We all love Dr. Lee (Emerson Lee Wallace). He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. He engages in conversation without trying to seem uninterested or in a rush. Our experiences have always been great!

Went in today and receptionist told me they needed a credit card to put on file. I told her no I wasn’t doing that. She told me I would have to pay my 120 visit since I didn’t want to put a card on file. I asked her if they were contracted with BCBS of MS and she said they were. I told her I had a copay and she told me I would still have to pay the entire visit unless I put a card on file. What doctors office makes people keep a card on file?

Dr. Wallace is one of a kind. He has been so good to my family and myself. Recently, I had taken my son to 3 different doctors and doctor Wallace was the first doctor to find his pneumonia. Had we waited any longer, I don't want to know the outcome. I'm forever grateful for him!

This place is very nice and highly respectful if you ask me. I love the way that it's affiliated with the VA since I'm a Army Veteran myself. I wish I knew about them when I first moved back home from FT Riley. But now that I know what I know I will be going to them from here on out.

I would definitely recommend Urgent Care, check in was easy and private, the front desk clerk was pleasant and very nice , the aid that triaged me was wonderful friendly and warm, and very informative, Dr Emerson Wallace was very informative made me feel very comfortable and at ease and that he cared. I felt as if I knew him before and I could trust him with my care. I would definitely go again and send people I care about .

The provider was very nice and talked to me about symptoms and how to clear up the infection. The triage nurse and receptionist were very nice and cordial. The wait time was short since they have check in and save your place .

What a great experience. I was not expecting such personalized care on a one time experience. I was expecting basic care since this is not my PCP office. I could not have been more wrong. I will happily use these facilities for any walk-in need that arises. The staff and Doctor were so friendly and professional. I want this kind of care. Thank you Urgent

In April my son was quickly seen. The staff was professional and caring. Now they are helping correlate lab for his doctor in another town. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The best in the business! We were greeted by Claudia as soon as we walked in. We quickly got in a room and nurse Cara promptly got to work asking us the questions and answering my questions. We saw Jill Simmons and she's by far the best with my children ( who can be a little picky) . Jill made a plan of action to get us on the road to feeling better. Over all the staff works great together and made us feel special when my children weren't feeling great.

I was super nervous to go to the doctor as I haven't stepped foot around one in about 10 yrs. The staff was so friendly and addressed all my concerns and I left feeling like next time I need to go to the doctor I don't need to be scared. Definitely recommend

Booked online visit for 5:30pm. It said join call 15 minutes before. I did. Ended up waiting over an hour and 30 minutes and decided to end the call...no one answered at all!! I input all my info and everything for nothing. Will never do that again. My son is very sick and desperately needed care. Not sick enough for ER but definitely for urgent care.

All staff from reception to nursing to doctor were caring and efficient. The Doctor Lee was great. Ask lots of questions and explained test results and prescribed treatment. And why giving me specific meds. Very positive experience. Thanks to all.

Everyone was great from Stephanie who checked me in... Cara and Anna in the back... and Lee my provider. My time there was fast. All were very professional. Pleased as usual with my care and treatment. We'll be back!

I do not recommend trying to do telehealth with them. I made an appointment 2 hours in advance, filled out all the paperwork, and sat on hold for an hour after my appointment time. I called the clinic to find out if everything was ok because I had not received a text or anything telling me they could not see me, and I was instructed that the provider wasn’t seeing me because I had put down “possible strep” as a diagnosis and they cannot diagnose strep over the phone. I tried to explain that we were on Spring break vacation and as an RN myself I know that antibiotics have been prescribed through telehealth for symptoms alone. I asked to speak directly to the provider and the receptionist hung up on me.

I love ❤️ love ❤️ Dr. Lee been going here now 9 years. I go to him for everything primary. Have sent everyone I can to him. He’s taken care of my kids, dad and mom. That’s how much I trust him. I hav e a hard time trusting doctors. If he can’t find the problem he is on it till he dose. Absolutely the sweetest caring person!

I just got off of work and I was in lots of pain so I searched the nearest doctor office/care center and I’m so glad I chose these amazing people. Mrs/Ms Jill is awesome! She listened to everything I needed to say, she asked questions about things I would’ve never mentioned about what was wrong with me. She made everything quick and easy and I was in and out in no time headed to pick up my prescriptions. BUT I highly recommend that you go online and check in before walking in. I didn’t and I had to fill out everything on my phone. Other than that, everything was perfect! All the rooms were clean, no waiting, just an excellent team! Thank y’all!

I went yesterday and I'm very happy I did. I slept 5 hours last night usually an hour and a half-hour. Pain has gone down at least 30 %. Very good n-said. The staff was awesome. Thank you so much. Dr. Lee, big thank you again!

Jill has been great. She takes time to talk with you and wants to help you solve your problem. Everyone is very nice and friendly as well.

I’ve been using Lee Wallace for years. He is thorough and efficient. He has a very good bed side (office) manner. So glad to be his patient when I need a doctor.

I absolutely LOVE this Urgent Team! They go out of their way to ensure I’m taken care of! I went in for TB test (work required) and I was in and out in 20 mins!

The staff was very friendly! They got me in pretty quickly and made sure to give me treatment options and let me choose which I was most comfortable with!

My son Brian went to see his favorite Nurse practitioner, Lee Wallace today. Brian has special needs and Lee has seen him since he was 6 years old and he’s 33 now. He’s a great friend as well!!

Today was my 1st visit. I had an emergency illness to pop up. I had such a warm and caring welcome from the front desk to the back Mrs. Jill and her staff were professional, awesome, kind and caring. Thank you for making me feel better.

Love this place. Been coming for years. Love entire staff,they always take such good care of me and so nice to me Dr Lee Wallace is the most concerned dr I know. He has taken care of me 22yrs. Thank you to everyone here

Lee Wallace was great. Angie was compassionate as well.My mom always spoke highly of him. He was very thorough with the exam and asked if we had any questions. No long wait time.

Went in for a quick urine test. Made an appointment and got me in within 15 minutes of the appointment time. Front staff were very helpful. And the doctor spent half an hour with me to fully vet issues. Excellent urgent care, would highly recommend them.

I have been here twice recently. I saw NP Jill the first time, and Dr Wallace today. I really liked both of them and felt that they really took time to listen to me and address my concerns and both had great bedside manner and seemed like they really cared. The front office staff and nurses were also very sweet and friendly. With the $30 copay, I will be using them as my primary providers from here on out!
