Would give 0 if option waited over 30 mins for 2 pizzas. After being told 10 minutes. Then when I went inside rightfully upset I was told another 10 mins when I said that’s what I got told the first time I was rudely offered a refund. Kid was rude and told me to leave when I warned someone they would be waiting a long time for it. Also had a customer come in AFTER me who got their pizza in 10 mins while I had been waiting for 20 at that point.

I was really hungry today and I know they have a $6 lunch deal where you can get a deep dish pepperoni pizza and a soda. I ordered through the app and the app isn't great. It doesn't let you customize or ask for any special requests. It doesn't even tell you the full list of sodas. So I called the store and I asked them to make my pizza well done. They answered immediately and said no problem. When I got to the store there was a sign on the door saying drive through only inside closed. I went through the drive-thru and I picked up my order. I asked if they had any other soda options besides Pepsi because I wanted a root beer. The gentleman informed me that the app doesn't list all the sodas for some strange reasons and they do have a larger variety of sodas in the store. I asked for root beer and I got Mug Root Beer. Customer service was great. My pizza was hot and ready. And it was well done like I asked.

It's fine when they actually have Hot N Ready pizzas ready, but increasingly, I'm finding that I have to wait when ordering either a basic Hot N Ready pizza or their Lunch Special. Last trip, I arrived about 11:30 (lunch special starts at 11), and I was informed that there weren't any of the Lunch Special pizzas ready. I asked how long of a wait, and I was told that they still had to wash the pans. Personally, this place would be frequently slow, especially if the Packers were playing, but it has gotten worse the last year or so

Stopped at drive thru on a Friday night at 5:30 pm. No pizzas were ready and the young lady stated it would be 30 to 40 minutes. This is the norm for this store, no hot n ready on a Friday evening after work. I can understand if they are busy and sold out, however, 1) You should know your busy times and prepare accordingly 2) This occurs constantly throughout the week. No more! I will order from another pizza place and they will have it hot n ready for us.

Lobby was closed and had to go through drive through for an online order. Waited for someone to come to the window. Had car behind us honking at us will we waited for service. Food not as ordered with half items and everything was cooled. Pizza looked like someone throw it against the box and had sauce everywhere. I am from out of state and that did not meet any standard.

Apparently they don’t open the lobby anymore. I had a trailer on my vehicle and was told I have to stand in line between the line of cars and order through the drive up window in the winter. That that was the rules. Is it really that hard to have the lobby open?

Good pizza when they decide they want to be open. They close whenever they feel like it and will continue to take door dash and online orders while closed leading to tons of waiting and customer service refunds for no reason.

Ordered from app. Went to pick up and were closed despite website saying open. Card charged. Took five days to get refund and had to get it through credit card dispute.

terrible i ordered at 6:00 was only available to come at 7:40 and who ever was working friday 20th of october locked the front door knocked on the door no answer called the store straight to voice mail saw that the drive thru window was open and walked around yelled for a couple minutes finally getting an answer and i wasn’t given all of my order as well this was ridiculous

Lobby was closed because they didn't have a working register up front?!? Had to walk to the drive thru and wait for someone to tell us they weren't making any specialty pizzas. Don't waste your time or money here, very poor service.

Spent good money on two pizzas and 22 L sodas for my family, which includes our three small children. Ordered ahead online specialty pizzas . ..Pizzas look like they were made yesterday. Not even a fully cut pizza, obviously was done in an aggressive way? No other way to explain it. Like it was just hacked at. And then the Cupertino pizza was completely Cold! Gross! Was supposed to be a pretzel crust on the other and had absolutely nothing on it. What was worse is when I called to talk about it and ask if there was a mistake or somehow like a trainer or something? And I got the manager Dylan himself on the phone and he was a total jerk! no customer service told me to basically go screw myself and that there was nothing he was going to do about any of this. What an utter and complete disgusting experience and disappointment. Don’t waste your money.

I was outside for over an hr !! Yes they forgot about my order !!! He did apologize and throw a free 1 lt drink . I do appreciate it. But it was 1 hr!!!

They stole my money, first and last experience with them. I was waiting that driver knock on the door but he put the order on the floor and missed a item. I called to costumers services and they told me they could only refund me 15%. That is less than the value of what was missing in the order. I feel scammed

Don't waste your time. No lobby, drive thru is outrageous, we waited over a half our for two "hot and ready" pizzas. This is the worst pizza place in th Marinette Menominee area.

I called at 7:30 and they kept forwarding my call to voicemail, which is not set up, in an effort to just not work. I drove there and placed my order and this is what I received, UNCOOKED FOOD that they had CRUSHED INTO A BALL. It was literally mushed into a ball and the pizza was not any better, although that did appear to be cooked at least. Can’t wait to return it to y’all tomorrow 💕

Bought my fiance pizza for lunch brought it to his work found a hair baked into it disgusting called the store asked to speak to a manager was told he was in the office and I would get a call back that was almost 3 hours ago still have not heard nothing will not go back for a while

I don't care what anyone else says, I very much enjoy their pizza here and although their deep dish pizza tears the hell out of the roof of my mouth, I think it's what heaven tastes like. Also, crazy bread? Love it.

Hot and ready? Yeah right! Try waiting 15 minutes every time you go in there! If it’s a Friday night and your going to sell pizzas, why not have them ready?? Just like your slogan says, and the pizza is nothing but dough, your paying for flour, yeast, and water, you might as well just eat bread .... barely any cheese or toppings on these pizzas

Order took longer then expected like i feel like they almost forgot about my pizza. however they did compensate by giveing me a free soda and breadsticks so ill at least keep coming back. Ive definently been to better little ceasars but hey the drive through sure is nice.

Like every fast food place little ceasers has its ups and down . Some days you walk in place your order pizza if fresh delicious and perfectly portioned and cut. I love the deep dish!!!....And then there is other days when you walk in and there is no one in site. You say hello , hello , and see 3-4 teenagers walk in from the back. At this point yous should just walk out because there is a good chance you will have the option of pizza that should have been tossed hours ago, you will get attitude even if your nice as pie even after waiting 10 minutes to place your order. If you desire for them to make a pizza you will get an odd ball shaped pizza with 2 1/2 " of crust that has no sauce cheese or toppings. Hit or miss.

I am not sure what people want from a little ceasars. For $6 you get a pizza it is okish better than frozen somehow. Their add for the 33% extra pepperoni is a lie unfortunately, but we are used to businesses doing this to us. For what I pay I got and it filled my belly.
