My wife and I run our own business and we are here almost every week for jobs we get in Atlanta. We have stayed at the studio 6 probably 4 months out of this year already. Not one issue. We never see any bugs...yeah, the rooms aren’t 5 star hotel rooms, but what do you expect for $44 a night? They are always clean. The cooktops are a little slow to heat up, but have always worked. We’ve stayed on every floor of the hotel. One time, we had a room that the ac didn’t work in, and they put us in another room immediately. And to all the people talking about “the crackheads or the questionable people”... you don’t know what people are doing or what they are going through. Maybe you shouldn’t write a bad review on a hotel just because you’re a judgmental person that’s clearly too good to stay in a $44 room. We’ve never met anyone that wasn’t polite as could be. We will continue to stay here as long as we have work down this way.

The room itself isn't terrible, but that said there aren't a whole lot of amenities but the place itself seems like it is half homeless shelter. Also, it's tough getting to the hotel, either you miss your sudden right turn or you have to make a couple u-turns up the road and try again.

Another one you get what you pay for! The office has a nice set up but they should invest that money into the revamp of the hotel where we lay our head not where their staff stays for there shift and leave! The second night there we woke up to our room flooded when I ran all the way to the front desk because the phones didn’t work I must say the guy on duty was quick to handle his business quickly called his maintenance guys and changed us rooms so big guy thanks for that! However the new room was infested with roaches the air conditioner was hanging off but still kinda worked the kitchen sink leaked underneath and I put in a maintenance order but the 3 weeks I stayed no one ever came. The plus was our neighbors weee great and the pool finally opened so my babies had fun!

I visited my daughter and grandkids and could not get over the conditions of the room and area. The bottom of the actual front door has a 2 inch hole where things crawled in butt to mention the very cold weather when the temperature dropped with 3 children in the room. Just incredible.

I have stayed at the Studio 6 for many years. I used it again July 2023. I had a confirmed reservation. When I arrived, I found the Studio 6 office had been combined with the Motel 6 office. During checkin I was told there were no Studio 6 rooms available even though I had a confirmed reservation. I was booked into a Motel 6 rooms. This room was in very poor shape. The first issue was the door being bent. Even though I could lock the door, at the bottom was a one inch crack between the door and sill. I also found the TV would receive no clear pictures. It was unwatchable. Finally, the shower would not drain properly. When I complained to the front desk, I was told nothing else was available. I entered this information on the Studio 6 website but have not heard anything back from corporate. I think this will be my last time staying at this Studio 6.

Garbage dumb of a hotel. Rooms are not up to health standards. Staff is unprofessional. Safety is a concern.

Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt despite all the scary reviews I've been seeing. Am needed to cancel my reservation due to making changes in my trip, but finding out the phone number to this place immediately hung up after 5 seconds. The cancellation button on the website does not lead you anywhere despite every other button working. I hate assuming things, but the difficulty of canceling makes it seem a bit sketchy

terrible environment, horrible rooms infested with cockroaches and spiders, the entire motel reeks of weed and urine. I couldn't spend my entire stay because it was horrible and very dirty with a lot of garbage scattered throughout the motel

the area is kinda sketchy and loud due to it being by a free way and it just feel like a sketchy neighborhood but that's not the hotels fault over for 60 dollars it isn't bad Ive stayed there two separate times the only issues there are is there is a lot of splatted paint on the ground that's dried i also didn't use the showers there i opted to use a friends due to the showers having weird stains in them and just didn't personally trust it and on the studio 6 the heater in my room would give hot and cold air and didn't seem to let me change between them but the beds where clean and all just the over neatness and quality of the room was there but if you need a room in a hurry for a couple days its good i just wouldn't stay for an extended time until they fix those issues but the customer service was amazing

This place was a joke pay for two nights, checked in pay the deposit for $25. We decided to stay a couple more nights the last day that I was gonna pay for. They’re gonna tell me that I need to pay $100 deposit and couldn’t find our $25 deposit that we paid.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The place smelled awful. There were cockroaches every where (including on my babies bottle). Switched rooms and had the same issues. There were cockroaches in the lobby also. The lobby looks great but the rooms are 1000% not the same in the most nasty way possible. The bottom of our bathroom door was tore off basically. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Spend more money to stay somewhere else or travel further.

Didn’t even stay 2 hours… very unsanitary, and the beds were dirty and unmade. The bathroom was unacceptable. Bugs and signs of rats… Was disappointed, I should have looked at reviews.

Staff is horrible, unless you get the one nice guy, Alex. Just rude and not at all accommodating. Not good for families. Called ahead to see if pool was open, then for the 3-4 weeks we stayed it was only opened once. Room has black mold dripping out of the light switch plate, the smell is horrible. But ask to switch rooms and they don't have any more. Elevators barely worked or were shut off, so much for being an early riser, late nighter, or even chronic pain or disability because they choose whatever time to shut them down and we were on the 5th floor. If you travel for work and need to go to bed early, don't plan on sleeping. Loud all around. Most people staying here live here and have absolutely no compassion or respect for anyone else.

This place has been here for as long as I can remember and has had it's fair share of reputations. However for me personally, regardless of all, it's a legit cool spot. You're welcome no matter, people mind their business, there's no judgement. And a big shout out to the wonderful ladies and I'm sure some men on crew that keep that place going, BIG APPLAUSE 👏👏👏👏 to you all!! And a special one to Mrs Maria, I can only imagine her full job at scale, but she handles everything from what I can see with such patience and kindness and they means the world to some. I'm sure it's not said by many but I for one definitely appreciate you all!! Real talk
