    Worked with Warrick Wilson to buy a Genesis G80 from Great Lakes. I found the car online and worked with Warrick on the purchase. I ended up driving over 4 hours to get the car, but in the end was worth the time and effort. The car was ready to go and as he described. The car is simply amazing. He had all the paperwork ready to go which was really great since I had another 4 hours to drive back home. The whole team at Great Lakes was great!

    I recently purchased a new '23 Palisade. The entire staff at Great Lakes Hyundai went above and beyond my expectations. Bill and his staff (sales/finance/service) are the best! I'll definitely be a repeat customer and will be recommending them to friends and family!

    Phenomenal staff. Especially Mike and Alex. I’ve worked in customer service before and the degree to which I was helped - not just pre sale - but since I bought my Santa Fe has been astonishing. These guys really do want to build life long customers and they go above and beyond to prove it. Their customer service just blows my mind. My wife and I will be ever grateful to the staff here at Great Lakes Hyundai. I hate car shopping. I hate going to the mechanic. It’s typically painful and frustrating and expansive. If you want to work with straight forward and honest sales reps go here. If you also want staff that continues to take care of you and your car needs after the fact, definitely go here. Highly recommend.

    Thank you John in sales and Mike the Manager for the beautiful service and beautiful 2nd car I purchased from you guys I just love love love my 2023 Hyundai and the warranty package is amazing - it’s like 4 or 5 different warranties rolled into 1 Highly recommend this dealership, no pressure or no intimidation Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Fellas !!!     I got my first car from Great Lakes Hyundai, Kriss helped me through the process, he was really kind. Also Kriss kept me very well informed about the history of the car so it wasn't a blind purchase. Tjay also briefed me on warranty and maintenance options, He's a really nice guy! They gave it to the detailer before I took and finally received well cleaned car! I am happy to get a new car from Great Lakes Hyundai. Overall it was excellent experience, the price of the car was reasonable, it was good deal I would say. Thank you Kriss and TJay

    Great Lakes Hyundai is great place to get your next new Hyundai. After walking in the door I was placed with Kriss who was able to help answer all of my questions. He didn't push sales when I said I was just gathering information to make a purchase, and just let me do my thing. When I decided to make my purchase, Kriss walked us through everything we needed to do. Everything was explained to me and done so in a way that was made relevant to me. My family was well looked after even by the general manager, who noticed that my son who came along was getting tired offered some solutions to help make the buying process easier for us. This was a great experience for us and I recommend going to meet the staff in person when you look to at buying your next vehicle.

    This is the 3rd car we've purchased from Great Lakes Hyundai and each time they've treated us great. The service department is easy to schedule with and gets things done quickly. When I walk in, everyone is pleasant. And my sales guy Kriss has been great to deal with. When it's time to get another car, I know I'll head back to Great Lakes Hyundai!

    The crew that helped me at Great Lakes was great. As a business owner, I know reviews matter so I'm happy to leave them a well-deserved 5 star rating. Kriss, my sales guy, was honest and easy to work with. The finance team helped us and the car has been everything we wanted.

    Fast lane is a joke! Filled out all my info online to get a trade appraisal and info on a car I liked. I had to call the next day to get information. You would think if a customer sent all of this over they would wanna get ahold of you and put a deal together!?!?!? Nope! After I called it was only 10 minutes. One simple decision. They came back with one offer and no negotiation! Wast of my time. I was hoping to have a good experience here. No budging on price or trying to earn a customer or business. Not sure how a business can be run that way. Buyer beware!

    Sales team: made a great effort in attempt to put me 8k in the hole. Service team: changed my new tires for dry rotting tires I will not interact with this group again. Won't spend a dime here. It was a fine dealership when Dennis was the name. Great lakes is mooching off Dennis' reputation. Few of the original workers are there still. Not saying to avoid them... but... be extremely cautious when getting your vehicle serviced. Be sure you aren't getting jipped

    Very pleased with my sales experience at Great Lakes Hyundai. Purchased a 2023 Tucson Hybrid Limited. Justin Greer did a great job finding the vehicle that I wanted.     Another satisfying experience with Streetsboro Hyundai ( John Fields). I just want to give a shout-out to Hyundai Streetsboro for being a wonderful dealership. They operate in integrity, and what more could you ask for! My experience was top-notch and I highly recommend them.     I'm very pleased with my experience and purchase from Great Lakes Hyundai Streetsboro. Since the pandemic hit, I have been looking for a replacement Genesis with all of the bells and whistles and Great Lakes delivered. I am very pleased with my service from the sales floor to the F&I office. My salesman Jim H. went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed and I appreciated the extra effort he provided. This is a very transparent dealership where all of the facts and figures are presented to you upfront, there are no tricky sales practices, or long waiting periods to ice you out. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase, until then I will enjoy my car!

    After a very frustrating experience at Germain Hyundai, where I left my car overnight to have two recalls done, and they didn't work on my car at all, I accidentally came to this location for my second appointment. I'm so glad I did! Even though I showed up at the wrong location (ie. no appointment here), Evan got my car right in, and they were able to complete BOTH recalls within two hours! The Germain Hyundai location had called me two days prior and told me they didn't have the parts to do one of the recalls. This location had the part and went above and beyond. The service department here is AWESOME! Skip Germain and bring your vehicle here, instead.

    Took my 2018 Santa Fe in on 2 occasions to have a cracked oil pan replaced under the warranty. Each time I was told it wasn't cracked even though on the second visit I provided photos showing where it was cracked. Proceeded to take it to Crestmont Hyundai and they confirmed it was cracked and replaced the oil pan under the warranty. Definitely not buying any new vehicles from this dealership. Buyer beware!

    Nothing but great things to say about this dealership. We had a trade in involved and were offered a fair value on it. Our purchase of a used vehicle went very well. The vehicle was a recent trade in that had not been detailed or gone over yet. We originally looked at the vehicle in the dark and came back the next day to get a better look. They had gone over it by then and found small items we didn't even notice. We went ahead with the purchase and scheduled appointments at a later time for the detail and repairs. As promised, all times were taken care of in a timely manner. Working with Aaron was a great experience. Thanks Great Lakes Hyundai!

    In the end we got what we wanted and our targeted monthly payments (Both of us have exceptional credit btw), but the finance dept. was VERY pushy about the extended warranties, and the finance dept. was not very knowledgeable about the financial deals/interest rates they had going on all their vehicles.

    After receiving really great service after my engine blew up at 97k miles, they failed to pay my rental car bill and my credit card was changed $1600. I've spent over 4 weeks trying to resolve the issue and not one person has ever returned my call. Every time I call they say everyone is busy. Anyone I talk to assures me a check is in the mail. It never comes. I'm not sure what the next step is. Should I file a lawsuit? I'm going to call the Corporate Office. Maybe they can help.

    This place was great! I came up to look at cars in the area, and had some pushy sales people at other dealerships, but I inquired about a car there which they had just sold, they offered me another similar model that only had 5k miles on it. So I came in and their salesman Scott got me all set up with a test drive, showed me the car, it was excellent. He was very low pressure, didn't try to push me into a sale at all. I came up the next day and bought it and between him and their finance guy TJ they made it the most painless car sale I've ever experienced. Thanks so much guys!!

    I've been getting my Hyundai serviced by Great Lakes for the last two years and I have always been highly satisfied with the quality of work. Lucas and Rachelle are both extremely professional service managers and the shop technicians have always been thorough. Based on the excellent service experience, we plan on getting our next Hyundai from Great Lakes.

    Charge over invoice. Salesmen don't know the product they are selling or discounts Hyundai offers. Don't want to offer what your trade is worth on KBB, not even close. Promise things that don't happen. High pressure sales pitch on extended warranty. Steer clear of punk Josh!

    Got a brand spanking new Santa Fe a few weeks ago and just wanted to give a shout-out to the staff and our salesmen Warrick Wilson. During the process of our trade in there were a few curveballs that kept us there awhile. Warrick was on it, talking with his team and getting things done. He was determined that we were going to drive off the lot with the car we wanted. He was very hospitable, offering coffee and bringing us water. There was even a foot massage ( ok there wasnt but it would have been a nice touch. ) After all was said and done, sign here and here and over here. We were the proud owners of a 2022 Santa Fe SEL. Love it! Controls are intuitively placed. Everything within reach. The ride is smooth and handles like a dream. Cabin noise is almost nonexistent. Its just fun to drive. Highly recommend both Warrick Wilson and the Santa Fe.

    No trouble beyond normal maintenance items, until 184,000 miles when the engine blew. This dealership provided a new engine, related parts, and a loaner car, all under the standard (NOT extended) warranty. Total cost to me: $0. Keep that in mind next time you're shopping for cars.

    I went with my dad to purchase a vehicle, and hands down it was the best experience on a car lot that either of us has had! We had Josh (aka juicebox) as our salesman and I was not disappointed in his ability to explain things and then walk my dad through how to work everything in the car! The customer service we received was outstanding! We then dealt with TJ for financing and again Amazing! The shear ability to be so friendly and explain things we needed explained was outstanding. We left with no questions left unanswered. We are an hour away and will gladly go back and refer them to anyone we know looking for a new vehicle!

    Had a great experience here at purchasing a new car! I came here after having a bad experience at different local dealer, so I was a little worried coming in. Rick blew my worries away by being honest, upfront, and thorough with his explanations. It was clear that he wanted to help me get the best deal, even with the current auto market situation. He also honored the military discount which the other place did not acknowledge. Super satisfied with my purchase, I will definitely recommend Rick to anyone I know who is looking for getting a car.

    I was upset a little that the coupon Hyundai had sent us for a free oil change was "invalid". I was told it was a mistake and we couldn't use it. I feel it should have been honored. We drove a long way from Wooster to Strongsville to get the maintenance done. No one let me know the coupon was invalid before we left.
