After meeting him and his team, I felt very comfortable despite being my very first cosmetic surgery ever! During my recovery I had minimal bruising. Dr. Chang checked up on me to see how everything was going. I am almost 2 months post op and my side profile looks amazing. My results came out natural and elegant which is what I wanted. Dr. Chang and his staff our simply amazing!!!! I was so anxious about getting my breast augmentation because I have never had surgery in my life. I was a nervous reck calling the office all the time! I know i probably annoyed them but they were so kind and patient with me! I appreciate everyone so much. Monica and Samantha were wonderful and provided exceptional customer service. (The whole staff was wonderful)And Dr. Chang is absolutely the best! From beginning to end, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Chang‘s office. The doctor may look young in appearance, but is very talented and skilled at his craft. The doctor takes his time to explain any concerns. I never felt rushed. The staff was also knowledgeable and personable. I felt like I was in good hands with this office. 10 stars! Dr.chang and office staff from front to back are amazing I had an amazing experience. I had a tummy tuck and I’m very pleased so far, I’m still in the healing stage but I already see a HUGE improvement. The communication is outstanding that you can literally send them text messages and they respond fairly quickly. They were very patient with me and took their time to answer any questions or concerns I had. Definitely would recommend Dr. Chang’s office if you are looking to do any cosmetic surgery or any spa treatments! You won’t be disappointed.

If you're looking for a breast augmentation doctor, look no further. I highly recommend Dr. Chang. I've never gotten any surgery before so I was a bit nervous and hesitant; however, from the moment I stepped into the office I knew right away I was in good hands. Everyone in the office is so thoughtful and eager to answer your questions. Dr. Chang gave me a new body which I am so happy and thankful for. I wanted the girls to be natural that suits my body frame and he did exactly that. I wish I had gone a little bit bigger but I still love them! He is the best doctor in the DMV area!

I highly recommend Dr. Chang and his team at Congressional Plastic Surgery. Dr. Chang is an excellent surgeon, and I cannot imagine there are any other surgeons who are as compassionate, caring, and meticulous as he is. Dr. Chang performed a deep plane face and neck lift on me last fall along with a brow lift and fat transfer. My biggest fear was to look unnatural and overly-pulled. This was not the case with Dr. Chang. I achieved amazing results with friends not able to put their finger on what had changed. I get comments about looking rested and fresh with glowing skin. I am turning 60 this next year and am thrilled that I opted to work with Congressional Plastic surgery. Dr. Chang is the ultimate professional and his staff exceeds expectations at every turn. Dr. Chang consistently creates a reassuring and competent atmosphere. He dedicates time to actively listen and is highly knowledgeable. Following any procedure, he remains approachable and is eager to address all inquiries. The woman responsible for injections and lasers under his care are exceptionally skilled, compassionate, and consistently exceed expectations. I am genuinely thankful to have discovered this practice.

Monica is amazing!! I drive almost 2hrs just to see her. I’ve been in the beauty industry for 20+yrs, I know quality injections and plastic surgery. Monica is top notch!! If it’s your first time or you’ve had injections before Monica is as professional as they come. Perfection every time!! Also, the office is state of the art, very clean and offers a great variety of services and products. The office staff is excellent as well.
