Nice hotel, but wish it had a hot tub. Also, pretty pricey!! Had to go down to the desk & get my own extra towels & pillows. No maid service make the beds. The shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, which were big, refillable bottles, were also empty!! For over $200 a night....i should not have too get these things myself!!!! Breakfast was great! Loved the cinnamon rolls. Great variety to choose from also.

One of the better kept Holiday Inn Express's I've stayed at in a long time. It was so clean I had to ask the lady if the hotel was brand new, but she said it was 5 years old. Nice. The only problem was a broken elevator and a door that was a bit rough to push open, but no big deal. Definitely worth a stay if you're traveling north/south along 77.

They do not service rooms dailycleaning has to be asked for. Common areas are not cleaned regularly. A newer hotel but not up to par with other properties I have stayed at. Staff spends more time in there cells phones. Complimentary coffee seems to filled once a day. Seems they do the minimum but charges much more then other hotels in the area.

Stayed here during a contract. The staff was always warm and friendly which is nice when you’re away from home for work. Very flexible and catered to the needs of night shift nurses! Would highly recommend!

We wanted a low key relaxing small town antiquing adventure for our anniversary. After looking at last minute lodging options we chose this hotel. We stayed in a King Suite. To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The room was exceptionally clean (I ran a cleaning business for 4 years and am very picky) and the layout was excellent. The decor was crisp and modern. The temperature control in the room was perfect. The amenities were better than expected for the price. We loved everything about our room. I could have stayed in that room comfortably for a week or more. Comfortable seating and bed and the rolling foot stools were a lovely touch. The bathroom was a joy to shower and get ready in. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Breakfast was much more than we expected. Not the usual complimentary breakfast of dry eggs, rubbery bacon, crusty waffle maker, and hard bagels. All the food we tried was excellent. Loved the little southwest omelets. We had plans to go to breakfast and just went down for coffee and a quick snack. When we saw the spread, we decided to stay and have breakfast there. Every inch of this hotel was clean. Our stay was fantastic all around and we will be staying there again when we return for out next adventure in Marietta.

Rooms were clean, service was nice, one down fall was pool towels. Every time we went swimming there were no towels and when we would go up front to get them we were always told they were in the dryer. Another down fall was the air conditioner in my room and my dads. They were really loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Love this hotel and staff, we booked two room’s very clean and comfortable. I needed extra towels and Katie was there in a quick second. Close to restaurants and we needed a car wash both were available. ( I hop , touchless car wash). Holiday inn express is the way to go, breakfast is always ready and more than enough, you just can’t go wrong

Big thanks to Midas we hit a deer and broke down otw to hotel. Got there 10minutes after night audit. He REALLY worked with us to still get us in a room even though ours was prepaid. Most just say not my problem!! He made it work! We were VERY grateful!

I can't say enough good about this place! We travel a LOT for work, and of all the hotels I stay in, this one seriously is like staying with family! No matter what employee you come in contact with, it's like catching up with an old friend or seeing one of your favorite family members you haven't seen in a while. The rooms are nice, clean, and most of all comfortable. The staff is off the charts I don't know that I've seen a friendlier bunch of people anywhere! Especially Chrissy, Chris, Cindy, & Katie. Thank you ALL for making this such a great place to be! I can't wait to come back!

We spent 3 nights at the Marietta, OH hotel. We had a great experience at all times. Staff was amazing. Two team members were phenomenal: breakfast attendant and lobby, elevators and lobby cleaning person. Front desk team was helpful since our late arrival, they guaranteed they will wait for us…we felt like at home. We needed an iron to get a shirt ready for a class reunion, the iron was provided as requested in a second. Front desk was very responsive at all times, at all shifts. We thank the hotel chain and we thank and appreciate the Marietta, OH Holiday Inn Express & Suites team.

There was a strange man hanging around outside the entrance. With there being 3 woman and a baby we were a little worried, so we called in to the front desk and the woman working came outside to escort us in. She did end up calling the police on the guy but that’s neither here nor there. She went above and beyond and was so pleasant about it. We didn’t arrive until about 2am and we’re thankful to get checked in and to bed quickly. Breakfast the next day was the standard holiday inn breakfast, but delicious none the less.

Breakfast is still subpar. They finally have individual cartons of milk, but how about fresh bagels, not stale ones from the day before or actually several days old. Rooms are great, and front desk people are amazing!

Stayed for a quick overnight while traveling. Room was very comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful. Facilities seemed new, clean, and very nice. Breakfast was quite good. Coffee was meh, and doors were hard to shut quietly in wee hours of the morning, but those would be literally the only complaints. Would definitely stay again.

The IHG Marietta, OH, hotel is conveniently located on the cusp of entering West Virginia. The location is ideal for travelers centrally located to restaurants, gas stations, Wal-Mart, and more. The front desk employees were attentive, friendly, and kind during check-in. The hotel was peaceful for a good night's sleep, and the breakfast was excellent for a 3-star hotel. This area is quaint and charming for travelers to rest and enjoy their road trip journeys.

The staff is very friendly. The room was immaculate. The lighting in the bathroom is great for selfies too 😂. They also have a great breakfast buffet. They have a small table that allowed me to use my laptop while in bed!

Hello, I wanted to come on here to comment on how unprofessional; misdoing the hotel staff; manager is. The people who work here is all about the drama and hold glory in making up lies about the guests. My stay here was ok until I was trespassed in my room were in a staff member walked into my room with no knock or anything, just disrespectfully walked in. I feel so violated and disgusted. They made up false information and then proceeded to make me; my family vacate the premises while on our holiday vacation. We have never felt so disrespected and embarrassed. They only gave us a small amount of time to vacate or they ordered they would get the law involved. I don’t have evidence but I do believe while me and my family went to run errands a staff member or more did commit another violation / crime and entered our room while we were not present. I feel very upset if anyone else had been treated with such disrespect at this appalling hotel. I hope one day someone can make sure this hotel knows there rules and secures the rights of their valuable guests. Thank you.
