Stopped by on vacation to get lunch and was very disappointed with the service and food was just okay. Took awhile to get anyone to say hi and get drinks and when our waiter finally decided to take our order it seemed as we disrupted his break. Also he looked like he just woke up from last night's "drunk" and he didn't get us bread, we were hungry and looking forward to their excellent bread. After about 15 minutes later he asks if we wanted bread 🍞, of course we said and after about an half hour we got our bread and 5 minutes later our food, which was okay but service was so bad I will try other places to eat!!

Don't get me wrong this is definitely not a Fleming's or Ruth Chris steakhouse. However for the price that I paid my steak had it an excellent taste and was cooked perfectly. The side dishes were also tasty. I would like to see them have a few more choices in the beer selection but at least they had one IPA

Friendly staff. Quick service. The Porterhouse 🥩 was $32 with 2 sides included. The steak was perfectly cooked to the requested temperature. The grilled corn 🌽 was in session so we gave it a try and it was excellent. Unfortunately, the broccoli🥦 was dry and could have used some seasoning, but wasn't terrible.

This was our first time to any Longhorn Steakhouse and let me tell you, it did not disappoint in any way. Our server Nate was amazing and very attentive. The food was out of this world!! Everything was hot and cooked to perfection. Will definitely return soon and I highly suggest you try Longhorn Steakhouse!!!

If visiting Phoenix and looking for good food this restaurant should be on your list. Oddly when I think of LongHorn Steakhouse I think of salmon. They have great steaks which is in the name of the restaurant, but who knew they had great salmon. I actually order salmon at Longhorn about 50% of the time. Today was one of those times. The host was nice and sat me right away. I knew they were not staffed as I only saw two or three servers running. I’m a very patient person so the 10 minutes wait to be greeted was fine as I just put in my ear buds and was watching a movie. She apologized which was nice and quickly took my order. The bread was actually hard and dry. I’m used to having nice, warm, soft LongHorn bread. My drink came out fast and the food was not too far behind. The food as usually never disappoints; yum, yum, and yum! Overall I recommend if you want good food in a comfortable setting then come to this LongHorn. As with most places there’s a staffing issue in service. Unfortunately, they have to figure that out because until robots or some other means of delivering food in restaurants happens it’s still needed. The service issue is why only four stars. Great food, good service; I hope this helps your decision.

Primarily a steakhouse. Offers other items such as chicken, salmon, shrimp. They have a decent lunch menu (more reasonably priced than dinner). Complimentary Bread And Butter served warm is very good. Hayden, manager was kind and helpful. Hayden allowed me to get the fried shrimp they used to have on the menu! It’s one of my favorite items! The Caesar salad dressing is a bit too tart so I didn’t like the salad…Hayden was great to replace it with a house salad with House Made Ranch and House Made White Balsamic dressings (both were delicious)! Restaurant is a bit dark yet comfortable. There’s a very small bar at the front and a good sized split dining room. The restroom had an old musty odor. Plenty of parking in a busy location with lots of shops, restaurants, businesses.

This restaurant is located at a great location, near the intersection of Tatum and cactus road. While it is part of the Darden chain of restaurants, the friendliness of the staff makes it feel like a family-owned operation. Super clean too. Food is consistently excellent. On the lunch or dinner menu, the grilled chicken salad with strawberries grapes and feta cheese is awesome! Most of their items come with a side and I always like to get a baked potato loaded. All that for ten bucks on the lunch menu. Picture attached!

Our server Kelly was good. But timing was off.. Our wine and beer came after the app,the condiment ( ranch) asked for 3 times for our,very good Toinon,was not delivered at all. And then the entrees were ok,not cooked to order,except for my daughters LH burger. I was expecting alot more attentive service,I'm a server in the "Area" and I'm very giving and corgul. I wasn't impressed. Chopped steak over salted,and my youngest daughters steak wasn't cooked to order,Well isn't Med Well and then pork chops over cooked. Maybe a off day, I get it. LongHorn steakhouse is now my new favorite go-to restaurant for dining in. Not only is the atmosphere phenomenal and warming and welcoming but the lighting is just right. The customer service is phenomenal as well not only are they kind and warming and fun to be around they entice you. My first time going we had a amazing waitress named, 🌹Desirae 💯 she was so polite, well-spoken, fun, and helpful that I couldn't help but keep a smile on my face every time she came back to ask, us how we're doing and if there's anything else we needed she went just above and beyond to have a fun time with us as well. My second time going we were honored to have our waiter 🌹Christopher 💯 serving us he was also very polite, well spoken, and fun, and helpful too between the two of them just great customer service I can't wait to get to go back and see them again and enjoy some of that phenomenal food. The loaded baked potato and broccoli at lunch were good but not great but reasonably priced. The house vodka drink was $8 at lunch (definitely overpriced). The service was quick in regards to food; however, the bartender was very inattentive and disregarded offering water or refills on my drink. The place was extremely slow at peak lunch time. I am very disappointed overall with the service and experience. I would highly recommend going to another steakhouse. Charleston’s, Outback, Houston’s and Hillstone provide much better food, service and the pricing is comparable at lunch.

The best location. Food is amazing,the ribeye steak sandwich,potato,ribs,the bread,vanilla ice cream & the chocolate stampede. The sponge cake,the wings,the steak salad,& soups & hamburgers are great. Key the server is the best,as well as Marvin the Mgr,Spencer the server,Hayden the Mgr

Had my 21st birthday here tonight, and while I have always had a great time eating here our waitress Jessika absolutely made my night so much more spectacular! Big shout out to her and all the other awesome people working there, amazing food too!

great food and great service, coming from CA this is a great price for a very good steak dinner for me and my girlfriend under $90. I got the cheese crust and it was very good. i’ve been to many longhorn restaurants in different cities and is consistently good. 👍

I've been to this Steakhouse several times the food and service was outstanding. Mike was my server. It was the best experience we've had at any local steakhouse yet. We had filet mignon and ribeye steak dinner. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the customer service was above excellent. If you're looking for a steakhouse, give Longhorn North Phoenix a try. You will not be disappointed.

I LOVE this place and the service is amazing! EVERY time I have come in whether alone or with my family, the steak is perfection! The wine is generous with the pour and the prices are very reasonable. Hands down, well worth it!!

This was my second time coming to this restaurant; but a different location. The steak and fries were of course amazing. Our server recommend trying out the shrimp appetizers or the stuffed mushrooms but we ended up trying their onion appetizer instead. We definitely should've tried the recommended apps. Our service was amazing. Our server had a lovely vibrant attitude. She definitely made the night an enjoyable one.

My nephew was visiting and wanted to come here for lunch for the Red Rock Shrimp. Lunch was delicious as was the molten lava cake. The booths sit really low to the table and I needed an adult booster seat, other than that great experience

Wow! This place is going out of it's way to assure that everyone is safe! They are cleaning non-stop and assuring that there is enough space for social distancing. The ribeye was phenomenal along with everything else! We had the BEST service ever!! What a wonderful first night out!!!

First time here but not the last. Steak was done perfectly and the baked sweet potato was great. Our server (Eugene) was very friendly and courteous. He seemed to be working the entire dining area alone but checked on us several times. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a enjoyable dining experience.

The service was really good. Our waitress was excellent. We ordered the rib eye sandwich and stuffed mushrooms. Mushrooms were excellent but the rib eye had lots of gristle on the edges and was not good. We spoke with the manager who told us that is just the way the rib eye meat was. Not going back here anytime soon.

Amazing meal. Presentation was excellent and steak seasoned perfectly. Menu is simple and allows them to get your food quick as the steaks take to cook. Exactly what you want in a restaurant, big portions and servers frequent your table more than you’ll ever need!

My wife & I went there Saturday evening. We both are 74, & just wanted a quick meal, so we were near Longhorn so we stopped there. Everyone was very pleasant, and the 2- $29 Rib Eyes, were the worst cut of meat I've ever had. Asked for a sharper knife, but no luck cutting into it. The manager came over & he couldn't cut into it. They replaced my meal, a bit better but not still not able to cut into much of it. The waiter was great, but the manager should have offered another entree. We had an $89 bill plus we left $20 for the waiter. NEVER will we go there again.

We love it. Very good food for a reasonable price. Love the bread! You don't wait long. Delicious. But one thing should be thought about: do NOT refill drinks without asking. It's just waste! And if a guest asks to take the leftover drinks, don't bring a new and waste an almost full drink. It's so valuable! Many people starve and die of thirst out there. Think twice.

What can I say it’s my home away from home. I always look forward to having my weekly dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse due to the fact, the food is outstanding, and the Customer Service is even that much better. Every time I’m in that establishment everybody knows me by name gives me a warm greeting and even spends a few moments walking over if they’re not overloaded with customers and getting in some chat time. You guys rock I really appreciate you and I hope you know that.

I forgot the name of our server. However, she was absolutely AMAZING. We came in on Thursday evening, 9/28/2023 around 7:15 pm. 3 adults and a toddler. She was so attentive to all of our needs. Hubby didn't have to ask for a refill once. The food was amazing! Will definitely be back, I wished I had remembered her name so she could receive credit.

Amazing dining experience at this North Phoenix location. My husband and I just went out for our usual Saturday date and our choice fell on Longhorn Steakhouse. Clean, ambient and inviting atmosphere was enhanced with special attention from managers Bernadette and Hayden and our server Debbie. We fell in love with Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip partnered with White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms for appetizers and Flo’s Filet combined with Lobster Tail were to die for! Steak was very juicy and soft and the crispy Brussels Sprouts on the side added to this culinary delight! We definitely will be back to try out more of the menu items and enjoy the experience!

Very nice place. I did call them to ask them what their wait was. And they told me about 15 minutes. So when we got there, they said 30 min. That's because I should've. Reserve the table when I was on the phone. But now I know for next time but the food was delicious. The service was delicious and it was very nice inside there.

The food is always great and so are the drinks and excellent customer service by the staff.

Steaks done right

Food was delicious & staff were great. Visited from Las Vegas the weekend before lockdowns happened back in March. Returned in July and had the same waiter. We plan to return again next time we go to Great Wolf Lodge.

Convenient location, but they do need one in actual Scottsdale or even Tempe. Pricing is decent for the amount of food you get, great tasting appetizers and food period! Waiter was ok, but we've had better. Date night is usually here or cheesecake factory, would recommend to family and friends, they offer a military discount. Can't wait for the next visit.

My steak was so peppery I could barely eat it. My asparagus was WAY overcooked- almost translucent... Floppy, smelly. Our server though was a 10/10. She was fast, on the ball and very friendly.

Able to sit in bar area right away. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Do not eat steak often but my steak was delicious. Perfectly cooked. And the cauliflower au gratin is heavenly. For a little spice suggest the old fashioned with knob creek. Will be back.

I love the food..very delicious...but this past Monday...the experience was completely different...the food of course was good as always but the bathroom were very dirty..and smelled very bad. Due to COVID-19 I think you guys should have your location cleaner(paradise valley)..anyone can get sick if the bathroom were that dirty..please be more cautious.

I love this place, great portions, reasonably priced and great service. I like the salads as well as desserts, the steaks are cooked to perfection especially with light seasoning.

Wonderful service! Delicious steak. The meat is generously seasoned which some can find "spicy" with the pepper and what not. So if you like a less flavorful choice be sure to specify ahead of time. Our waitress was fantastic! We were chatting for hours and she made sure that we never ran out of iced tea. Highly recommend.

The waitress was excellent... The food.... The food was exceptional...!! It has been a long time since i had a steak that excellent.... The shrimp tasted fresh unbelievable flavor even the rise bedding was great and I'm not a rise guy.....!!! The cook lastnight was off the hook....!!!

My husband and I love to come here. We had stopped coming due to COVID-19. But we just recently came back on 7/04/20 and we were impressed with there guidelines and safety protocols. We felt safe while dining and enjoyed some yummy food.

Called in to tell them what spot number I was parked in...10 minutes go by, nobody comes out yet. I call again and had to repeat to another person I was there for pickup. Finally at 4:50pm my order is brough out to me. No apology. I am disappointed.

For the last 5 years this was my "go to" Restaurant. My last 2 visits including today have left me feeling so disappointed. Apparently there have been some changes to the menu options. When one ordered an Entree you typically received 2 sides, a salad and another choice be it steamed broccoli or a baked potato. That is not the case anymore. No more salads included with Entrees. Today was the worst. Mind you, the Restaurant was Not busy. My server Kevin made me decide that I don't ever want to come back. We placed our orders, and waited.....and waited and watched him serve and attend everyone else but us. When we watched a table seated after us eat their bread he must have realized he didn't ask us if we wanted any. Our bread was late, our drink order was wrong, our vegetables were forgotten, he asked if we needed ketchup and walked away before we could ask for anything else. Drink refills didn't come until after we were done eating and almost choking on our food. It's pretty sad when the hostess has to come and help fix mistakes when only 3 tables were occupied. Such a shame.
