😠 Had an appointment to see Jeffery Gittins and he was hands down the rudest doctor I’ve seen. Spent maybe 5 minutes in the room with me. He was very dismissive of the pain I was in and told me to go home and rub my scar tissue as if I haven’t been doing that for the last 5 years. He was only interest... Dr.Gittens seems friendly enough but phone calls are not returned in a timely manner or at all. Hopefully you have a very high pain tolerance because odds are you'll be taken off of meds before you even get through physical therapy! If you follow through best of luck 🤞

Admin and nurses are great, they are the only reason I gave 2 star. Dr. Jeffrey Gittens has terrible bedside manners, and spent only minutes in room the two times I saw him. 2week follow up after breaking my ankle Dr. Gittens told me, my break was healed, after taking a X-ray and told me start walking behind a walker! He didn’t even ask me if I had any questions. 2 weeks later I went to my 2nd opinion. I was informed my ankle is still broke, I need at least 2 more weeks in boot. I received very thorough examination of my ankle and foot at OrthoOne. They are even sending me for an MRI because of possible complications. Maybe from Dr. Jeffrey Gittens telling me to walk on a 2 week break? I don’t know but one thing for sure, don’t let your doctor refer you to OrthoNeuro because it’s an Urgent Care the docs will always have patients to replace unhappy ones, and if you do go run from Dr. Jeffrey Gittens! You have been warned!

He was very dismissive of the pain I was in and told me to go home and rub my scar tissue as if I haven’t been doing that for the last 5 years. He was only interested in drilling me with questions to see if I knew what surgeries I had. Instead of asking me to describe pain or how my day to day life is with the pain. I will not ever return to see him.

Dr. Comisar was very relatable and easy to speak with. I came in for pain in neck and shoulder. He did x-rays and ruled out any problems with my shoulder and referred me to the appropriate doctor for neck issues since the pain was found to be coming from the neck radiating down to my shoulder and arm. Thank you.

I highly recommend OrthoNeuro to Everyone. Dr. Kim, the entire Staff are fantastic. Warm, friendly, kind, and the Dr. Listens and has answers and I'm excited knowing I'm in good hands. It's also a wonderful feeling to have somebody working with you and FOR you not against you..

This is serious enough to warrant sharing information with the public. We got into OrthoNeuro for my husbands foot injury-sore and swollen. We met with Dr. Gittins who was professional, yet very strong cologne (!) that left a cloud when he exited the room. He said my husband tore his Achilles tendon, fitted for a boot and ordered a MRI. The follow up appt was the kicker-results of MRI. Dr. Gittins didn’t show the MRI or the MRI report. He stated that my husbands Achilles Tendon was torn at least 50% and he needed surgery. We were devastated. While waiting in a common area to speak with scheduling, I observed another patient and staff interaction violating HIPPA regulations sharing the patients information without privacy. That was strike one. We requested to ask more questions of the Dr., and the PA offered to speak with us; I requested privacy. We scheduled for next steps, and left. My husband had a Chiro appointment right after and shared the news of needing surgery, out of commission for 8+ weeks. We trust our Chiropractor his advisement and he insisted seeking a SECOND OPINION. So, my husband researched. While waiting for that Dr. appt, he picked up the copy of the MRI report/results: tear was 25 to 50%, NOT 50% as Dr. Gittins had stated! This practice has lost any trust we may have had when it’s acceptable to lie or misinform patients of results to perform unnecessary surgery! My husband has been healing well, with 80% of mobility returned. ALWAYS GET SECOND OPINION and ALWAYS read results, reports for yourself.

Excellent meeting with Dr. Eichenseer. Explained all aspects of procedure. Answered all my questions. This was second opinion consult. Should have came here first. Worth the two hour drive. Very impressive doctor and very personable. Thank you

**2 HOUR WAIT** Update: the owner commented below with a phone number to call. That number is only for appointments prior to August 2022. They didn't have a different number for me to call, only the number that I've called twice already. My foot has been bothering me for quite some time and I scheduled an appointment with Gittins because he was the only dr available that day - and even though he doesn't have great reviews. This was the 2nd foot dr I went to and I waited...FOR 2 HOURS...in the waiting room (I have proof bc I was texting a friend waiting for me). Only to be rushed through an appointment. He came in, didn't really let me explain much, left. Someone else did xrays. I waited. He came in and recommended expensive orthotic inserts and foot exercises. I've since found that my toe was actually dislocated. But the worst part is I've called to see if I could get a discount on my bill. Twice. And both times was told I'd get a call back. Not only did I not receive any calls, I got a collections bill in the mail. It's only $100 but I cannot stand when organizations are so unorganized and rudely treat people like they're processing cattle because they're more focused on making $$ than having a good balance of building customer relationships.

My extensive rotator cuff/bicep reconstruction by Dr. Szerlip was an exemplary experience. He not only repaired fifteen years worth of damage using the latest surgical techniques but improved upon the basic options offered by my modest insurance coverage. Just as importantly, he optimized and expedited my recovery by managing my impatience to return to my full, vigorous athletic routine before the healing process made the repairs permanent. Perhaps the most crucial benefit of his treatment was his sharing of his own experience of adjusting recreational activities and workout philosophy in pace with an aging body.

Dr. Cassandra had been able to treat my various trigger fingers as I age. The difference is magical, truly; from an inability to grasp items to again having the full and complete use of my hands.

Dr. Pap is so kind. He listened and was quick to get me the treatment I need. I actually sought him out after seeing him years ago. I cannot say enough good things about him!

Dr. Eichenseer is very professional and polite. Excellent people and communication skills. I felt listened to. I wasn’t rushed into a surgery outcome, instead he gave me options, explained them, and let me make an informed decision. I went to him for a second opinion, and will now make him my first option for my surgery if needed.

Dr Comisar recognized me from being his patient 7 years ago. That’s a remarkably engaged physician. I’m not just another surgery. He was familiar with my health and complications. He offered practical solutions from which I could choose.

They are very professional and they listen to you and make sure you are in control of your medical care. They are very friendly and Dr. Cassandra is the best. He makes sure you are 100% comfortable with his decisions for your care.

Dr. Comisar is fantastic! Takes the time to listen, make recommendations, and surgery went very well. Recovery is a process but very confident that I'll be back to 100% in no time. His assistant, Heather is the kindest human as well!

Had a swollen hand. Stopped in office at 8 AM and got an appt at 2 PM same day. Prescribed meds for gout which worked. Got a follow up phone call two days later. He is the best.

Dr. Stutzman actually listed to me. I’ve had a problem with my elbow for more than 15 years. I’m not from Ohio, but from NYS. I’ve had endless number of tests and Dr.’s look at this problem to actually have one Dr. say “I don’t “, then after a surgical procedure, one Dr. put in his notes “ opened her up, couldn’t see anything, closed her up”. At least he listened to me, and has given me some hope. Thank you

Dr. Eichenseer did a great job on my L-spine fusion and all of the stuff that he had to do. I don't have all of the sharp pain in my back or in my legs. The only problem I had was the billing. I payed all the bills had a $0 balance. But for whatever reason the billing office decided to rebill the insurance and messed it up. Still dealing with it 15 months after my surgery. Probably going have to get a lawyer and call ODH for patient billing fraud.

Dr Kim was very helpful in guiding me down the path to get my lower back and leg pain resolved. I recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledge professional. I only wish their office had been able to get me in sooner as I was in serious pain for nearly a month waiting for my appointment date.

Dr. Bitter was very thorough. She made sure that I was healthy enough for surgery. She was able to see me same day as my other Ortho appt so I did not have to wait for my surgery. I would recommend Dr. Bitter to anyone.

Dr Cannone has been my Dr for all my mobility issues. In August I had a right hip replacement. He and his staff, are kind and very professional and made me feel calm, and that's no easy feat. He and his staff are first rate! I recommend the practice to anyone who had orthopedic needs.

Fast, friendly, and easy. It was my first visit. I figured they would do a consultation and then I’d have to make a second appointment to return for the treatment we decided on. The doctor got me taken care of injections and out the door! He was more concerned about making me feel better! Thank you!

When I came to see Dr.Cannon for a second opinion he told me he could fix my knee. And he did in April 2021 I had a total knee replacement and I’m not going to lie it was so painful but with the pain medication and ice and the physical therapy I’m six months out now and back to work full time and I feel great each day I get better I m glad I did it. He really has given me my life back.

Everyone was so kind and professional. Dr Kim is so kind and easy to talk to and resolve your problems. I am so glad I am a patient of his. No pressure for surgery until it's necessary and in the best interest of the patient.

Dr Ladu and staff are the best. From same day appointments to barely waiting in the waiting room- they treat you with respect. Dr Ladu understands your pain and instead of throwing meds at it, really gets to the WHY of the pain. Highly recommend.

Dr. COMISAR!! Even though I am currently laying here 3 days Post-Op and in sooo much pain, I can leave my review willingly because I know it can only get better. Dr. Comisar had seen me when I initially injured my knee (during Covid) and he gave me all tools to help get strength and motion. I since had another injury and he was very upfront and honest about my different solutions. He drained my knee that day and scheduled surgery. We wernt sure if it's was Just ACL but it ended up being ACL, MCL and Meniscus. I woke up to find out all were fixed and I was finally going to have stability with standing on my own two feet again at 29 years old. Worst pain ever. Forever grateful 🙏

Amazing experience from start to finish. I really felt listened to, heard, and cared for and about. I will definitely be continuing my treatment here! 10/10 don't even waste your time with other Drs. I wish I had called them a year ago!

Gittins dismissed my concerns & the level of pain. If you're not a surgery client you're not worth his time. Spent 5 mins on my issue w/ no resolution. Had to demand he read me the results for an MRI that he scheduled me 10-11 months ago since since there was no follow-up. Very disappointing. I do not recommend.

My experience with Dr. Kimm & his assistant along with staff has been excellent. They care, answer all your questions. I just had my very first surgery with Dr. Kimm and it went very well. Were working on my cervical issues at this time. I would recommend this Doctor and facility. Missy
