Bródno Forest It occupies the area of the Bródno Forest, cut down in the mid-19th century, and characterized by the presence of numerous streams, which is why the area was swampy. In the face of the developing settlement, the Bródno Forest was successively cleared to create meadows for the village of Bródno Stare and the small Folwark Lewicpol (adjacent to the Russian fort of the same name). There is not the slightest trace left of the Bródno Forest - the current forest is completely man-made as a result of afforestation works carried out in this area after World War II. A perfect place to take a walk and spend time in the bosom of nature in the city. Additionally, there is a stronghold in the forest. It's worth going there for a walk.

The former area of the Bródno Forest has numerous alleys where you can ride a bike, run or walk. An educational trail on natural and archaeological topics runs through the forest. There are also shelters with benches and an outdoor gym. We can enter the forest from ul. Wiedza at the height of the Atrium shopping center or by car to the parking lot from ul. Młodzieńcza. I RECOMMEND it for active people😃👍

Warsaw is a big city, but very green with lots of parks and forests, open for all Warsaw habitants, fo jogging, cycling or just for walking around. Las Bródnowski is a forest, one of my favourite places for jogging and cycling, but I do recommend it for heaving a nice walk around, especially in the spring and summer time.
