I would leave negative stars if I could, DO NOT STAY HERE. They have roaches and will call you a liar if you bring it up to them. Tried to stay 2 nights ago, found 3 roaches in our room and quickly left. I’m 6 months pregnant and was not about to stay there so we didn’t even stay the night. Manager refused to give a refund because he didn’t see the roaches with his own two eyes after they all scattered, like duh? Awful customer service, they don’t care about their guests just the money. No apologies, no offer for a new room, nothing. He basically told me “well I didn’t see them” it’s awful, you couldn’t pay me to stay here again. You’ll be more comfortable sleeping in your car. ** don’t let the good reviews fool you. Clearly the same person (probably the pathetic manger) keeps leaving good reviews with the same name, what a loser Raj.

We stayed 1 night and it was great. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable. The tv, mini fridge, microwave, and ac worked GREAT! There was HOT water. It was a great stay. Extremely nice employees at check in / check out! Super affordable and it is right off the freeway with plenty of store/food options within walking distance!!

I am a trucker and this hotel is one of the best hotels that I have visited. This place had good staff, clean rooms, and just an amazing location. The hotel is close town but not too close that you could hear the traffic. This hotel is also right off the exit and by a whole lot of truck service centers which is good locations for us truckers. Another thing useful for truckers is the truck parking!

The people here are so friendly and helpful. We feel very safe and it's quite. Been here for several days and we plan on coming back. Shivangi Patel is awesome! She is so sweet and helpful. Quick check in. I just had to get her name because we're so happy with the service she provides. Thank you Microtel for making it stay so comfortable and pleasant. 🙂

Room was clean! It was made to have a king in the room but it was a queen. They say they have the continental breakfast, well its all carbs, no protein or fruit! There is No Where to Sit to eat your breakfast. There are Tables but No, absolutely No chairs to set at those tables!! Would of chose a different place if i had known that before hand!

Great room very clean. Nothing fancy but nice and quiet. The staff are very kind and understanding. I will vist again. They offer a " meatless breakfast (not my thing) but complementary.

Yeah, they denied our refund after only being in for 10minutes. We wanted a refund due to the stains on the bed. We ask for it and a receipt of us checking out. And Josh, in the front lied to the manager on the phone, saying we didn’t like the size of the bed. When that was not the case . And said we weren’t allowed to have a check out receipt. Also take a look at the reviews. The only 5 stars are from the same name. And not only that they compliment themselves in the reviews. Its honestly hilariously pathetic.
