I went there yesterday (08/30/2022). A white guy is very rude. He treated me with very loud voice like I don't understand English. You guys probably don't speak a language other than English. But I speak four languages fluently, including English! You remember that if a person's first language is not English, then he speaks at least one other language fluently. You should treat your customers very well as they are paying for your living!

So I come into the store at 5am to get some Tylenol for my son who has a fever. While I’m looking for the Tylenol on bare empty shelves the employee ask if I needed help finding something. I told him and he said that was all they had and that I needed to hurry up cause they are about to close. I said isn’t this a 24 hour store and the sign outside and website say it’s 24 hours and the employee responds that sign don’t mean anything we close when we want too. Wow is all I can say CVS needs to hire people who want to work and better Customer service

This CVS pharmacy is awful. I have been using their pharmacy for many years. The staff in the pharmacy is awful. They recently put a prescription of mine back in stock. I stopped by on a Wed and they said the would refill it again. I got a text Wed night saying it was ready. My husband stopped by this morning Friday and they couldn't find the prescription. They are going to fill it yet again. I really think the staff needs to have better training or get employees that actually understand what is going on. So frustrating. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I called today to see if I could get a prescription refilled, and if not, get them to transfer it from a different pharmacy. The pharmacy tech was completely incompetent and unable to even comprehend my request. When I asked to be transferred to the pharmacist in hopes that he/she would know how to do accomplish such a simple task (I know it’s simple because I used to work at CVS), I was placed on hold for 30 minutes and am still currently, as I’m typing this review, on hold. This is my second time trying to use this pharmacy and neither time has been smooth. The only reason I will continue to use them is because they are walking distance from my home. My only hope is that they find better pharmacy employees because my experience has been atrocious.

Visiting from out of town and was greeted by most staff members. Didn't line up with the poor reviews, which is pleasant. Everything worked well and they had full shelves and all staff cleaning or prepping.

The staff assisting me at the self checkout seemed annoyed I needed help using the coupon from my email. The email did not have a barcode to scan as he said it should be there. Before paying, the screen did not show the $4 discount I wanted to use. After he helped me, I overheard him complaining to another staff to the effect of "customers don't listen to me and I can't stand around here forever to help them". The screen does not make clear which coupon to use. That is not the fault of customers. I will not recommend anyone going to that CVS with rude staff.

Employee working at 3am today was very energetic. Store has great selection, and fast self checkout. Prices seem high for otc drugs

Guy at the pharmacy misgendered me but gave me 3 free needles for my hormones.
