2016,
I
bought
a
watch
made
of
ceramics.
After
wearing
it
for
the
first
time,
a
part
of
the
watch
fell
off,
so
I
filed
a
complaint.
After
some
time,
I
found
out
that
the
watch
had
gone
missing.
I
got
a
new
watch.
I
put
it
on
for
the
first
time
since
the
last
complaint,
and
then
a
piece
of
ceramic
on
the
watch
strap
broke
on
its
own.
I
wanted
a
refund
because
something
happened
to
it
again,
they
refused
and
replaced
the
watch.
The
lady
who
gave
it
to
me
said
that
I
have
a
2-year
warranty
from
today
(from
September
12,
2017)
recently
my
watch
broke
again
in
the
same
place
and
I
went
to
complain.
The
lady
accepted
the
complaint
and
then
called
a
few
days
later
to
inform
me
that
it
was
no
longer
under
warranty.
And
that
lady
misled
me
and
charged
me
with
shipping
costs.
No
words.
Am
I
supposed
to
pay
for
their
mistakes
and
lies?
I
bought
a
watch
for
a
small
amount
of
money
and
not
only
did
they
cheat
me,
it
keeps
breaking
down,
but
now
I
have
to
pay
for
something,
and
what's
more,
he
doesn't
repair
my
watch???
This
must
be
some
kind
of
joke.
I
highly
do
not
recommend
this
store.
I
will
never
shop
there
again.
Because
of
something
like
this
they
lose
customers
and
they
go
to
the
competition
;)

Wonderful
customer
treatment.
When
we
buy
something,
they
jump
next
to
us,
and
when
we
have
a
complaint,
they
won't
do
anything.
Embarrassing.
