    We love this vet! We've been to several different vets in the area and have never been entirely satisfied, until we came to Ashby. Their vets take time to thoroughly explain what's going on and how they're treating it, and we've even gotten follow-up calls to check on how we/our pets are doing a few days later. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I appreciate their online services, which make prescription refills and other requests super easy. I never feel like they're trying to gouge me for money, as we often end up just needing to have visit with the vet techs for things like shots, instead of seeing the actual vet for no real reason besides charging more money. Definitely the best veterinary service in the area, and I wish that I could get a doctor for myself around here that operated as great as these guys!

    I go here with my three cats, and we are always treated with kindness and respect. My concerns are always listened to, explanations are always given, and my babies are always treated with the utmost care. They also offer sanitary shaves which is really nice for our long hairs, and are very careful when clipping one of my cat's funky nails. I have never had a complaint about this place, and highly recommend them!

    Thank you Ashby Animal clinic for taking such good care of our fur babies. Dr. Bell took her time to answer any concerns I had about my pup and put my mind at ease. We are lucky to have such a great animal clinic!

    I've been going to ashby since then beginning of covid and I appreciate them taking my pets when many places wouldn't, but they are starting to Nickel and dime (and are a bit pricey) with things like charging 2.99% for card transactions (who keeps $200 cash on them to accommodate veterinary costs?) . Additionally, communication has gone down hill and its hard to tell which covid protocols they are still following. I have to drive thirty minutes to them and wasn't notified that they did not have the meds for my refill. Just many little frustrations starting to add up.

    Last minute I needed to find a place that would see my kitten I just adopted and Ashby Clinic was very flexible and managed to find the time to fit my kitten into there busy schedule. I didn’t have to wait to long, everyone was very friendly, my concerns were addressed, and it was a smooth easy process. I left feeling some relief and having some more knowledge of what my poo little kitten is going through and how I can help her feel better! Thank you all at the Ashby Clinic!

    The doctors and staff at Ashby Animal Clinic are very professional. They really care about the animals they care for. Most importantly I trust them with my dog's health. I highly recommend this facility for your fur family!

    My rescue needed his first yearly checkup and vaccinations. We’ve recently moved so I needed a place that I felt comfortable with or my boy would pick up on my mood. I’ve had him a year (my July 4th present to myself).He’s just 3 now and still a little nervous with new places. All the staff were wonderful, not just friendly but sensitive to Rory’s needs. We were given all the time we needed. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and much advise given in return. We really appreciated this quality visit and expect to use Ashby Animal Clinic for many years to come.

    Ashby Animal Clinic is highly recommended. We will be transferring our records there permanently. Freida had a minor emergency when she got a piece of plastic stuck in the back of her jaw. She was developing horrendous breath that would knock you down. We called this morning and were seen this morning. In addition they were able to do Freida's annual exam and shots thereby saving us an additional trip. As a physician I know the time it takes to provide these extra services can wreck havoc with a schedule but we so appreciated their efforts and Freida is a happy Christmas elf.

    I have three cats and two dogs I take to this vet. I have had animals all my life and this is by far the best care I have ever received for my pets. It’s even been a factor in our discussion about moving away from the area. I have seen four doctors there and they are all exceptional.

    Have to say I am extremely disappointed in Ashby animal clinic. I'll start off that I have been taking my dog there for 16yrs. The last couple of times my dog has been sick, I have been charged any where between $400-600 to be told nothing is wrong, hes just old. I had called the week of Christmas this year trying to get my 16 yr old pup in for a lump on his side and diarrhea. Was told to call back on 12/27/23 at 8am to see if I could catch a cancelation. I was scheduled for Thurs 12/29 at 4pm. My pup Moots diarrhea had gotten worse, he was vomiting and lethargic wouldnt move much on 12/29 so I called to see if they could see Moot any earlier. When I called, they scheduled Moot for the following Thursday, (this has happened 3 times to me now, where he was scheduled for the wrong date or not at all). I was left on hold and the call took 30min. Ashby was unwilling and refused to see my sick pup that has been in their care for 16yrs. This was their mistake and unfortunately my 16 yr old dog had to suffer due to poor scheduling. I am extremely disappointed. The office manager was extremely rude and mad at me for a situation and was basically called a liar which was distressing because I was really concerned for my pup. Ashby, I have been extremely loyal and have spent thousands at your clinic, the way my dog was treated was a very unfortunately situation. I am now switching vets. I hope in the future you dont treat loyal customers like the way I was treated today.

    Ashby has always treating my pup so well, and everyone I’ve spoken with is patient and kind. They aren’t pushy and I feel like they truly listen.
