I live here and I think it's nice but it should be a old folks home...This place is NOT kid friendly so why not make it a no kids zone. Kids need things to do especially in the summer. Come to find out we can't use the water faucets outside,,kids cant have basketball courts, littler children can't even have pools like damn that's crazy. Thought I would be here for awhile but looks like I'll need to relocate sooner rather than later.

They watch your every move. I wonder if they have hidden cameras inside the homes because they know way to much about everyone and their visitors. You are being babysat 24/7. Not aloud to have guests sleep over or visit you. I would not recommend anyone with children to live here, only people over 65 who make no noise and have no family ever visit them.

PARKING IS HOOOOORRIBLE....New neighbours.More Problems from the beginning.Each unit have a total of 3-4 cars, Grown people living with mom/parents causing disturbance with their company to those who actually WORK.starting to throw trash EVERYWHERE.Once upon of time,when first built it was nice 👍 and quiet.Now the working people plan on leaving because the young unemployed are taking over with impunity.Very soon this will be LEHIGH PART 2, just like the Mansions.then they will have a new sign saying “UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT”.

This here is not community oriented this is more like a jail or senior home where they can tell you what to do kids can't play outdoors without hearing many complaints other constant complaints are parking and new management been here a year and some months and has been a nuisance always calling for inspection and getting nothing done I have been ask to provide my Bill's for updates what they need to update is management they worry about all the wrong issues to handle try repairing what's issues that need repairing not bill updates and worrying about our trash cans and grills. I wouldn't recommend another soul for this place management makes this place seem like they in a jail hiding from inmates barricaded in there office like they feel threatened this is a Sad place to live in oh response is 1 person ruins it for everyone.

Been living here for six years, it has had it's ups and downs ,but mostly up. We have always had an issue with maintenance staff ,but after Covid I haven't seen a maintenance worker in my home in over a year to fix anything!!!! No one returns my calls from the main office; you only talk to a answering service! 3 of my cars have been totaled due to having to park on the street because there are no parking spaces in phase 1,2,or 3! The community is nice, kid friendly, but honestly I can't wait to move on from this place in july!!

I only give them a 1 star because I been trying to put in an application since they had just started to build the first townhouses and was working out of the trailer in the Church parking lot. They took my name and number, It’s been about 4 years and no one never called me and so when I seen they were building more units i started coming back at the now office and still no one is available every time I go.. I came today at 2:20 and it’s a sign saying out to lunch this is my second time here this week alone.. they need better Receptionists!

I would move here in a heart beat if they had any vacancies!!! Such a beautiful place. I especially love the bathrooms...wow and the bedrooms were huge. I loved it!!!

Management is absolutely horrible, they tried to evict my special needs sister after my broth AND father passed away, because of her special needs she’s unable to live on her own, I got permission from prev management under the disabilities and fair housing act she is entitled to a caregiver, rent was paid and I did NOT make over the income limit but when new management came in Shannon and Madison Bailey mother and daughter they would NOT allow me to stay with her and started evict proceedings, it was very devastating! They falsified information stating I made $100,00 which is laughable,even after I provided my income documents,currently in court trying to hold them accountable, they cannot disregard the fair housing act and persons with disabilities

Beautiful and peaceful environment
