Ate here yesterday for the 3rd time and it’s very good. I personally like the breakfast burrito. Unfortunately it is a seasonal item so they don’t always have it. I got the tacos as they were a good alternative, per the waitresses order. Only thing that’s kind of weird is their iced coffee comes with cream and sugar in it. If you like black coffee like me, you have to get the cold brew.

Everything here was fantastic except for the poached eggs... ha, I should have read the reviews and stuck to my eggs sunny side up. I had the seasonal brisket hash and amelia had the Trifecta. We shared a biscuit and gravy. The sausage gravy is turkey-based and amazing. Will definitely come back, and stick to eggs sunny side up.

My friend introduced me this place and love it from the first visit. First time was avocado egg toast. Second time is traditional breakfast. Free coffee kettle - my hands shaking though . Will come back with kids.

Let me preface this by saying this review is strictly about MY personal food. The server was sweet ( Madison ) I get the same thing from First Watch ; Egg whites , Turkey Sausage, whole grain bread and grits. It’s ALWAYS been amazing except for today. The turkey sausage was temperate, as well as the egg whites, the grits were completely clumped and dry. Even course ground grits shouldn’t be this dry. The toast was cold and barely toasted as well. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I was still charged 35.00. My Daughter enjoyed her French Toast and Bacon so thank goodness for that. After 8 years of eating at First watch ( we had them in NC) this is my first bad meal. I hope the cooks do better next time . If this location gets a second chance from me.

this is a very solid brunch spot! for people that don't do brunch, they have lunch options available. only reason I knocked 1 star off was because I got the first watch version of a you-pick-two and it was like $4 cheaper than getting the full bowl of soup and full salad, but the quantities were much smaller. Next time I'll pay the additional $4 and I would recommend this to others as well. I have had First Watch several times and whatever I order is always delicious. If you're thinking about going, the million dollar bacon is a MUST!!!

The staff is friendly, the food is good with plenty of healthy options. As for the wait I always check and join the waiting list on the app 10 mins before getting there to prevent waiting so long.

Excellent place for brunch or lunch and probably dinner as well. It was very well positioned near my shopping that day, and I was starved. Walked right in even though they were busy and got a table with a very prompt and courteous service. My dish was delicious and very healthy.

Excellent food at First Watch, especially if you're trying to stay healthy. Probably the first time I've ever had greens swerved with breakfast in a restaurant 😄

Thank you so much to the staff at First Watch McCandless! My waitress Lea went above and beyond as well as the door greater I think he said his name was Josh. I went for breakfast to celebrate finding out I do not have breast cancer and Lea gave me an extra ice coffee for me as well as the table beside me Penny and Jeff who were customers just stopping in for a bite paid for my meal as they found out my news as well. All I have to say is that there are still great people in this world! I can't ever thank you guys enough!

This is one of my favorite breakfast spots. Their iced coffee is delicious. I also like the Kale Tonic and fresh squeezed OJ! Their bacon and potatoes are always on point. The staff is super friendly even when they’re busy. Outside seating available! Always recommend this place!

I've been getting food from First Watch for years, and after a string of bad experiences, I took a break. I decided to give it another shot today, and was extremely disappointed. It took me almost an hour to get my food, and when I got it, it really wasn't good. I ordered my eggs over easy, and they were absurdly overcooked. My toast wasn't even toast; it was bread with butter. I ate it because I paid a lot of money for it, and hate wasting food, but this is my last time here, which is a shame because I used to really love it here. UPDATE: I want to add that I was sent an email by a customer care specialist for First Watch, and not even two hours later, a district manager for First Watch called to reach out and talk to me and apologize for my experience. Absolutely fantastic customer service, and I will gladly give them a second chance.

I usually never write reviews for restaurants but I just had a really bad experience at this place. We wanted to place an online order for a pickup but the online ordering did not allow to use the gift card we had. So, we called the store and placed a phone-in order and they said that we can pay in-store with our gift card when we pick up our food. When we got there, the cashier told me that their gift card machine was broken and we cannot use it. She told me that they found out recently (?) and can't take the gift card (we had ~$80 worth in our gift card). We were frustrated that we did not get this informed via phone before we placed the order. We ended up paying with our credit card and we were sent off with just a "sorry". Then, I also wanted to double check my order to make sure I have everything and as I was going through it in my car, it was missing some of my orders. Went back inside, and the cashier took my receipt and told us they are making the order now. Waited another 10 minutes, our food was already cold. When we finally got the missing order, we realized there was another order missing. The cashier then found out that there was a second bag on the shelf that she forgot to give it to us. We were really displeased with the overall experience and was not satisfied. All we got was our cold food and an insincere apology from the employee. (+ The food was okay. Potatoes were heavily seasoned with salt and pepper, bacon was burnt in the sandwich.) ++ sent email to the owner for follow up. No response. Really disappointed for their poor customer service. Will never return.

I had the traditional breakfast with bacon and poached eggs. Our server was very good and very pleasant. At 7:45 a.m. that's a great way to start the day.

Ingredients are fresh, food is well prepared, and servers are friendly, but some of the menu is just off and the place is deafening during brunch. Got the basic Eggs Bennedict and the sauce was some sort of sugary lemon syrup instead of Hollondaise, as in the sauce seemed more like frosting or a sweet donut glaze. If you eat here its worth asking questions before you order because the cooks seem to get a bit weird with it

This was my first time at First Watch. I've resisted stopping here for years because, as a general rule, I only eat at chain restaurants as a last resort. Let's start with the good. The service was very good and the staff were friendly. The restaurant seemed to be very clean and kept in good shape. I ordered a BLT Eggs Benedict, which is what you'd expect, plus avocado and spinach. It was one of the best Eggs Benedict that I've ever had in my entire life, second only to the Borderline Cafe on Detroit Ave in Cleveland, OH. Their lunch menu is sadly very lackluster. My daughter's turkey sandwich looked like something I made at home on a day I was too rushed to cook. She rated it as "just ok." Like all corporate chains, the ambiance is fake and cheesy. There is a giant wall of cast iron pans and shelves of spices meant to look like a home kitchen. Neither the spices nor the pans are ever used; it's all for show. I will always go to locally owned places first, but as far as corporate chains go, First Watch still gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I'm sure I'll be back from time to time.

First watch is slowly becoming my goto for breakfast when I’m by one, everything is super fresh and the taste is outta this world, service is ALWAYS awesome as well, highly recommend stopping and checking it out for yourself

I sat at the community table for 20 min waiting for service. One of the waitress was flirting with the couple sitting in front of me, ignoring me. I didn’t even get to order a drink so I left. Very little vegetarian options unless you opt out the meats. Cute place — idk if I’ll go back again.

I’ve been here a couple times and enjoy it. The price is reasonable, the service is ok (definitely friendly), and the food is consistently good. The bread for their toast is fabulous. Just know that this location is popular and often busy. I went today and it was pretty light so I waited for my party. After five minutes, it filled up and i waited another ten minutes (not a gripe). I really enjoyed the chilies and chorizo omelette. We also enjoyed the classic breakfast. Farm breakfast tacos are also really nice. I also appreciate that i don’t feel pushed out - we can linger a bit and chat comfortably.

I've been to a first watch in Cleveland, loved the experience, and found my experience here didn't disappoint either. Although my chikichanga was not supposed to have sour cream and had it anyway, I nevertheless devoured my meal and found it very satisfying. The coffee was good and I appreciated that they left the pot to self-refill. The atmosphere was pleasant but my only gripe is that we were seated at a small table after a long wait, but I understand that was necessitated by the business of the Saturday morning that we went.
