The food was good and the service and staff were wonderful. Traveling can be stressful but their smiles and engaging personalities made my day and set me up for a beautiful day.

This is a square bar, with plenty of access. If you need a drink, it will accomplish the mission adequately. Didn’t try the food so can’t judge. But the service was snappy.

At first I thought the prices for wine on the menu were for a bottle. No! Just a glass. Chose to have a coke that I could get a refill on had the pretzel bites. They were nice and soft and tasted like pretzel. The cheese with DC Brau was just alright. Overall, not a bad place to sit before catching a flight.

Had the guacamole which was average. I thought the chicken kebab was very good but needed a little salt. Overall decent place to grab a quick bite before a flight.

Ordered a draft Sam Adams, 10 USD, and the Chicken Tahini sliders. The description said "mixed greens," which I guess if you count 99% iceberg lettuce and a couple sprigs of parsley as mixed greens then you'll love this menu item! Me, not so much. Service was good. The sliders were only ok after I scraped off the iceberg lettuce. I'd avoid the chicken sliders. The pretzel bites look legit. There is a Smash burger 20 feet away. Or El Centro. Or Lebanese Taverna. Any of which would probably be better.

I came for the IPA, I stayed for the sandwich. Best turkey sandwich I've had in a long, long time!

Food was decent. They made it in front of us. We ordered the tuna and pulled pork sliders, but all the buns were literally cold. Not completely crazy about this place. Staff were not even sure what their business hours are. I wouldn’t be coming back here again for sure.

Great place to stop. Good beer and quick food. Carmel is awesome!

I had the yogurt parfait and my husband had the ham and Swiss English muffin with potatoes. We both had a screw driver of course. My parfait was very good! It had honey for drizzle, blue berries and candied walnuts. Very good my husband stated his potatoes are kind of mushy like they are microwaved but the sandwich was good.

It was great watching Carmel interact with the patrons. She was attentive and engaging, and assisted with my choice of food/drink when I could not decide. Her Georgraphy =0 but her Customer Service is 11/10. Abby was also friendly, so was Julio.

Carmel approached immediately with a big smile and asked if she could get me anything. The manager, Maher conversed with me while he was wiping off the counter. A really friendly group works at this restaurant! I had a fabulous Caesar salad & the care and attention I received made me feel like I was the only one occupying one of the 24 available seats.

Martha and Carmel are awesome! Today has been a long day with delayed flights and what have you, but they made me feel at home with their superb customer service and I thank them both for what they do. I just hope that their management team appreciates them both as employees are hard to come by these days!

The chicken wings are amazing! Martha provided exceptional service along with Sabrina. The time at the bar was Made to be much more fun than normal because of their attitude!! Definitely worth sitting down and having a drink or something to eat before your flight!

The drink was great. Martha, Maraki, and Sebrina were very friendly and professional. They work as a team.

I am fabulously impressed by the friendliness that was provided to me and my team on this day by your most professional staff namely Wintana, Carmen and Abi. Not only were they professional, but also the service that was rendered to us. I have passed by here before many times as a frequent traveler but today they were special. I always enjoyed their services. However, today being the it’s busier time after Thanksgiving, they went out of their way to service my team beyond and above the call of duty as their frequent gusts. I highly commend and appreciate these employees of yours.Thank yo so much and will continue to come back . Thank you for such special servers!

It was a great experience at this restaurant. Genete was very friendly and helpful and make us feel like we are friends. The friendly atmosphere is what customer like. Will definitely come back and eat here.in addition, Carmel and Saba was also great to talk to. Hope the company retain them.

I've never been so ignored. Watching Manon, Jazz and their friends giggle and gossip while I waited there patiently, eyes locked on all of them waiting to place my order so I could make my flight. I was like flagging down a NYC subway everything I wanted something. I had to wave my hands and yell loudly to interrupt the ladies conversation, which was obviously the only thing of import at this bar. Every guest i saw had to ask loudly, wave down the waiters and ask for the bill 40 minutes before they left knowing it would take forever. There was no courtesy and the service was curt. I've never been treated more like a number. Will certainly NEVER come here again.

Expensive for what it is, even for airport food. Our water had weird stuff swirling in it so we ended up having to buy bottled. My pretzel bites were $14 and contained 8 tiny salt-free bites, think auntie Anne sized bites not like the other pretzel bites photographed. House-made cheese dip was just reheated dip. Overall $35 for mediocrity.

Grabbed a sandwich and beer when my flight got delayed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great and speedy service! Sabrina waited on me and she was so welcoming and kind. Thank you!!

We had a great time having a glass of wine at U Street before our flight. Our bartender Wintana was awesome! Friendly, quick and professional. Highly recommend to all those in terminal C!

Carmel was great! It was near closing time and she went out of her way to accommodate me along with the great staff here at U Street Pub! Maher the manager was great also! I’ll be back!

Pricey, but decent food and fast delivery. Polite staff and a good place to meet up while waiting for your flight. There aren’t many kid-friendly options, though pizza is always a good choice - both pepperoni and cheese are available.

This place is awesome. The food is honestly great and they make good drinks. Excellent quality service and always fast. It’s right near a bunch of C gates so super convenient location. I enjoy coming here before my flights.

Pre pandemic and now that I am flying again I always stop here. Everyone is always friendly and they try to get folks what they want as quickly as possible. The food is so so but, hell it’s an airport. If you want to sit, watch a game or something and have a cold beverage it’s a good place. Remember, it’s an airport so you pay airport prices.

A decent pit stop. It isn't exactly a "pub" more like a bar in the middle of the airport waiting lounge. As with most airport restaurants things were on the pricey end but the staff were nice and they have a nice aesthetic.

Was not good at all. All old. The bread was stale and the butter even tasted bad or it was frozen. I would skip this next time. I come to this airport a lot figured I’d try this. At least $50 for 2 people that’s if you just get juice no coffee

Menen was amazing at the bar. She was very attentive as soon as I sat down taking my drink order. I grabbed a Bloody Mary and she made it sooo yummy. One of the best airport Bloody Mary’s I’ve had. The whole staff is very friendly as a whole. Will definitely stop by again when flying through DC. Thanks everyone!
