After trying to contact the spa with the number listed on Google for over a week (please update your contact number on Google if it is incorrect), I finally managed to get through to them as requested a booking for the next day for the couples massage listed on wikideals, The person I spoke to did not sound very professional and I had to repeat myself more than once. I contacted them a few hours later to change the booking as we were unable to make it due to an emergency, only to be informed that you can only cancel or reschedule bookings 48 hours ahead of time. After trying to explain that I called a few hours ago to make the booking and would just like to reschedule, the person on the other side of the phone very rudely interrupted me and repeated that I can only change the booking 48 hours prior to when it is. I understand that there are terms and conditions but please train your staff on proper customer service and what the actual policy. Clients should not be made to feel like they are being an inconvenience and if you were unable to accommodate us with the cancellation, we should have been informed about this during the first phone call.

Very unpleasant experience. Our 1 hour massage only lasted 40 minutes and my fingers got butchered during my manicure. My nails were cut extremely short, painfully so, and my cuticles weren't pushed back. I had to tell the lady to file my nails straight, TWICE. When I complained to "management ", she agrred on poor quality of manicure then shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. I said I would never come back but didn't seem to bother her at all. Worst manicure ever. Pics attached taken 5 days after manicure.

The pamper feet sounded great in words but the actual experience gets a Zero, nothing decadent about the treatment they offered us. Feet was soaked in a badtjie water, don’t expect a foot spa. Very limited polishes on offer most of them was empty! I noticed feet skin shavings on the floor, only to see that they knock the foot scraper on the carpet to clean, how unhygienic, Never again will never recommend this place to anyone.

We walked into a very dodge salon, their door handle was broken. We stood at the reception area and 2 ladies were arguing very loudly, eventually someone else asked them to be quiet. We were asked to take a seat, where we waited for 15mins before someone called us. One of the clients who was sitting on the couch, they asked her to move and said we should said on the couch for us to do our treatments. No seat like a salon chair just an orange couch. They brought a bath of water for my sister and I just sat there waiting. Eventually they brought a spa tub thing for me , it had rust stains inside it. The lady just plopped it down and didn't say anything. She came back 15mins later and told me to put my feet it. We then started asked them about the treatments as per the voucher. They said nope, no mineral salts will be added to that water only bubble bath. We won't get a heel peel, we need to pay extra even though the voucher states it's included, we won't get a foot mask because apparently it's been added to the bubble bath already lmao. Whenever we asked anything it was always you need to pay extra. We asked them if they will be sanitizing the equipment before using it, they said it's already sanitized. We asked them for just the buff and shine, no paint they looked very confused. The poor man next to us didn't even receive the option to buff and shine. This other therapist came and we explained to her that we didn't receive as per the voucher, she stood and argued with us, then when we told her to ask the ladies who was busy with us they were too scared to even talk. They are not hygienic at all. They are not hygienic, they put the same hands into the same jar, they don't use sticks to scoop out the products to use on the clients. 4 clients walked in and wanted water, the lady who was busy with my sister's FEET didn't wash her hands, just poured the water for them EEEWW

This was an absolute experience. Margaret was honestly the best ever! Not only did she check if the pressure was sufficient but also the temperature of the hot stones. She took her time and made me feel at home. I'd definitely recommend this🤞🏽

Big ups to Dan Ne La Spa.Magret and Charmaine did an outstanding job. Their service was great and it showed good work etiquette because they kept checking if we were okay from time to time and if we were comfortable. Thank you

Really poor service experienced. The therapists had no idea what the treatment entailed, there was no receptionist so the therapists would assist (and give refreshments to) guests in between giving other people a pedicure. They gave one client a pedicure on a pedestal type chair with foot shavings flying everywhere. Therapists looked terrified to talk when asking about the treatment and what we were promised. Would never ever ever recommend.
