I cannot recommend CNS Dental highly enough!!! Dr Schantz and her staff are everything you want a dentist's office to be - efficient, friendly, helpful, and equipped with the latest dental toys! (And they're pretty amazing!) From a simple cleaning - you know you need one - to a complex implant, I can say from experience there's nowhere better to go and have your needs taken care of. If you're in the area, please consider using them for all your dental needs. I'm so glad I did. Thanks for giving me back my smile, Dr Schantz!

Would not recommend CNS dental, there are 5 other dentist options within 5 minute driving distance. Our experience resonates with some of the other frustrated reviews where there is pattern of overcharging, ‘late’ surprise statements after months and the team pressuring you to get an expensive mouthguard your insurance likely won’t cover. The general cleaning was good the first time but significantly less care during our second visit. My wife stopped going to this dentist in Sept 2021, but started to receive an unexpected billing emails for $12.60 in July 2022 (more than 6 months later). The bills were for remaining balance for fillings which she already made full payments for at the time of her visit. We received these emails with no context from the dentist so we thought it was a mistake given the 8 months since visit. Plus it was such a small amount compared the ~$1500 total procedure we thought it would get sorted out internally by the billing team eventually. We continued to receive the statement with a balance every few months, again with no other context/information, until they stopped in late 2022. So we thought this got sorted internally as it seemed like a mistake. In August 2023, almost 2 years later we got a notice saying the charges would be sent to collection. We still don’t know have clear details on what the $12 charges are for but we paid it so we don’t get it send to collections and deal with that headache for such a small amount (which is a courtesy you might have expected from the CNS dental team instead of us as customers).

Always friendly and welcoming staff. The doctors are very good, and explain your dental situation and options to improve clearly and without judgement.

Today i visited CNS Dental and the team was amazing! It was my first time at a new dentist office on my own and they made me feel so comfortable. Karen and Farhana at the front desk greeted me with such a big and warm smile! Johanne took me back within 5-10 minutes of me arriving! she handled my x-rays and explained everything in detail on what i was getting done. Dr. Truong completed my exam and didn’t give me the greatest news regarding my teeth but he made better by giving me suggestions on how to improve my dental hygiene! this whole team is a 10/10!!!

Everyone was so nice. The dentist was very thorough and explained things down to the T. I was fully aware of what was going on with my teeth and the plan to fix them. But the support staff was incredible! They helped coordinate appointments with referral doctors. Upfront about medical plan coverage. Offered alternative lower cost options. Just amazing. I made my appointment at CNS Dental with a little dread; it had been a few years since my last cleaning because my longtime dentist retired. While I take good care of my teeth, I knew I would have some issues. I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received. Dr. Schantz did not make me feel embarrassed about my teeth. She communicated clearly and plainly about the issues at hand and the solutions. Johanna was kind and gentle in completing my cleaning and measuring me for my new retainers. Karen made the billing clear and, perhaps most importantly, compassionate. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful practice!

I have been a patient at this practice for probably 7-8 years now (this is an estimate), and the group, including Dr Schantz and her staff, have been consistently outstanding. They greet patients with professionalism and kindness and they make the whole process as painless as possible, which is saying a lot for a dental practice. Each time I visit Dr. Schantz I am consistently impressed with her geniality and kindness. She’s also extremely professional and ensures patients know exactly what she’s seeing upon examination and what her plan for care is. My teeth, which were not an easy case going into my transition to Dr. Schantz, have been consistently stable and I have had great outcomes and pleasant experiences since coming to this practice. I have been going to see Dr Schantz for years. She has thoughtfully watched out for my dental care and offered honest advice about how I should maintain my teeth. She worked with me when I needed a filling (and topical anesthesia) while breastfeeding to make sure both my baby and I had what we needed. She has been a great health care partner for me.

We love Dr. Schantz!! My husband and I have been going there for years and won’t go anywhere else. She is an expert, kind, and has helped us reach optimal dental health. I have never received so many compliments on my teeth. Would highly recommend!
