Had reservations for a tour/tasting. Kate, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and my husband and I were fascinated with all that she shared. We tried three “spirits” a vodka, a liqueur, and a bourbon. After the tasting, we went to the main area for a drink. Love all the different seating options. We chose oversized thrones and were joined by other tasters who happened to be from the same general area as us, lol. Hubby had the Crush so he could try the gin, and I had a flight of bourbons. We were both satisfied.

First time here, Nice atmosphere staff was really nice and on point. Food was good for most par!! Wife's burger was good I had the Salmon plate which in my eye's was really small for thr price. So if you're really hungry don't get that burger or steak might be a better choice.

After dinner drinks at one of our favorite places! So good. We love the Spire and the Smoked Envy!

I was at the still house this morning for a meeting. In true Gervasi style, the building is beautiful and over the top. Some outside construction was still taking place, but that was no problem. The space inside was large and roomy. There were plenty of seat groupings where you could cozy in with friends in small or larger groups. The bar is long and the staff was helpful. Pricing wasn’t bad at all. 3 warm drinks and 4 biscotti under $15. The bathrooms are even top-notch. You dry your hands on the same faucet the water comes out of at the sink. Pretty slick. Drinks and biscotti were all excellent. It was moderately busy on a Thursday mid-morning right before Christmas. Will definitely go back.

Nice cantina styled bar/restaurant. The service was very good. I tried the house styled Vodka martini. It was topped with three fetta stuffed olives, nice touch. Not a bad drink for $10.00. Very nice atmosphere, very comfortable seats. A nice view of the barrel room from the bar.

We sat outdoors with a couple of friends. It was alot of fun. We drank a beer and had an appetizer. One of our party enjoyed smoking a cigar. The only thing is a couple of chairs were sinking in so badly that the couple sitting in them was bothersome. The service was very friendly and efficient. I plan to return when we visit Gervais again.

Overall it’s a nice spot for drinks and light food. Drink menu is extensive and they have really good coffee. The only thing I don’t care for is the smoking on the patio. It sort of ruins the atmosphere outside. Other than that it’s great.

Have enjoyed all our visits (12+) here. Wish the live music didn't end at 11pm and they stayed open past 12am, but our waitress explained why it's the situation. Nice selection of drinks and food that for the mood of the venue.

Our second time here and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The ambiance is great and we got to enjoy some amazing live music. The drinks were delicious and creative along with the late night food that was much needed and delicious!

Amazing Coffee & Drinks! We will venture here several times a year. The most polite and friendly staff you will ever encounter! You just want to hug them when you leave! I got a quick nickel tour that was not part of the plan. I've been to so many places, but Gervais is the best !

We stopped in after doing a bourbon tasting at the event room. Very nice atmosphere, friendly service, not the most prompt service, but friendly. The smoked cocktail they serve is absolutely excellent. The wine is pretty good, a little pricey per bottle considering other ones that I've had, but overall a good experience. Will definitely return to experience some other aspects of the property. Beautiful surroundings.

The whole complex is amazing. My favorite building is the Still House! Peyton, Mariana, and Jared are cool to the bone! Thank you Gervasi team for a spectacular experience. Looking forward to seeing ya again.

After lunch at the Crush House, we wanted to explore a little. We walked over to The Still House and decided to have a drink and something sweet. Seeing a lot of drinks made with their own spirits, we decided to give them a try. I am a bourbon guy so having a large bourbon selection was nice. We again sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and our treats. Like The Crush House, the drinks and food were great. If we hadn’t just ate lunch, we would have loved to explore more of the menu. Our day at Gervasi was enjoyable and relaxing.

Atmosphere is phenomenal, food was good, coffee was okay. Probably better if you like to put things in your coffee. Prices are reasonable as well.

Service has always been great here. Dark roast is a bit too bitter for the average black coffee drinker. Medium roast is perfect! They also have great finger foods at lunch. Perfect spot for having meetings and just catching up. Another home run for the gervasi umbrella.

Fantastic coffee and Canoli! The atmosphere is very cool and you can even eat outside all year long with the space heaters. As must do! Update 8/23/22 Came over for drinks and apps. Fabulous!! Shrimp are huge, pretzels with cheese sauce a must!!

Lovely experience The Gs Smoked bourbon was fantastic So light , aromatics are orange and thyme We also ordered a fresh baked pretzel Slow cooked pot roast sliders with aged cheese And a light but tasty bacon and crème quiche

Excellent food and service. The employees are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and the outside seating perfect.
