We've been tenants at Fox Ridge for 2 years and we have loved calling it our home. The townhouse is spacious and has ample storage in the garage. The maintenance and office staff have been extremely helpful and prompt when needed. The lawns are well maintained, the snow is plowed promptly. The gym is a little small but at least we have it available 24/7. We have truly enjoyed living here.

The staff have gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I needed a couple of maintance repairs, and they were quick to respond. My apartment is cozy, clean, and I have wonderful neighbors. There is even a dog park for my dog to enjoy. Wonderful place to live.

I recently moved here and my experience has been outstanding. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and the residents are very courteous and respectful. This place is also extremely dog-friendly. The one thing I noticed from the start is how well kept this place is. The management team goes out their way to make sure this is a excellent place to live.

Beautiful apartments and grounds. Maintenance is on top of it and responds fast with any issues. The office staff is always so nice and helpful. Everyone in the neighborhood that I have encountered has been very friendly. We love it here!

Living at Fox Ridge Apartments has been great! It is relatively quiet! It seems safe! Our apartment is in great condition and maintenance fixes problems quickly if we have any! The lawn and landscaping is well taken care of and the snow removal service is great! We don’t even own a snow shovel! The location is also relatively close to South Hills park, shopping areas, fuel, and restaurants!

Quiet, peaceful, safe and clean neighborhood. Maintenance orders are resolved very quickly and efficiently. The neighbors are polite and friendly. Our home is equipped with a good amount of closet space, easy to clean hardwood floors and a garage for ample storage. Best part is rent prices are relatively low in comparison to other homes the same size or even smaller. Our family has been very pleased since we moved to Fox Ridge.

Fox ridge is in a great location, close to everything but nice and quiet. Really easy to walk our dog on the property as well. Only had a few encounters with the leasing office and maintenance staff, but both were helpful and pleasant. I have no complaints!
