I recently visited Bean Authentic for a coffee fix, and I must say, the coffee stands out for its remarkable quality. The rich aroma and flavor profile of the brew I had were absolutely delightful, making it a perfect spot for any coffee enthusiast. However, I did have a bit of a mixed experience when it came to customer service. While the coffee itself was good, I found the staff member behind the register to be a bit lacking in friendliness and accommodation. I had some questions about their coffee offerings and their loyalty program, but unfortunately, the staff member didn't seem very eager to assist.

Nothing wrong with the food but the prego BBQ can do with a piece of toast or bread. The owner explained that it is a low carb meal but maybe the customer should get the option of toast, bread etc. The first time I am limited to one entertainer voucher even with 4 people. No other business has ever done that. This was explained as waiter error. Always 1 voucher per 2 people. The rules state...Up to 4 Offers can be redeemed at one time for a group of 8 people or more

Sat outside to drink an excellent cappuccino and eat a tiramisu duffing, which tasted good. Pleasant atmospheres, music playing, helpful staff.
