Andi is seriously the best. The only person I trust to touch my eyelashes in all honesty. She’s professional, funny, warm, hard-working, and just an all around pleasure to be around. I look forward to seeing her and I don’t say that about many people lol. Every time I leave her studio I feel and look so much better about myself it’s amazing. She’s a true artist. GO. TO. HER.

Andi is incredible and I always look forward to my monthly appointments with her. As a new mom, I rarely have time to do my makeup, so getting my lashes done helps me feel put together without needing to put on makeup. When I first went, I wasn’t sure what style/length would be best, but Andi gave me great advice about what would look best for my eye and face shape. Andi is a true artist and does beautiful work. She had my lashes looking amazing for important life events— baby shower, newborn photos, best friend’s wedding, you name it! Andi really does some magic on my eyelashes. I have fallen in love with her technique and also how quick she can get the job done. I am always so relaxed to the point I fall asleep in every session. She really does amazing work, and I would recommend her a million times!

I have never worn fake eyelashes or eyelash extensions and I have dry, sensitive eyes so I was a little nervous of what to expect and how it would go. Andi was amazing! She talked me through everything and made sure I understood how to take care of them once I left and also what to expect. Her talent and abilities speak for itself (I get soooo many compliments on my eyelashes) however the other half of the equation is how she makes you feel. I feel so comfortable and at ease when I’m there that the time flies by! Sometimes we laugh and talk the whole time and other times I am so relaxed I fall asleep. She even reached out after my recent surgery to check on me and give me some Netflix recommendations while I recover. She is incredibly talented and such a sweet person I can’t recommend her enough.

Finding a place to do eyelashes is not hard- finding a place dedicated to quality, customer service, and the art of eyelashes is. I have been getting eyelash extensions for over 10 years, first in Texas and now from Andi in DC. Highly recommend her for eyelashes - bonus points is that she is also an amazing person!

Please never trust AndI at Beyond Total Beauty. She employs bate and switch. She insisted that I get a full set when all I needed was a fill in. I accepted those terms and my appointment was booked. However when I arrived she added on a fee to remove my existing lash extensions. When I told her I was not willing to pay this unexpected cost and that she neglected to include this cost in the terms of our agreement she refused to take any responsibility for her omission. She in fact forced me to either pay her fee to remove my lashes or lose my deposit. In this instance a professional, well meaning lash artist would acknowledge the client is being squeezed and accept her part in creating the situation. In fact, our booking contract was voided when she added an unspecified fee. At that point, I was well within my rights to be refunded my deposit. What made the situation seem pathological was her response to my wanting the police to resolve the dispute between us. She chose to lie to the police that I was threatening her and her unborn baby!! I have to believe this histrionic behavior further proves her lack of a real justifiable reason to keep my deposit. Again, please beware of this person posing as a prifessional
