Since
this
location
opened
I
have
tried
to
order
food
here

times
as
of
today.
The
first
5
times
I
was
told
they
were
out
of
the
food
I
ordered
(which
seemed
odd
since
I
ordered
some
form
of
chicken.
The
sixth
time
I
placed
my
order
and
was
told
they
did
not
have
what
I
ordered,
so
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager.
I
was
informed
that
not
only
did
they
have
the
type
of
chicken
I
ordered,
it
just
wasn't
ready
at
that
very
moment.
This
poor
communication
from
this
one
instance
makes
me
wonder
if
this
had
happened
the
previous
5
times.
Today
I
placed
my
order
and
was
met
with
the
usual
uninterested
customer
service
as
usual.
While
it
took
very
long,
much
longer
than
I
would
expect
fast
food
fried
chicken
as
they
advertise,
I
finally
recieved
my
order.
I
got
home
(less
than
500
feet
away)
to
find
my
side
dish
was
almost
ice
cold.
In
the
process
of
writing
this
review
I
discovered
I
didn't
even
recieve
the
entire
order
so
I
had
to
walk
back
and
rectify
the
situation.
If
I
owned
Royal
Farms
I
would
pull
this
franchise
and
demolish
it
to
hide
the
fact
that
this
location
ever
existed.
I
don't
know
if
it
is
poor
management
or
what.
I
have
been
a
kid
working
a
child
type
job,
but
I
have
never
seen
an
enterprise
get
it
wrong
this
consistently
and
stick
around.
They
are
creating
a
very
bad
name
for
the
franchise.
