    I wish I would have read the reviews first. I would have done something else. After a long hard day of working my conference, I wanted a pizza. Nearly 30 minutes past time is simply unacceptable. Particularly without any communication and being dismissive when you call to check on it... Managers: you have got to find a way to hire enough personnel and use them effectively.

    I ordered a pizza at 1:45 pm. My pizza came all bunched up in a corner and when called to talk the manager. I was informed that the manager Rasheeda was gone for the day and I have to wait until tomorrow to talk to her. When I inquired about her last name I was told that she was the only Rasheeda there. And that my pizza was not going to be replaced.

    Way too much grease. It’s like that in other locations. Pizza was also undercooked needed to throw it in the stove after waiting a hour…

    The topping was sliding off the crust.That happens often when pizza has been cooked ro fast..The meat left an horrible after taste. Called manager ..she instructed me to bring the pizza back..She refused to refund me after I told her the pizza was awful.She was so very rude. ORDER here at your own risk. The Manager needs classes on how to deal with the public. Very loud and abnoxious as though she never had home training.

    Weak customer service from staff. They'll barely make eye contact with you and walk away while placing your order. There's a plexiglass between the lobby and back of store. The lobby is small and not everyone where's a mask, so there's your COVID precaution update. They typically have long waits for UberEats orders but they have plenty of delivery drivers.

    For some reason on 4/28/22 I had the worse experience with this branch. I also order online and it’s delivered in a timely manner but today was not the case. I ordered at 8:16 pm I called the branch at 9:16 pm because the tracker said delivered the lady was very unprofessional answering the phone. I told her I was still waiting she said they tried to come and all no one answered which is a lie my cell phone was in my hand. She said it was coming back out to deliver it, which took another hour and they are a few micron me. The delivery driver calls and is rude on the phone and she called cause she didn’t know how to get to my building so how did she come the first time. She handed my pizza out the window as if she had an attitude or the one who was waiting on the pizza.Also I normally have to sign a receipt when I use my credit card or debit which she never gave me.

    Customer service was very rude and bad, called us stupid instead of helping and because of that we unwillingly gave a $17 tip which came out to be twice the price of the pizza I was paying for. I had to shout at the top of my lungs 3 times for a simple order that didn't even come out right. Never going to that establishment again.

    At 3:30 p.m I went to Papa Jhons to buy a pizza, the person the was the cashier last name Harrison gave really rude and bad service. We asked for help and in response she called us stupid. Unwillingly, we gave a 16$ tip which came out double the price of the pizza that I had to pay. I had to shout for a simple order that still came out wrong, NEVER going to this location again.

    Worst pizza chain food I've ever had, wings were made earlier in the day then tosses in hot temperature sauce and served(cold chicken and hot sauce), lazy to be honest. One bite and trashed. Cheese bread has no taste or any cheese. Why do we continue to give our hard earned money to these places that increase prices but often nothing but bad service and even worst food?

    Ordered online for a delivery to JBAB main gate. Left a note for the driver to call when they were outside and we waited outside the gate as soon as we got the notification that the driver was on the way. We waited an hour outside the gate… calling the store we just got an automated message that they were “a little behind and would be here soon”. After calling and speaking to the manager (who was extremely rude and had an attitude) she stated that the driver came and both her and the driver tried to call but we didn’t answer, we didn’t have any missed calls and the only people that we saw stopping at the gate were Uber and Lyft drivers. Needless to say we waited almost 3 hours for pizza, that was supposed to be 45-50 minutes, that arrived cold and gross anyway. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible staff. Better off going into Navy Yard to get better pizza or the grocery store and just getting Digorno. Will not be ordering from them again.

    pizza was an hour late and was obviously dropped. called to get the situation fixed and was put on hold multiple times then hung up on.

    The place looks as if you're in New York. The staff were friendly but my Shaq-a-roni pizza was just a regular pepperoni pizza. The pizza didn't have extra cheese nor did the pepperoni go to the edge.

    I ordered online that process was smooth, Even the Driver was really nice, He also informed me that it was 2 Orders ahead of mine, But I was close so he was delivering mine first........But I had already waited over time, Wheich they stated 31 to 41 mins when he arrived it had already been 50 mins......both pizzas were cold, hard, overcooked and the wings were so black and overcooked paid 51.00 for this and I hadn't eaten this in years, Never again, I also reached out to avoid leaving a bad review and the Bish that answered was very rude, left menon hold 5 mins, then when I explained why I was reaching out the Bish was still rude, Eat at your own risk

    My second time ordering from here. I made it clear plain breadsticks and they keep sending garlic bread bread I called the store right now an a person hang up on the worst restaurant ever. Please manager can you take a look of your employee. She’s telling me to go to Uber. I place the ordered to the store and selected. Plain breadsticks for the second time why are you no reading what I ordered

    I placed my order online for delivery. The process was simple. The pizza was delivered ahead of the estimated delivery time. It came hot and tasted good too. The prices have definitely increased but what hasn’t. I would definitely order again. I believe the timeframe I ordered made my experience good as well. It was early on a Sunday when they first opened.

    Staff was friendly and helpful. I normally do delivered food but this time I choose to come pick up the wait was a little long but well worth it cause my food came out hot and ready.
