The trauma and orthopedic surgery department, and specifically the lady at the reception who answers the phone complaining that "there must be something there" is the bottom of this group. Zero competence and no kindness towards the patient. I will never use the services of this hospital again. I suggest it is better to recruit employees for the right place.

Between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. I made 121 attempts to call the trauma and orthopedic surgery department, they were always busy or no one answered. General information says to call directly, they do not redirect, they claim that people call and complain, ladies, about the above. they are apparently working in the branch. Shame, no help, let people suffer.

(Translated by Google) Ladies in registration have a mess, mistakenly register to another office and do not intend to admit to the mistake. Waiting for a visit to the gab. No. 2 to the oncologist is a horror. No patients tell if and when the doctor will come waiting 4 hours it's a norm. Doctors are certainly professionals but empathy is probably missing. Changing room for 2 zlotys so most people put clothes on the windows and free chairs. In the state hospital, the cloakroom and parking should be free (Original) Panie w rejestracji mają bałagan, omyłkowo rejestrują do innego gabinetu i wcale nie mają zamiaru przyznać sie do błędu.

I've been calling the orthopedist for over an hour, and no lady who drinks coffee bothers to move... And pick up because why... Are you surprised that people ignore you? They do the same as you, I remind you that you are there for us, not the other way around. I suggest you change your profession to a grandmother, a toilet cup of coffee, there will be non-stop chats and no grudges.... Grrrr

(Translated by Google) I am after a CT scan and I wanted to sign up for a doctor. In the morning - by a miracle - I managed to call you, you asked me to call AFTER 14, because now they have Armageddon. Okay, I'll call. And so, I call and call and no one answers the phone. Ladies sit and pretend to be working, and DISEASES have no opportunity to arrange a visit with Serene Doctor. Beloved country, Hippocrates falls over in the grave!

The Department of Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery should change the lady at the reception. She answers questions resentfully and as if she was ordered to sit there as a punishment. A very unpleasant person.

The next dates for seeing an orthopedist are October 2024. I wonder why I pay contributions when I have to go to specialists privately anyway.

I came with a leg problem. I was seen by doctor Jerzy Olszewski. I told him that apart from the visible injury in one leg, the other one also hurts. He acted as if I wasn't in the office. He didn't ask any questions, whether it hurts, how I felt, where it hurts, etc. He waved his limb in several directions and left without a word. He prescribed a referral for MRI and told me to come back again if I wanted a referral for the other leg. I have to wait another month and a half for another visit to get a referral for a second one. Two stars for the fact that he came to work.

(Translated by Google) Dear compatriots. I urge you not to judge the entire hospital, the staff working there, on the difficulty of registering or someone else's registration mistake. I am appealing for mutual respect. Doctors in Poland are very overloaded with work (I have seen it more than once with my own eyes) and the overwhelming majority of them are good professionals who save our lives. I wish all of us respect for each other. Best regards. (Original) Drodzy Rodacy. Życzę nam wszystkim szacunku do siebie nawzajem. Pozdrawiam.

(Translated by Google) I was cancer surgery, rehabilitation. Top-level doctors and nurses. I had surgery in another private hospital in Warsaw, but this state hospital is in no way inferior to him. I do not wish anyone cancer but if the hospital is just this (even how difficult to get). On September 7-9, I was a patient of the orthopedic department, where I underwent knee endoprosthesis. I was pleasantly surprised by the conditions of my stay, as well as the professional and human approach of the entire team, from the orderly, through nurses, paramedics, the rehabilitator, to the doctors: anesthesiologist, attending physician and operating physician. I would especially like to thank Dr. Maciej Żochowski. With a clear conscience, I recommend Bródnowski Hospital to potential patients.

I was hospitalized in the orthopedics department after a bus accident on Grota-Roweckiego Street. I would like to thank the nurses and doctors for the wonderful and kind care, especially Dr. Kuropatwa for the surgery on my heel (multi-comminuted fracture). It's only been three weeks, but everything is healing nicely. On July 16, I had my first check-up at the clinic, during which my stitches were removed and one wire was removed. The next ones will be taken out in August. Doctor Kuropatwa is a wonderful orthopedist. I recommend to everyone !!! Moreover, in the clinic, when I felt sick, a paramedic took care of me and made me feel better. The employees and the doctor explained to my daughter what still needed to be done professionally and with empathy. Thank you, nurse and paramedic. P.S. In the clinic that day there were patients of Dr. Kuropatwa, whose feet, despite previous severe damage, were in excellent condition, with practically invisible scars.

The nurses are doing them a favor by having to move... I don't recommend it to anyone! Tragedy! Bottom. Women, if you are not "called", then go to another industry!!!! " They do it a favor by having to live and sleep at night. Especially the lady with permanent eyebrows, thinks she's a "star", doesn't work hard, is terrible and vulgar. I will praise the Ukrainian woman, a young girl, and also a young girl (she wears heavy make-up and has a lot of make-up on her cheeks), the girls want to learn and have ambitions for their future plans... But the Bródno hospital will certainly not provide you with this.
