The only Reason I’m giving a 1 star is because of the Manager (CHARLES) at the Gaithersburg location IS SO RUDE & IGNORANT towards his front desk employees that I could of heard how hostile he was outside the front door before entering the building an he kept getting more aggressive an hostile as I came in that I had to look at him like as if he was serious on the way he was carrying on with a female, so I left an didn’t attend to my appointment because of how disturbed I was, I’ll be taking every measure to file my complaint properly, this is not acceptable especially with clients coming in.

I really enjoy my 3-4 hours here at active . The main reason is because the techs Maria , precc, letty and martin really make it a home and make you feel more than welcome .

Active is very recommended the techs are the best it’s more than just physical therapy . I honestly would never forget Maria , precc and letty they are a huge help . They are the reasons why i make it back to therapy 2-3 days out the week.

It is an excellent environment, the girls who are in front are very friendly, always with a good attitude, the therapies are very good, 100% recommended, thanks for your kindness active physical therapy.

It is a very pleasant place, all of its highly trained staff with incredible human quality are always ready to help with all my physical and emotional needs. As I already said, the team is very human and very committed with very clean facilities. I recommend this place for its beauty. work and commitment, being in this place is something incredible, it is a different experience, I recommend it.

Just a quick note to express my gratitude to the staff for the terrific service that was provided to me during recent visits. As for myself, I typically start off being a complete cynic and profess that this stuff (PT) will not work. Well now I am a believer. About a year ago I started my therapy and I was impressed by how this started to work very well. I have serious issues with my lower back and hips. Yogesh Jain has been my therapist for over a year and I am extremely grateful to know him, he has so much knowledge regarding on any topic related to is profession. His work is amazing and always a pleasant experience on every visit. Please extend my appreciation to the rest of your staff for a job well done and the professional manner in which each and every one of them Carrie’s themselves. Highly recommend this location. I had a great experience at active physical therapy. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff especially Frania lopez were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how the therapist really took their time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had great visits.

I cannot recommend this facility enough. From the front desk staff, to the physical therapists that help you recover each and every one of them are absolutely outstanding individuals and is what makes this location the best location to visit if you ever need to recovery from an injury. They are all very knowledgeable and will ensure you understand your injury to the full extent and what to do to prevent further damage in the future. Started physical therapy with some reservations. Active PT from day one pushed just enough to keep me going, yet they always made sure I was safe and comfortable. The therapists do an outstanding job. The team spirit among them is incredible. The true secret to the success of this facility are the three women in the front office. Frania manages her team to perform above expectations. Rismeidy and Diana always provide help with a smile, and I can be a pain in the neck! All three welcome me by name the moment I enter. They manage the schedule and obviously are a well run unit. A special commendation goes out to Precious and Martine they've been a great support from day one. Bottom line if you are in need of a well run, well equipped, and positive environment in which to heal Active PT is the best choice.

I love this place come here if you have an accident,customer service is excellent!!! The staff are nice people and very friendly. I liked the place, the people who work here are very nice people. I have no complaints, they are very good people and I am delighted to have come here, they helped me a lot in my therapy. I'm going to miss you, today was my last day of therapy.
