for
a
delivery
to
JBAB
main
gate.
Left
a
note
for
the
driver
to
call
when
they
were
outside
and
we
waited
outside
the
gate
as
soon
as
we
got
the
notification
that
the
driver
was
on
the
way.
We
waited
an
hour
outside
the
gate…
calling
the
store
we
just
got
an
automated
message
that
they
were
“a
little
behind
and
would
be
here
soon”.
After
calling
and
speaking
to
the
manager
(who
was
extremely
rude
and
had
an
attitude)
she
stated
that
the
driver
came
and
both
her
and
the
driver
tried
to
call
but
we
didn’t
answer,
we
didn’t
have
any
missed
calls
and
the
only
people
that
we
saw
stopping
at
the
gate
were
Uber
and
Lyft
drivers.
Needless
to
say
we
waited
almost
3
hours
for
pizza,
that
was
supposed
to
be
45-50
minutes,
that
arrived
cold
and
gross
anyway.
Absolutely
ridiculous
and
horrible
staff.
Better
off
going
into
Navy
Yard
to
get
better
pizza
or
the
grocery
store
and
just
getting
Digorno.
Will
not
be
ordering
from
them
again.
