Me and my parents shop here frequently as it's one of our favorites. The selection is wide even for how small the store is and it feels like there's something new every single time we go in and all for an affordable price. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and the building is very clean. If you haven't taken the chance to visit even if just to look for snacks, I highly recommend it.

We love this store. They have most items we need, which saves regular trips to Cleveland. Extremely clean, and well-stocked. Disregard reviews about rudeness. There are cultural differences and language barriers that people do not understand. The store employees are very helpful and it's a great place to shop.

I’ve shopped at this market about every week for the past few months - it’s always a treat for me to shop at, and I never walk out empty handed. The red-haired woman is always kind, and happily cutting vegetables while watching a soap opera. She’s not talkative, so I assume she doesn’t speak much English. It’s helpful to have a translate app on your phone since some of the items don’t have an English translation, and it’s also important to know what you’re looking for! This market sells a lot of authentic Asian foods & spices, so don’t go in there expecting a bunch of (basic) aesthetic candies and sodas... though they do have some.

Small lady with red hair was impolite when I smiled and said hello, she looked tight lipped and never looked at me. The entire time she rang up the groceries. I wish I had walked out without paying or taking groceries. Next time I will shop elsewhere. To me, being courteous to customers who have chosen your store to shop in is more important to me than anything inside. I may bring groceries back for a refund. 🤔

I love it! You never know what you'll find because they always get new items in. I go for Asian teas and sweet treat's. Prices are fair. Owners are very friendly. It's small but I love having an Asian market so close to home.

Very nice (assuming the owner) lady that's always at the counter, she does speak a small bit of English, but she hates saying prices so she'll just put the receipt down to show you, ha. There's always a nicely stocked Asian produce section, and a surprising variety of Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Thai goods and snacks stuffed onto all the shelves. Their ramen, seaweed, and rice seasoning selection are all especially great, and far cheaper than your local chain grocery. Support local business!

It’s great to have an Asian grocery in Kent. Prices are reasonable and they have a good selection of frozen stuff, pantry stuff, and refrigerated stuff. They also have a bunch of candies and snacks like instant ramen and chocolates if you’re in the mood for that. Oh, also consider getting the kimchi they sell if you go. It’s really good.

This store has an insane amount of good and flavorful food items, from ingredients, to snacks, to even frozen meals. I found this store this Sunday and immediately bought over $50 worth of items and walked out with 5 full bags. Please shop here instead of the big chain groceries around the area, you won't regret it.

Disappointed. Superb for Chinese groceries and food stuffs. But nothing for Filipinos. Otherwise, a HUGE SELECTION and also fresh vegetables .

Horrible owner ! I went 30 minutes to get here , and all I needed was a bag of tempura powder . I searched the store , and finally ask the woman if they had any . She literally LAUGHED in my face ! Nope , no tempura , and laughed again . I felt like I was being completely discriminated against because I'm an American. I will NEVER set foot in this horrible place again ! 😡

Such a huge variety, I could spend hours here! The lady who worked there was also so very sweet and helpful although she did not speak very much English. Definitely will be back

What a great and unique store with lots of items you can't find or see anywhere else. It's worth stopping in. Lot's of different weekly deals. Watermelon for $3.98 this week.

Awesome store near home! Lots of gyoza and other frozen items, plus sauces, fresh produced, and unique ingredients for East Asian recipes. Prices are good and it’s easy to get to.

The store reminds me & my daughter of typical mom and pops in Guam.

It's very small, only three isles and the front of the store has things to sell. Although they do have things a few other markets dont have in Ohio, like Duck and Goose eggs, orca, shrimp and other pastes. They are missing quite a few things, but its a nice Lil store!! Its under the signs China [I forgot the second part] and food market. Its easier to find when you go closer to the windows. Theres flyers that say "Asian food market" or sumn like that. Its pretty cheap for the most part, they have Napa, a bunch of mushrooms, and a good select of drinks and snacks.

The store is small but they have a variety of Asian stuff, such as Asian vegetables, spices, sauces, and frozen food. The price is reasonable. The woman at the check-out doesn't speak English. It's close to the university where there is a large population of international students and families. It's convenient for them to shop for their home food.
