Not sure how this store has such a bad rating. Friday night I locked my keys in my car and the people were super helpful. I usually stop along my route nightly for the restroom and a chicken salad corssaint. Restroom is always clean and sandwich is great. Thanks for all the help!

Potato wedges and chicken wings are cooked in "dirty grease". Paid $13 that sunday and felt sick afterwards. I would not come back there again! Don't do it either.....unless you enjoy throwing your money away. If you do buy the food....you'll be putting it ALL in the trash, like i did😖

From the moment I walked in, I noticed how well put together this location was. The coffee area was spotless... the coffee was well stocked, the hot water was easy to find for my tea, the tea bags were well stocked, the staff was pleasant and friendly, the bathroom was clean, the chicken was fresh and the gas pumps were working properly!

Stopped here for gas a quick snack before a long road trip. The trash cans at the pumps were all overflowing and there was trash everywhere. Inside was pretty messy too. Workers were nice enough, however and even though it was dark out I didn’t feel unsafe.

went in to get the 8 pc mix for 12 dollars, got home only had six pieces of chicken left out the wings, tried to call but they dont answer the phone, so next time I will count them before I leave the store.

I visited this location on Saturday, January 14 and the restroom was filthy. Thick gray layers of dirt. Floors don’t appear to have been cleaned in a very long time. I hope the kitchen staff has its own restroom.

Very nice location the lady that sells chicken is so friendly. Great experience. I really like this location. Chicken is delicious, very fresh tasting!

Since this location opened I have tried to order food here 7 times as of today. The first 5 times I was told they were out of the food I ordered (which seemed odd since I ordered some form of chicken. The sixth time I placed my order and was told they did not have what I ordered, so I asked to speak to a manager. I was informed that not only did they have the type of chicken I ordered, it just wasn't ready at that very moment. This poor communication from this one instance makes me wonder if this had happened the previous 5 times. Today I placed my order and was met with the usual uninterested customer service as usual. While it took very long, much longer than I would expect fast food fried chicken as they advertise, I finally recieved my order. I got home (less than 500 feet away) to find my side dish was almost ice cold. In the process of writing this review I discovered I didn't even recieve the entire order so I had to walk back and rectify the situation. If I owned Royal Farms I would pull this franchise and demolish it to hide the fact that this location ever existed. I don't know if it is poor management or what. I have been a kid working a child type job, but I have never seen an enterprise get it wrong this consistently and stick around. They are creating a very bad name for the franchise.
