Chopt is one of my favorite lunch spots in DC! You can make your own or pick one of the ones on the menu, have the cooks add what you like to it, and then it all gets chopped up and you're good to go. Great for eating in or getting food to go. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.

Well we'll this place here let's just say that management and the staff there are horrible I know that a police officer walked into the store and tried to use the restroom but the door was locked so he went to the counter to ask for the key and they told him he could use the bathroom because it was not working.the officer asked him is it not working or he just can't use it the guy then said it's only for paying customers. That's when the officer said I am going to order but I have to use the bathroom first. That's when the guy said ok I just had to make sure. He did that to a police officer somebody who he may need in the future because of the location in a high crime district. I just think it's sad that they treated a police officer that way a public servant. So I did not eat there either.

My favorite salad shop, perfect for a quick bite.

Give it 4 stars because I love a place I can get decent, fresh, unprocessed, clean food. Some of the staff friendly, others were not rude but not really friendly either. But I can't complain.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon. There were only a few people in front of me, but it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time for my salad to be finished. Everyone was very polite and kind though, and I had nowhere to be, so I'm not upset about it. There is an outlet at the bar by the window, so I was able to sit and work for a bit.

Great Mediterranean Tahini Bowl with warm grains and chicken. Fast service, surprised they didn't ask if I wanted a drink, chips or anything else to add to my order.

Great option for a healthy, filling lunch. Be carful with the add-ons, it could increase the cost of your bill.

First time getting a salad there. My kind of salad, great ingredients. Will return.

This place frequently closes before their listed schedule and the employees just stare you in the eye as you try to get past a locked door to get your mobile order. I couldn’t get my food tonight because they wouldn’t let me in at 8:45 to get my mobile order. They close at 9.

I’m extremely upset. Today, I ordered a salad from DoorDash (030) and I found a sharp and hard piece mixed in my salad. I almost put this in my mouth for it to cut me. I’m thinking about contacting an attorney as I almost swallowed this.
