I was in town for a wedding and booked a very last minute (the night before!) appointment with Julia for a blowout. She was fabulous!! The blowout was gorgeous and lasted all weekend. The salon is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. Plus a little champagne to go with the blowout to kick off the weekend was the cherry on top!

As always, Samantha was amazing. When she had a last minute client schedule for a manicure a half hour before my appointment - she'd contacted me as soon as possible to let me know that my appointment may need to start at a later time to accommodate the client - and I greatly appreciated her thoughtfulness. Not only do my manicured/pedicured nails look beautiful and feel so much better, but I left refreshed and relaxed.

Samantha did a wonderful job on my gel manicure. She was kind, and we shared a great conversation. She was very attentive to detail in the prework prior to the manicure and I am very pleased! Thank you!

I always have a great experience with Samantha - she really cares about her customers and making sure everything is done properly. She is also great at keeping a conversation, and I feel like she is listening, even as I ramble. The W Salon & Spa is a beautiful place with a nice atmosphere. I like the complimentary coffee and that I can purchase other things if I want to do so. I was worried about trying to find an unfamiliar place, but the signage made it easy to see on the main floor of the condo building. I would highly recommend both Samantha and the W Salon & Spa.

Molly was AMAZING!! She is so sweet and knowledgeable. I have had a hard time finding an aesthetician that I feel very comfortable around. Every time I go and get a facial I feel like I get criticized for loving this sun— but not by Molly!! Her energy, attitude and overall personality are so refreshing. She is so skilled && I can’t wait to become a long term client & see the amazing changes in my skin- thank you so so much Molly!!! ◡̈

I had a lovely relaxation massage with Samantha. One of the things I love about her is that she is 100% open to specific requests. For instance, today, my calf muscles and lower right back were really tight, so she focused more on those areas, shortening the time on other spots. At other locations, I have requested that certain areas be targeted, but they don't always do that. Thanks, Samantha!

Definitely request Molly for your facial services! I had the best experience during my custom facial. She tailored it exactly to my needs, calmly communicated the process as we moved through the steps, and provided a comfortable and tranquil experience. I’ve already booked my next session!

Julia was amazing! She's so knowledgeable about exactly what your hair needs but never pushes her opinions on you. She also gave me some great recommendations on how to keep my hair healthy - I looooveee my new hair and will definitely be coming back to her!

Cole did an awesome job with my full highlight and haircut. They listened to what I wanted and delivered beautiful hair that I’m proud to show off. They were personable and friendly. I appreciate their efficiency so I wasn’t sitting in a chair for 4+ hours like I do at other salons. The salon was fresh and modern and the option to order a drink while getting your hair done is a nice touch. I will definitely be back!

Molly did a fantastic job on my lash lift and tint. She made me feel like I was a superstar with the way she took care of me. I cannot recommend her enough, she is established and knows what she is doing. I felt very comfortable with my lashes in Molly's hands! She also provides many other great services, such as hydrafacials and waxing. I will definitely be using Molly in the future for all of my facial/self care needs! Thank you again Molly :)

wonderful salon, very attentive the hairdresser respects what you want and did a great job and the way she was beyond accommodating really honored what I wanted. Sara did a wonderful 100% endorse her for somebody that you should see to have your wishes fulfilled. my hair looks so good I feel great about myself. she saved me from the most horrible haircut I’ve ever had.

I just moved to town and visited W Salon & Spa. I am so happy that I got to find a wonderful hair salon from the very first week i moved to Cincinnati. Julia is so professional and an expert in hair color and highlights. She is amazing, got it perfect and exactly like I discussed it with her.
