Please spend your money somewhere else!!! This place is not worth your time nor your money. Everything in the room was broken, and backed up. They wouldn’t come and fix it even when we asked them too multiple times. Management is very rude and unkind to guests and the staff is rude and disrespectful. Also if that wasn’t enough, there are roaches everywhere, in every crack and corner. The room smelled musty and didn’t even look clean. The most stupidest thing is they make you pay for wifi and toilet paper, like the place isn’t already expensive enough. Even if you call corporate to complain, it’s like they don’t even care either. This place is the most nasty, unsanitary, unsafe place I’ve ever stayed in my life. Please don’t come here, not even for one night. Better places to spend your money at.

If you can afford anywhere else go. Nasty is not the word for this place. It's loud and nobody cares to let their kids scream and yell in the halls. Sometimes it's nice. Like when the police are around. Then it's quiet. I've lived here for 8 months because it's close to bojangles my job.

DO NOT STAY THERE. The 199.00 is not a weekly rate. You will pay $245.00 for the 1st week then it will go up to 355.00 or 375.00 the rooms are horrible, they are roach infested, I was in two different rooms because they had to move me because the air conditioning was not working also some rooms have full size refrigerators other rooms have mini refrigerators the stoves are Rusty the microwaves are disgusting to use. The TV's main work on certain channels. The staff and management and reservations are rude inconsidered. I do not recommend anyone staying there. I had a horrible experience and I will never go back. The only good thing about the room and it's close to the bus line on Cobb Parkway or Delk Road.

This establishment is a monstrosity! I would rather sleep in a tent with a shopping cart that has a complimentary park under an overpass than to stay in this shalahastic place of a hotel. This is nothing less than an abandoned building in operation. I visited this place after seeing the gorgeous pictures posted online, just to arrive to discover the Bate’s motel “the return” #7. After giving me the option of three rooms to look at, the front desk clerk asked me what did I think…. Well sir, here is my response…. I think someone should toss some gasoline and strike a match and deliver the city from this canker sore!!! I happily passed on this nightmare on NW PKWY street. Shame on you! Take a close look at the pictures. Anyone down on their luck would get no hope in a place like this! I can’t believe they had the unmitigated gall, the audacity, the testicular fortitude to offer such a disgusting place! Raggedy counters and drawers, dirty shower curtains, just plain ole disgusting.

If you have to choose between a foxhole and this place choose the foxhole. It is so rundown. The people that live here have their kids up all time of night, people with loud noise walk by or stay by door, kids yelling, roaches in microwave no hot water no tv no refrigerator. They lie and say they will send maintenance toilet backed up sinks drain slow. This is definitely a slum hotel that I will be reporting to health department and licensing for hotels. The owner is not stablegold but they advertise as if it is. I feel sorry for the ones who cannot afford another place. I just hope the kids do not remember the struggle they went through..it do not take much to fix hotel the majority out there living is black. More officials need to visit places like this. By the way its no refund do not go online visit place first

I can’t find the words to describe how I feel after dealing with Leon the 3rd shift employee other than “Uncle Rukus” worst customer service. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Basically living off borrowed time. Good thing is he won’t be there long enough to realize that he disrespected the wrong one giving off that correction officer feel as if your a prisoner and trapped after paying $300. Or maybe he’s waiting for his early check out time rather than yours… horrible human being and No one should have any regrets after realizing his departure well before karma made its deal.

I can’t believe the two rooms I seen. The first room had mold on the ceiling, the second room was surrounded by flies. It looked like death happened in that room it was literally roaches meeting us to the room before we got to it the tv was gone!!! Then the people were rude guessing because we didn’t decide to spend our money there lol … But I don’t recommend this room to nobody. I gladly left and didn’t get neither one of those disgusting rooms.

I stayed at this hotel once for nearly 3 month while working on my degree. The monthly booking option and rate has been extremely helpfull at that specific time and without that it could have been just "without comment". The management team is professional available. I felt safe at the location and had no issue. The people live their lives and don't bother at all. The kids are so polite and there is a nice feel of community. I have learned a lot just by observing and could see so much gentle and brave humanity behind difficulties.

The rating for this Death Trap is 00! The management is totally unprofessional and scamming the residents, the maintenance of the room is the worst I have ever experience. This place should be condemned. I don't even understand how this place has pass state inspection it's a health and fire Hazzard. And obviously, manage by Slum Landlord. Roaches and bedbugs improper lighting and kichens sink running water constantly, heating and air unit total barely functional, entrance barely attached to door frame and no security lock. PURE SLUM environment.

The most nastiest place to stay. The place is infested with roaches and bed bugs, very bad customer service. Some room had no heart. the photo's that you see on the website is not real. It is Photoshop to attract customer they always have room available it's not first come first serve, they said that to make you come and get into their trap.

The rooms smell like mold and mildew, they are infested with roaches and spiders. No stove, the rooms haven't been cleaned or sanitized properly or at all. They raise prices without actually accommodating guests, front desk personal is always rude and nonchalant especially the young man with the braids. There's no security, rooms are being broken into, kids running up and down the hallways, the hallways smell like urine, there's trash everywhere. I do not recommend this hotel unless you're desperate. You'll find more peace in a homeless shelter. KRYSTAL is the only front desk person that does her job.

The room looked like a crime scene. Walls where tan. Smelled bad. A/C united didn't work. Tv went out in the middle of the night. The front decks still hasn't moved us to a better room and we paid for a month.

Price is cheap, but staying here lowers your self esteem because, the staff make you feel unwanted and treat you with disrespect because, they may have to do something They will punish you for asking for help. The place is in general disrepair. Any attempts made by you to improve the quality of your stay, is met with insult or some other retaliation. The only thing they are happy to do is let you borrow the broom and dustpan. I have been here for 12 weeks. Everytime I need amenties they don't have them or you are charged, ie. $1 for two tiny bars of soaps or a roll of toilet paper. Room service, when conducted, is to ask, if you need clean sheets for your bed however, they won't make your bed or clean the bathroom or kitchen. I've got dead roaches in the kitchen and living room night stand, that have been there before I moved in. When I asked if, they could be cleaned up, the maid told me, that it's my responsibility to clean them up(see pictures). They claim weekly room services but, the staff doesn't do it however evidently, they just tell the front desk it's been done. The front desk doesn't conduct accountability check to make sure it's being done. Things have stolen from my room. I had to go to the hospital for several days. The maid staff stole my brand new shoes, several pairs of sunglasses, backpacks, pants, toiletries in excess of $30. When I returned, the front desk only gave me several id cards. There is no accountability here. If, I wasn't in financially quagmire, I wouldn't take the lack of respect and personal lack of consideration. The management don't give you respect with exception of one lady. who has treated me like a paying quest, who I appreciate. They never greet you with a smile. You can tell that they never went to customer service school!

Chris and Malcolm at the front desk at the Economy Hotel in Marietta! Showed very exceptional guess services and they were also VERY PROFESSIONAL ! They both went the extra mile to accommodate my needs and comfort for my stay. I was very impressed with them and my room, which was clean, spacious and had all of my every day amenities for my convince just like if I was at home. I highly recommend ....Thanks !

I truly wish I could give this place less than one star. It was the most rancid place I've ever been, with roaches, a rotten floor under the sink, a cigarette in the kitchen sink (it's suppose to be a smoke free room) and a nasty shower with no shower curtain! I had to leave that night, it was so disgusting.

the staff lets you see three identically filthy rooms before choosing a room and says "now you know there is a no refund policy".... upper management/owner has already explained this to the EH workers.. why has Cobb County/Marietta not shut this place down you ask? Because it keeps taxpayers dollars and federal funding from having to provide for the real issue at hand homelessness and poverty.

Badly needs to be renovated. The rooms are infested by roaches and bed bugs. Dingy paint jobs. Just overall nasty location.

Front seat does a wonderful job trying to help people although they have to deal with different personalities but Crystal at the front was very helpful to me. She was kind courteous and considerate this may not be the Marriott but she actually made me feel at home thanks 🙏👍

Don't let the office fool you,as it's the nicest part of the hotel. It was bug infested, with bugs crawling all hours and everywhere. The room had a kitchen, but the sink and the stovetop were unusable. They offer a no refund policy,so basically you either lose sleep ,as if the bugs didnt keep you up all night, the people hanging outside your room will. They give you a list of rules upon, check in but don't enforce them. The weekly rate is low,but given the room conditions and other guests, its not worth it.It really needs to be inspected and potentially shut down.

UPDATE:: few months later my microwave still doesn't work, my stove doesn't work. The tv only has like five channels that work and that's if you get a remote control that works. Every room looks different. Some ppl got headboards some don't. Some ppl rough floors others do not! Now my ac doesn't work and still nothing!! Please don't waste your time. The only good thing about this place is they have a wing spot w CHEAP wings in large amounts Gourmet Cafe. You won't be disappointed other than that this place has more bandos than an apt complex. Windows are broken , sinks in the rooms don't work. Multiple complaints of one burner on the stove Working only. Microwave doesn't work. You can call the office on Monday tell them something doesn't work and you won't hear back from anyone. Might as well get used to doin it on your own. It's crackheads everywhere. In and out . In and out. Random kids will bang or knock on your doors and windows.. roaches are everywhere. It's 3 elevators but only one works. And even then I've gotten stuck on them and even witnessed others literally tryna jump or climb out the elevator from it being stuck.. kids are running up and down the halls all day and night.. people are arguing all day and night. I can tell you a piece of everybody's business because they are so loud. Maintenance is always never to be found. They can tell you someone is coming to fix something next thing you know two weeks down passed and still no functioning microwave. Yet they want you to pay on time amongst other things.roach droppings at everywhere , the bathroom vent has so much dust accumulated on it, the building has mold on ceilings that gets covered with black paint. The ceilings leak on top floor when it rains. Foundation is horrible. Building can collapse at any moment. Wifi is $7 a week but only works if you're by office , calling the office to help doesn't help anything at all.. managers are barely here so maintenance takes all calls Bed bugs !!!!!!!!
