was ordered and didn't get) the staff was getting mad and snapping at them only to determine they were right. I have to assume no manager was on because it was a free for all for throwing blame but not for solving issues. A customer in line said "The last time I was here" and I said that is six words that will not be said by me as I left. I get it it's taco bell not the Ritz but come on.

    Worst service i have had at any restaurant fast food or sit down. Waited an hour to get our food. No lines nothing. Workers laughed at us when we finally went up there to ask about our food after 30 mins of waiting they didnt even remember we had ordered, and had to wait another 30 and remind them multiple times that we had yet to get it. The guy in front of us ordered a single taco and he didnt receive his food for 45 minutes. It’s ridiculous!!

    Was good first two times. Terrible today on 8/25/22 . forgot items, soggy and leaky, missing ingredients. Looked a child put it together. Instant stomachache. No hot or mild sauce included when asked. Won’t be back. Waste of money

    My Crunchwrap, & Soft Taco Supreme were both made correctly, quickly, & had the ingredients well placed inside. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, & their ordering kiosk inside works very well. I'm told their app also works well, but haven't personally used it yet.
