    The African cashier is very rude! This is what reheated chicken looks like. She wouldn’t let me speak to a manager she claim he wasn’t there. She lied about them closing so I couldn’t get my money back or credit, discount nothing. Get your food before you pay!!

    IMG_1054.JPG Received a completely raw order. The dough was wet and still in a state I could stretch. I did not believe my eyes. Waited 1hr15 minutes and tipped the driver $5 just for a raw pizza. I’m in shock still. They offered to make anothner but who wants to wait another hour? And trust after you Delivered a RAW pizza

    Pizza Boli. I said I would not eat from here again because of the rudeness I received when calling in an order twice. Today we went purposely in-person to the Silver Hill Boli's. The cashier was very friendly and professional. But, whomever prepared the Meat Buster medium size pizza, left-off the green bell peppers, black olives, mushrooms, and onions, though Meat Buster exactly states what the toppings are for this pizza!! Instead I got ham topping, which is not part of this pizza's titled topping! I'm disgusted, and said to my housemate, "let's check what we ordered before we leave," but I stayed in the vehicle while he went to go get (it was a 15-20 min. wait and we went back in the vehicle to wait) he should have checked, but as usual his stomach is in charge, and he got the pizza he ordered. Yes!!!!, I warn everyone in this Temple Hills area, if you take a chance to eat from any of these fast food places, you MUST CHECK YOUR FOOD YOU ARE GOING TO EAT, LOOK AT IT WHILE AT THESE PLACES, BECAUSE THESE FOOD PREPARERS "DO NOT CARE AT ALL!!!! I stopped eating at these common places of fast food because it is really nasty food!!!! When they first open they are pretty good, but after 2 years or more, they SUCK!!!!! INCLUDING MCDONALD'S AND THE LIKES!!!! NO MORE "PIZZA BOLI'S" for me, and just no more fast food, period, ever in this area, or anywhere else!

    So I called this order in while I was waiting for my car across the street at Pep Boys. I ordered over the phone at 3:49 pm. When I called I spoke with a woman of African descent. She had trouble understanding what I wanted but I made to explain it in great detail. So I ordered a 12 inch cheesesteak with lettuce, tomatoes, light mayonnaise, and mustard. I also ordered a lamb gyro with feta cheese, black olives, and banana peppers. In addition, since the 12 inch didn't come as a combo I ordered fries and a 12 oz. soda (making sure to state that I didn't want a can). So I arrived at 4:22 and my order was ready. She greeted me and asked me for payment and what drink I wanted. I gave her my card and told her I wanted a bottle of Sunkist. So she says that I told her a can, but since I already paid that she would make this one-time exception. Well she passes me my order and I always check my food. So as you can see the bread is burnt and it was burnt on both sides. So I asked the manager could they make me another one. They did so, but while I was waiting an employee shouted to another employee, " Black people are so lazy!" Then looked at me very nonchalantly. Since my order was ready and correct this time and I hadn't eaten all day I took my food and left (no tip). I will never order from this location again. Their air conditioning wasn't working and there were flies all over. JUST DISGUSTING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    The pizza was decent, but it was just missing something, maybe a bit more salt and oregano?! My guess is your tomato sauce doesn't have enough spices in it. The 🍟 fries were horrific. You guys straight up gave me burnt oil smelly fries from the bottom of your fryer! You can't do that... that's not nice!

    I order from this particular restaurant and everything was fine up until the delivery, the driver gave me my food and when it was time for my change he tried to give me only 2 dollars back my change was supposed to be 4 then he response was I have no more change (shrugs his shoulders )so I tell him one sec l be right back to see if I can find some change to make it the exact change and leaves. To me that was not the way things are supposed to be handled I’m very upset!!

    Because I have never been in the store, I can only rate the food. They could use some work on their customer service. The last time I ordered from them, they got my order wrong. However, for the most part, they’re pretty good.

    Twice in a row this place has taken my online order and said it delivered my food and never delivered. This time I was waiting at the door. I received a notification saying delivered and immediately called to check and see why it said that without it being true. I did not receive an answer to my calls and shortly after I received a notification saying my order was canceled and that the location was now closed with a number to call to ask questions that went unanswered as well. Piss poor customer service in my opinion which is upsetting since pizza bolis is one of the few places left with good pizza and wings.

    Ordered a pizza via phone, picked it up, (extra large), ate it, it sucked. Hours later, I felt horrible. The next day I had one slice leftover and immediately, yuk! Hours late really sick, sweats, achy body, headache, and later that night, vomiting!!!! I threw all of the leftover pizza into the trash. There was no red sauce on the pizza. I think something might have been wrong with the mushrooms on my pizza! Not going to buy anymore pizza from them. Yuk!

    I placed an order through a food app but when I arrived I was told the app was down and they never got my order. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to pick my pizza up. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush. The young lady at the register was very helpful and apologetic.

    I’m very disappointed In the last 2 orders I placed here. I recently moved here and was excited to see a pizza bolis in my neighborhood. I don’t eat pork and love that pizza bolis gives me an opportunity to have so many options. I order a pizza to be delivered a few days ago and the pizza was 100% inedible the pizza was missing the marinara sauce and was cheese and pepperoni was sliding off the dough and soppy thrown on the pizza ( I should have taken a picture) then today I order mozzarella sticks which were so hard and stiff you couldn’t eat it. The steak and cheese was not packaged correctly normally when I have ordered from other pizza bolis in the past ( 15 year customer) when you order a sub it’s rolled up in a paper plate the paper. This one wraps the sub only in paper which causes the bread to be extremely soggy and the sub falls apart. Within the last week I wasted $60 in cash! I don’t plan on ordering from this pizza bolis again!

    This is the worst pizza store I have ever been to in my entire 65 years of living. The cashier called the police on me because I was told by the manager that if I use my debit card I would not be charged the dollar fee. Well she said she was going to charge me anyway. The worst service in my life. The Hispanic woman was very nasty to me and I want everyone to know just how unprofessional they are. Please fellow neighbors don't go there for anything. That community shopping center is off the chain.🙏🙏🙏🙏 I give them no stars.

    Worst experience, I got the wrong order for a small cheese pizza I asked to bring it back so I can get a refund or a replacement. They refused . They order was supposed to be a small cheese pizza and I got a pizza with no sauce and garlic which I am allergic to. It was literally such a small exchange but they didn’t want to help at all and didn’t offer to make a replacement when I asked multiple times. I got yelled over the phone saying I ordered a garlic pizza with no sauce . Don’t go here customer service is horrible

    Did not buy anything because the regular employee tried to tell me that I had to buy all the meals off the the Lunch Deal special for 7.99 each. Staying that I couldn't get just one. LoL I laughed and left.

    Order 2 large pizza 10 wings and a big Pepsi...over an hour and a half later no food...when I call they say the driver is new and he on his way...half hour later the driver showed up with cold food, no Pepsi and still charge me $60 dollars and was suppose to bring my soda back and never did....poor customer service...

    They don't give you what you pay for. You pay for stuff and response to not being it will be you get a credit. I feel like if you can't give someone something on their order you should've advertise it. They don't go above and beyond to correct their mistakes.

    I have had two delivery drivers disrespect me (yelling and arguing) one because she didn’t bring change for $100 even though I asked the store to make sure and wants to yell at me about not allowing her to just take my money and come back . . Diver forgot items twice and the last time didn’t return with the wings I called the manager said “we have no record of that order so it’s nothing she could do” This was the last straw . The managers are also never there and when I call to talk about an issue there is never a resolve . I literally used to order once a week I will never order from here again!!! Waiting on papa John right now because of unprofessionalism at this location ! We have got to stop supporting businesses in black areas that treat us badly … it’s not ok

    Food always good but the delivery person insisted I open the door to sign papers when it was paid for and no contact was in the order. Then got mad and threw the receipts at my door I told him very unprofessional I would be contacting the manager.
