Staff is great. Nurse practitioner, Jenny, is the best! I’ve only met with Dr. Osterholt a few times but he’s very thorough and has a good bedside manner. The ultrasound tech, Dawn, is great, too! And Tammy!! I’m not sure of her position, but she is wonderful at what she does. Any questions or concerns I’ve ever had, she’s been so helpful and easy to talk to. As uncomfortable as it can be to go to an Ob/gyn, they make it not so terrible. Thank you all.

My obgyn doctor was great, when I find out I had PCOS, they told me that they come and go, which I get but now I have to get surgery to get them out before they turn into cancer, I felt he doesn’t won’t to help me to why I have so much for the last 4 years. He seem he doesn’t care. Thanks to my obgyn in Kettering, Ohio she is reason I’m getting them taken out

I love all the staff! Jenny helped with my postpartum anxiety. Dr. Osterholt was kind and understanding about my issues from my childhood. Dr. Orr was awesome when I delivered my baby. And shoutout to Tammy! She called me after hours when I had some issues that caused me to go to the ER.

I've been seeing Dr. Osterholt for over 10 years. I moved an hour away 3 years ago and I still go to him. He's always listened to my concerns and has had so much patience with my many questions and concerns I constantly have. He takes his time explaining everything to me until I completely understand something. I lost my second pregnancy at 19 weeks and he showed compassion instead of treating it like another medical complication. The wait can be ridiculous at times, but it's worth it to go to a doctor you can trust. I have not had a bad experience with any other employees here.

I've been a patient here for as long as I can remember. The wait time is much longer than I think anyone prefers (hence the 4 stars) but everyone is always nice to me when i'm there. Jenny listens to me and listens to respond. She is sympathetic and understanding. She seems to be a great addition to the practice. Dr. Osterholt is great too. Very kind, gentle and takes time listening and takes interest in patient needs.

Terrible communication here. Found out I was pregnant at 4w, scheduled me to come in when I was 8w. I go in, the girl tells me they don’t ultrasounds on Monday and doesn’t know why they scheduled me and we’re trying to give me a Pap smear without asking me first (never had one I needed time to mentally prepare myself if I was getting one lol). Also, nurse had asked if I had any concerns, I told her two things I was worried about and when the NP came in, she literally said nothing about them. Just said okay. Anyways, they get me in for the next day for an ultrasound. I go in, and the girl doesn’t even use the probe, just the stomach. My pictures were extremely blurry and she was confused when I told her I didn’t have a doctor there, she then asked who I’d like, me not knowing any information about any doctors there I wasn’t sure who to say. After I left I did research on the doctors and I see one has TERRIBLE reviews all around, no thanks. Wouldn’t let me hear the heartbeat that she said was there, and didn’t know I needed a full bladder because no one said anything. Just felt completely let down with this being my first pregnancy. Do better.

Danielle at the front desk is very unprofessional. She is rude when asked about how long an appointment may take. I have been coming to this office since 2011 and have NEVER had rude service. This needs to be addressed! I believe she said her managers name was RACHEL! For you to hire someone so unprofessional blows my mind. Other than her this office is by far my favorite.

This office lacks communication and are deceiving when it comes to their policy changes. They switched over to Mercy Health without informing patients how that would impact them. After having an IUD inserted, my doctor (Dr. Shawn Osterholt) was typing his notes and made a comment about needing to list the reason he placed the IUD as a medical reason due to my periods, rather than a contraceptive, which is the accurate reason. This made no sense to me, but who am I to argue with a doctor, especially since the insertion was already complete. A few weeks later, I received a bill in the mail for over $1,300. The first time I got an IUD at this office in 2018 for the same purpose and by the same doctor, it was paid for completely by my insurance. I called my insurance who told me it would be covered in full again (under the Affordable Care Act) but the office listed it as a medical code rather than contraceptive code. After months of calling the office without being able to speak to anyone besides a voicemail and never receiving a call back, I called the billing department who advised they are not able to change the code and suggest I start an appeal with the insurance company. Apparently, due to them being under Mercy Health now, they are not allowed to provide contraceptives and refuse to change the code to reflect the reason patients receive an IUD. Would have been nice to know before having it inserted. Time to find a new provider.

The no child policy 6 months and up or so is kinda weird. Good thing I’m not exclusively breastfeeding (no pumping) my baby or I wouldn’t be able to get the proper care I need.

Everyone is so nice and they make you feel as comfortable as possible, and Dr McNeely is a wonderful doctor. He never tries to rush you or acts like he is in a hurry to see the next patient. I never have to wait a long time in the waiting room and I love their technology. It saves a lot of time and your info is right at your fingertips if you need it.

If you’re trying to get ahold of the call center or as they say “the girls in the back”, good luck they never answer. They’ll either put you on hold and not answer or just never pick up the phone. I’ve had so many instances where they’ve done this and had to call them for days (throughout the day as well).

I love Jenny Rust, she always explains things clearly and makes sure I understand everything. My ultrasound technician, I can't remember her name, has also been amazing the last two times she's done my pregnancy ultrasounds! This office is awesome!

Seriously the best OBGYN! Everyone there is very professional and respectful. All the doctors have made me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout my pregnancy. I would highly recommend this office!

The staff at OB/GYN Limited have been so awesome during my pregnancy experience. Any concerns I have they’re there with open arms and knowledge to put my scattering thoughts at ease. Likewise, they have made sure I am comfortable, leaving each appointment with clarity. My previous experience at a different facility was posed with ill bedside manner and lack of compassion to the loss of pregnancy. I can say with positivity any pregnancy I have will be taken to the office of OB/GYN Limited. So thankful for the staff and good energy here!
