I ordered 14 bottles of soap online-all were tossed in a box with one small piece of bubble wrap on top and one small piece on the bottom. Naturally they leaked all over, good thing that I did not order anything made of glass.

I went to this Bath and Body Works for the very first time 6/9 Friday. I am only giving it a two star for the sale persons on the floor assisting customers. I was greeted as I entered the store with my child! That made me feel comfortable to shop for my sister upcoming birthday. As I was done shopping for everything I wanted to get, I headed to checkout. Now I was standing in the middle line waiting to be called by the other available co worker but she only looked at me and chatted with the other cashier who was already taking care of another customer. So, I thought maybe I’m standing in the wrong line, I went to the other side. Still haven’t been helped at checkout. A guy walked up where we were in the beginning and the same lady cashier acknowledged and helped him checkout immediately. Once I noticed that she did that I walked out and gave my items back to the sales lady on the floor and left to not shop at this location again.

This store is amazing! Every employee is always so helpful and polite!!

Love this place . A little pricey but you become a member and get great deals. Love the stress relief and relax lotion. I have restless legs and the relax lavander really helps. The wallflowers make your whole house smell great!!

Customers that frequent this store are rude and dismissive. It's a standard BBW and the staff is fine but I will avoid this location at all costs because of the people that shop here in swarms.
