Had a terrible experience, the staff did not seem to care at all. There were three of us waiting for a pickup order and they were IMPRESSIVE about avoiding eye contact. The employee in charge of cutting the pizza and adding on the garnish just...didnt LOL. If you see a tall, built girl with lots of tats, just know your pizza is not gonna be what you wanted. In the photo is my pizza. Not cut, not garnished with no finish. The second pie in the order was missing two things as well. If you are ordering on a sunday night closing shift from this place, just go ahead and call your local DMV and have them make your pizza, because they will do a better job than this sorry crew.

This was a nice find. I never heard of this chain before. Restaurant was not that clean, and I had a difficult time figuring out the menu. Turns out there were small menu cards handing in the wall. Menu is simple, making it easy to pick a pizza. I like the concept, shape of pizza, quick preparation, and custom ordering. I think it's still ok to cut pizza at an angle so you can bite corners, instead of the square shape.

We went here because we heard from friends that the pizza is amazing. Our friends were right! I love how you can customize your pizza and put whatever you want on it. You can choose different kinds of crusts, sauces, and toppings. The pizza was huge and reasonably priced. I was able to take the pizza home and eat it for lunch the next day! It was really good reheated. They also had really good teas in cute mason jars!

Why is the basil kept on the cold ingredients side? Who eats raw basil? Eww. I mean as you can see, I tried to deal with it, but I ended up removing it 😕 Next time I'll request it before my pizza gets cheesed, but as a first timer I was selecting my toppings like "um where's the basil..." Otherwise the pizza is delicious. I like how there are many sauces to choose from (regular or spicy marinara, pesto, white sauce, bbq). I do wish there was a wider selection of toppings though, Mod Pizza and others have WAY more toppings to choose from. Only 4 stars, because of the basil situation and lack of toppings

I had an unfortunate situation with my pizza today. As I proceeded to eat one of the slices, I choked on plastic wrap that was cooked into my pizza slice. I wanted to share this to highlight my concern to management and warn others.

Pizza was great! Well balanced. Decent portion for what you pay! Really tasted fresh. Ginger berry lemonade was too sweet for me but it did taste good. It doesn’t take much to give great customer service and they definitely didn’t fall short. Would try again!

The manager here, Richard, is amazing. We had ordered via the &pizza app, and there was a glitch where the pineapple pizza didn't list pineapple as one of the toppings on the app. He mentioned that it was missing to me pre-emptively- before I even looked at our order-- and fixed the situation. Super friendly staff and great location.

I love &Pizza especially when I receive it as a surprise. I was on my way home when Mom called to ask what I wanted on mine. It made my day. The Navy Yard & Pizza is the best!!!

Checked this place out, on our way to the Marines Barracks at 8th & I, to observe their Friday evening parade and Silent Drill Team. It was hot, and not the cleanest place we've ever eaten. The staff was friendly enough, but it was noisy to the point that I couldn't even hear him ask some questions. There are no public restroom facilities, which considering it's a restaurant, seemed a bit weird. Overall, the food was good, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again.

American Honey was everything I thought it would be. My husband got the dirty bird and said he could eat it every day. We got the new G for our little girl. Just a simple sauce & cheese pizza but asked for the garlic drizzle for a little pizzazz knowing we'd probably finish it for her and it was the move. We ordered the mozz knots. They forgot to make them. Multiple employees apologized for our wait. Gave us a cookie & drink free of charge for the extra long wait. Really just nice as could be. For me personally, I'd rather eat the new G with garlic drizzle than the mozz knots but they were still tasty.

Pizza is usually done perfectly to order. When I’ve order for pick up or delivery there is almost always something wrong with my order. Staff have always been friendly and very helpful when I’m there.

I've never ate here but I picked up a delivery (I do Uber and Doordash) late last night as I was wrapping up my work and the staff is very nice and professional. Usually I run into someone rude or making my day hard because they're mad about their own lives in other restaurants and stores so this was very much relieving to me. Definitely a night and day experience in comparison to H street. This &pizza was on top of everything and were working proficiently as well especially since I only saw 2 employees (both female) as well.

Tried their pizza for the 1st time, nothing impressive, had ranch and Buffalo sauce on it..felt & tasted like it had too much going on. Could barely taste the richness of the crust or the cheese. Besides they don't seem to have much of a variety on their menu list. Plus the crust was too salty.

I’ve been coming to &pizza since it opened but this by far my favorite location. When I first entered I noticed the place was clean and the music was amazing. Like who doesn’t like Return of the Mack. The cherry on top is the amazing service we received from Kay and Camille. They both were knowledgeable on the best pizza combinations, toppings , and I could feel the love they put in making our food.

My girlfriend and I were in Washington DC for a day trip. We stopped into &pizza for a quick bite on our way back home that evening. Regrettably I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped us. We expressed that we were on a time crunch and he helped us get in and out quickly. He was very polite and efficient. He had a wonderful attitude and the pizza was very delicious(as he said it would be :-) ). I hope this gets back to him. He definitely went above and beyond for us and it was very much appreciated.
