Ordered a delivery for supper. Had the Family Feast and a Streetwise 2 Pap and Gravy. Firstly they struggled to find a driver for more than 40 minutes. This KFC is 10 min away from me. By then i had messaged the call centre twice. Then an hour later the food arrived. The fries looked reheated, dry. The chicken was good. The pap was so little in the Streetwise 2. I definitely won't order from the KFC app again and certainly not from KFC Elsies River. The app didn't give me an option to order from another branch for delivery.

There was no spice or sauce,the casher asked if we have time to do the servy and I said yes I started doing it on my own with the kfc wifi she came up to the table with another staff member and said it won't enter the competition if I do it on the wifi she then asked the other lady behind the counter to pass her another 2 slips and she took me and the person that was with me she took both phones and enter the competition in her details from our phones while I was hotspotting the other phone,if you ask me this is wrong on all levels!!1=she reprint everyone's slips to get the code to enter then she take the customers phones to enter with her details,that's a worker violation,when I did the competition on my own I clearly remembered they ask you for your personal details,so if she as a staff cannot enter then on behalf of what family members is she doing it just to get a hand in the winnings because she did not asked for any of our personal details such as name surname etc. KFC SHOULD LOOK OUT AS TO WHO THEY EMPLOY BECAUSE THIS SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE CASHERS HONESTY AND CARACTER

Zinger box meal. Burger had no zinger sauce despite ordering it for R3 more, and double checking with the cashier. Had no coke or coke zero, so i had to get sprite. Somethings tasted very off with the sprite. Not sure if its the dispenser, cups, straws or cool drinks, but it was easily the worst sprite I've had. Lastly, i had no zinger wings in the box, only one piece of normal chicken. (Pictured). No one explained to me either that im not getting zinger wings. Not really what i expect from KFC. Disappointed.

Staff very friendly. Establishment isn't up to standard. The floor in the Kitchen flooded with Water and stinks. A technician trying to fix the Self Ordering TV Screens with a Keyboard standing in the way of customers. It's the "Wish" version of KFC. Not lekka

Ordered a leg and thigh. The thigh smaller than a wing.. no meat on and very very small, never seen a small piece like this ....Yog . Where can I upload a photo?

I placed an order online 1 hour before collecting and waited 20mins in the drive-through line.. just to be told, I need to come inside to collect my order even though I chose drive-through collection. Waited another 30 minutes inside. Staff are unfriendly. This should be your last resort takeout place in the area.

This is the worse KFC I have ever been at. I have been standing 20 minutes 8n a line and there are elements walking i.n the drive through begging for money. Whilst you wait to get served ...

The place is slow. The card machine is so dirty I got grossed out. The food took a while. But quality is below average. Roll was a bit old and hardly any sauce on my rounder. Won't be going back.

Service is really unpleasant I came there wait 40mins to be served I ordered all in one feast got 3 mash and gravy no coleslaw and a street wise 2 got home it was 1 piece of chicken 2 zinger wings and chips. I took this walk with my children cause they really wanted ice cream and guess what whenever you go to elsies river kfc halt road they never have ice cream.🤨🤨

Ordered on the app and when I went to collect my food the store was closing my order wasn’t evens made I already paid for this order which is very unprofessional as I never got a refund or my food , closing the store while it’s still trading hours as well ! They said I’d get a refund but not money had reflected back into my account
