Great customer service the staff was welcoming and assigned a nice quiet room with good view. The breakfast choice's was also very good. The nicest Microtel Inn that I've stayed in.

The receptionist was very helpful, and gave us a discount on the standard hotel prices. We got a double queen room, and were very satisfied with the cleanliness, and layout. Breakfast was very good, and the location was very quite.

The hotel was a great getaway. Near plenty of amenities, quiet, and very friendly, accommodating staff. The rooms were a little small and dingy, (stained carpets, dingy looking chair) but bedding and bathrooms were clean. Had a nice little hot breakfast and 24/7 coffee which was a plus after all the driving we did.

Pretty location in mountains. Pancake maker for breakfast. Close to an Aldi. The front desk staff person did everything--laundry, cleaning, breakfast. She was really nice and professional. The room furniture (arm chair and desk chair) were so dirty I took a wet towel and washed them down and let them dry before letting my son sit in them. The fabric is wipeable so there's no reason why they were left so dirty. If it weren't for the general dirtiness/dustiness of the room, I would have rated it higher.

Quality of experience at a Microtel can vary widely. This property was a nice surprise. Very nice rooms at a good price. Very clean except carpets could use a better vacuuming. Good wi-fi. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and attendant was helpful. Would stay here again.

Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. We ( and our beagle) ESPECIALLY love Jess, Erica and Ricky! They were kind, helpful and quite an asset. We will stay there anytime we are in the area!

Room was clean and spacious. Stayed with my family of 5 for the Resurrection tattoo convention in Wheeling. So glad we stayed here. It is a very nice hotel and located in a great area with lots to do.

Room was OK went down to get breakfast and it was closed down 20 minutes before the posted time . Had to go somewhere else. Guess this seems to be the new norm. Cleaning people were good and friendly.
